This paper proposes methods of securing Smart Grid system against various types of cyber threats by separating AMI networks from the public network, the Internet, and providing an AMI specific authentication framework. Due to the fact that thousands and millions of AMI devices to be deployed would be directly or indirectly connected to the public network without any authentication procedures for access control, currently being developed AMI architectures could be widely exposed to considerable number of penetrating attacks. Furthermore, there have not been a sufficient number of researches on authentication frameworks with basis on the specific circumstances of AMI networking that should support varied authentication protocols among security associations and AMI linking devices. This work makes a proposal of isolating smart meters from HAN devices and the Internet and integrating network/application level authentication frameworks with an EAP-based authentication architecture. These approaches are beneficial to deploy AMI with security and efficiency.

Most of digital forensics tools focus on file analysis of allocated area on storage. So, there is a lack of recovery methods for deleted files by suspects or previously used files. To efficiently analyze deleted files, digital forensic tools depend on data recovery tools. These process not appropriate for quick and efficient responses the incident or integrity preservation. This paper suggests the framework for data recovery and analysis tools from digital forensics point of view and presents implementation results.

Because there are growing demands for new information service of Korean medicine (KM) accommodated changes in the paradigm of health communication, we aimed to apply health 2.0 - which shares health information to improve individuals' health - extensively in KM. First we studied about the concepts and characteristics of health 2.0 and analyzed the pros and cons of KM information services. Finally we drew the KM health 2.0 framework from the analyzed results. KM health 2.0 framework is designed to raise the value of KM information through circulation of certified medical information to prevent medical accident. And it is also designed to integrate information through big data analysis technology from the information of individual services to recreate KM contents.

최근 정보시스템들은 전사적으로 통합 운영이 가능해지는 복합시스템으로 발전해 나가는 추세이며, 사용자들이 원하는 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있고, 시스템 간의 정보가 보다 유기적으로 흐를 수 있는 환경이 요구되고 있다. 이와 같은 복합시스템에서는 상호운용성이 그 중요한 이슈로 다루어지며, 정보시스템 상호운용성 향상을 위하여 많은 절차와 정보기술이 개발되어 적용되고 있다. 우리 국방 분야에서는 네트워크중심전(NCW) 개념 등을 구현하기 위하여 전장관리정보시스템과 자원관리정보시스템 간의 상호운용성에 대한 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국방정보시스템 간의 상호운용성 분야에 대하여 구체적이고 체계적인 정책 수립을 위해 국방정보시스템의 개발 단계를 크게 개발 전, 개발 중, 개발 후의 세 단계로 구분하여, 그에 따라 각각 조직 및 임무, 수행절차, 기술 및 도구, 제도 및 규정등 네가지 관점을 가지는 2차원 형태의 국방정보시스템 상호운용성 인증 프레임워크를 처음으로 설계하여 제안하였다. 또한, 제안한 프레임워크를 우리 국방 환경에 적용하기 위하여 원칙, 조직, 절차(단 ${\cdot}$ 중장기적), 기술도구, 관련 규정 제(개)정안 등의 분야들에 대해 각각 방안들을 제안하고 있다.

Recent research on integrated and peer-to-peer databases has produced new methods for handling various types of shared-group and process data. This paper with data publishing, where the publisher needs to specify certain sensitive information that should be protected. The proposed method cannot infer the user's sensitive information is leaked by XML constraints. In addition, the proposed secure framework uses encrypt to prevent the leakage of sensitive information from authorized users. In this framework, each node of sensitive data in an eXtensible Markup Language (XML) document is encrypted separately. All of the encrypted data are moved from their original document, and are bundled with an encrypted structure index. Our experiments show that the proposed framework prevents information being leaked via data inference.

We propose Framework that (should) have data interoperability between Legacy DataBases using Proxy DataBases based on XMDR(eXtended Meta-Data Registry) Data Hub in this papers. It may occur some problems among data structure, semantics and other heterogeneous problems between interoperability of legacy DB on cooperation environment. Also, It is hard to keep consistency of Data that changes on realtime, regardless of data variety and type. In this paper, Using XMDR data hub, we solve the problem that was occurred by data integration and interoperability between legacy DB. We suggest the framework which are compatible with any class and type of interoperability-data and offer accurate information with consistency in real-time using proxy database.
