급변하는 전자상거래 환경을 극복하고 이질적이고 분산되어 있는 정보들을 통합할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 자기기술적 규약이나 소프트웨어 설계방법들이 필요하며, 그 중 온톨로지(Ontology)에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래 통합을 위한 프레임워크를 제시하기 위해 모델링의 기반이 되는 구문론적ㆍ의미론적 통합 및 에이전트의 운용방법론에 대해 논하며, 메타 모델링에 바탕을 두는 온톨로지의 구축에 중점을 두고 설명한다. DAML(DARPA Agent Markup Language)을 사용하여 온톨로지를 구체화하며, 프로세스 표현을 위해 PSL(Process Specification Language)-ontology의 용어들을 중간 계층으로 구성하여 차용한다. 제시한 프레임워크를 통해 정보 자원들과 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하고 공유하며 관리함으로써 중복성과 불일치성을 제거할 수 있을 것이다.

산업분야에서 자동화 시스템은 자동설계, 생산설비의 관리, 품질검사 등 각종 생산과 관련되어 모든 일을 자동으로 처리 할 수 있도록 하여 생산성을 향상시킨다. 일반적으로 자동화 시스템에서 사용되는 소프트웨어는 사용할 수 있는 흐름 제어 언어가 2종류 이하로 제한이 되어 있고, 동일한 시스템에서 언어의 혼용을 통한 시뮬레이션이 불가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서 혼용 사용이 가능한 흐름 제어 언어 통합 분석기를 제시한다. 고급언어 형태의 ST를 기초로 확장한 언어인 EST를 제시하고 통합 분석기를 위하여 그래픽언어를 EST로 변환하고 흐름제어 규칙 작성이 가능한 FBD 편집기, FBD 편집기에서 출력한 EST를 다시 변환하는 EST-IL 변환기를 설계 및 구현한다. EST를 기준으로 그래픽 언어를 통합하는 통합 분석기는 흐름 제어 언어의 통합 시뮬레이션이 가능하다.

In domestic island regions, the power supply generally depends on diesel generators due to difficulties of grid connection. To solve this issue, recently, the study on the stand-alone microgrid technology and its test are being actively conducted. In this paper, we propose the stand-alone microgrid integration monitoring system for energy independence island. First, we design the software architecture for monitoring of solar, wind, diesel power generation facilities, transmission and distribution of grid network, and energy storage system. Then, we implement the monitoring software that allows administrators to identify and run the monitoring software easily.

본 연구는 항만에서 안전 수칙을 위반하여 발생하는 사고 및 이상행동을 실시간 탐지를 수행한 후 위험 상황을 관리자가 신속하고 정확하게 대처할 수 있도록 지원하는 지능형 CCTV, Smart Eye를 제안한다. Smart Eye는 컴퓨터 비전(Computer Vision) 기반의 다양한 객체 탐지(Object Detection) 모델과 행동 인식(Action Recognition) 모델을 통해 낙하 및 전도사고, 안전 수칙 미준수 인원, 폭력적인 행동을 보이는 인원을 복합적으로 판단하며, 객체 추적(Object Tracking), 관심 영역(Region of Interest), 객체 간의 거리 측정 알고리즘을 구현하여, 제한구역 접근, 침입, 배회, 안전 보호구 미착용 인원 그리고 화재 및 충돌사고 위험도를 측정한다. 해당 연구를 통한 자동화된 24시간 감시체계는 실시간 영상 데이터 분석 및 판단 처리 과정을 거친 후 각 장소에서 수집된 데이터를 관리자에게 신속히 전달하고 항만 내 통합관제센터에 접목함으로써 효율적인 관리 및 운영할 수 있게 하는 '지능형 인프라'를 구축할 수 있다. 이러한 체계는 곧 스마트 항만 시스템 도입에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Currently, the library system using the method of the software on the client / server and ASP by providing services in a manner of hardware and software, and cross-referencing, installation and deployment, Customization, Upgrade, risk management, and software licenses across the high-cost management of difficult and costly There is a problem. To solve these problems, SaaS based Integrated Management System for Digital Library, multi-tenant environments(SaaS Maturity Level 3 and above) as a key element in the implementation were developed. Therefore, almost no initial investment cost, easy, simple, low-cost IT services available on SaaS based software on-demand service model of how the system is implemented.

컴포넌트 기반 기술의 장점을 최대로 살리기 위해서는 컴포넌트 기반 개발 프로세스 및 관리 프로세스가 체계적으로 통합 관리되어야 한다. 체계적인 개발 프로세스의 부재 속에서 개발된 컴포넌트는 자신의 최대 이점인 소프트웨어의 재사용과 품질의 향상을 끌어내지 못하기 때문이다. 이에 본 리포트에서는 체계적인 개발 프로세스에 대한 Opportunity Tree를 제안함으로써 컴포넌트를 개발하고자 하는 이들의 CBD에 대한 이해를 높이고, 개발 과정의 주요 프로세스를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있도록 한다.

최근 들어 위성영상 및 항공사진은 국토환경관리에 매우 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 따라 환경부 및 환경부 산하 기관의 많은 공무원들이 이러한 영상자료를 빠르게 업무에 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존 시스템은 고가의 영상처리소프트웨어를 사용자 PC에 설치한 뒤 이를 이용하여 사용자 개인 컴퓨터에 저장되어 있는 대용량의 영상자료를 처리하여 업무에 활용하는 방식을 택함으로써, 영상자료 유출의 위험성, 소프트웨어의 중복적 구매에 따른 비용증가, 대용량 영상자료의 이동성 감소, 관련 소프트웨어 교육 시간 및 비용 증가 및 대용량 자료 처리에 따른 처리시간 증가 등의 문제를 야기해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하고 환경부 공무원의 사용자 활용도를 증가시킨 '대용량 영상자료를 활용한 환경지리정보 인트라넷 시스템'을 개발했다. 본 시스템은 최신 영상 압축 및 전송 기술을 활용하여 영상자료의 물리적 파일 크기에 관계없이 사용자가 원하는 부분만을 압축 전송함으로써 매우 빠른 속도로 사용자가 원하는 지역을 인트라넷을 통해 서비스할 뿐만 아니라, 이렇게 전송된 영상을 웹 상에서 실시간으로 영상처리함으로써 사용자 편의성과 속도를 매우 향상시켰다. 또한 본 시스템은 환경부가 제작한 34종 이상의 벡터 자료와 함께 통합되어 서비스됨으로써 영상자료와 벡터자료의 통합적 활용성을 증가시켰다.용성을 증가시켰다.

Various organizations generate and collect human rights records in North Korea for the purpose of punishing perpetrators and compensating victims; hence, a systematic and integrated management system on such records is needed. As such, the study aims to propose metadata for the human rights records in the country. Furthermore, the study derived common and necessary elements for the management of human rights records and referred deficiencies to the United Nations' (UN) guidelines by analyzing three local and international organizations and two human rights record software. Overall, the metadata consists of 15 upper elements in total with their corresponding subelements. Each of the proposed upper elements consists of 13 essential and 2 optional elements.

The purpose of this paper in that users can use mobile device applications more easily and efficiently through MoDAM (Mobile Device Application Management) system. MoDAM automates the process of web retrieval for obtaining mobile device applications and the process of installing or updating it on mobile devices and then supply users with these automated services in a step form by combining two separated processes. We implement a web agent conforming to OSD (Open Software Description) specification for automating software retrieval and downloading and also a mobile device based software management module conforming to SyncML (Synchronization Markup Language) specification for synchronizing common data between server and client. The method of automated software retrieval and management for mobile devices using these standard specifications minimizes users' interrupts and also can be applied to traditional several different mobile devices, operating systems or downloading web sites without platform dependent considerations.

P2P(Peer to Peer) 기술은 잠재적 능력에도 불구하고 컨텐츠의 저작권문제와 보안문제 등으로 인하여 많은 사람들이 충분히 활용하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷 사용자(개인)와 소규모 서버를 운영하는 조직들이 정보 제공, 분배, 공유의 정보시스템 구조를 자신들의 목적에 맞게 자유롭게 만들 수 있는 프레임워크인 오픈웨어 (Openware)의 개발에 관한 것이다. 오픈웨어는 P2P기반 시스템으로 다음과 같은 특징올 갖는다. 1) 다수의 서버와 클라이언트로 이루어지는 구조로, 사용자의 목적에 맞게 집중형 혹은 분산형 구조를 자유롭게 혼합하여 정보시스템을 구성 할 수 있다. 이러한 정보 구조의 유연성은 다양한 형태의 협업(개인과 개인, 개인과 그룹, 그룹과 그룹)이 요구되는 응용 시스템의 기반을 제공한다. 2) 데이터 관점에서 오픈웨어는 개인이 데이터베이스를 손쉽게 생성, 관리 할 수 있고, 자신의, 데이터 혹은 데이터베이스 구조를 다른 사람이나 그룹과 공유 하거나 통합 할 수 있다. 3) 데이터 통신면에서 오픈웨어는 HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol) 프로토콜만을 사용하는 웹 기반 시스템으로 인터넷에 연결 되어있는 누구와도 오픈웨어를 통해 협업이 가능하다. 4) 소프트웨어 이름에서 알 수 있듯이 오픈웨어는 Java, JSP, Apache, Resin등 공개소프트어로 만들어져 있고, 오픈웨어 자체도 공개소프트웨어이다. 오픈웨어는 개인과 그룹의 흠페이지 생성과 관리, 파일 공유 기능이 구현 되어있고, 데이터베이스 공유, 통합 기능을 이용하여 개인이나 그룹의 주소록관리, 일정관리 등이 가능하다. 오픈웨어는 사용자 흑은 개발자가 다양한 형태의 응용컴포넌트를 자유롭게 등록하여 기능을 추가 할 수 있는 확장성올 제공하고 있어서, 앞으로 e-메일, 매신저, 전자결재, 지식관리시스템, 인터넷 방송 시스템의 기반 구조 역할을 할 수 있다. 현재 오픈웨어에 적용하기 위한 P2P 기반의 지능형 BPM(Business Process Management)에 관한 연구와 X인터넷 기술을 이용한 RIA (Rich Internet Application) 기반 웹인터페이스 연구를 진행하고 있다.
