  • 소프트웨어 프로세스는 소프트웨어와 이에 관련된 산출물을 개발, 유지하기 위해 사용하는 활동, 방법, 절차의 집합이라고 할 수 있다. 프로세스를 기반으로 작업하는 조직은 필요한 프로세스들을 파악하고, 각 프로세스들을 구현하기 위해, 담당자를 할당하고, 수행 활동을 정의한 후, 이를 기반으로 작업을 수행한다. 이 때 보다 효과적으로 작업하기 위해 적절한 도구들을 활용하기도 한다. 소프트웨어 개발에서 도구의 활용은 이미 그 효과가 검증되었고, 많은 상업용 제품들이 개발되어 현장에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 도구들 중에는 독자적으로 하나의 프로세스를 지원하는 독립형(Standard Alone) 도구들과 여러 프로세스를 지원하는 통합형 도구들이 있다. 통합형 도구들은 여러 프로세스를 연결하고 통합 관리하기 때문에 효과가 크지만, 주로 가격이 비싼 상업용 제품들이고, 대규모 프로젝트에 적합한 복잡한 기능이 많아 소규모 조직이 채택하기에는 어려운 경향이 있다. 독립형 도구들은 통합형 도구보다 상대적으로 기능이 복잡하지 않고, 공개 소프트웨어로도 제공되고 있기 때문에 소규모 조직들도 사용해 왔지만 통합형 도구와 같은 효과를 내기는 쉽지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 이클립스 플랫폼 기반에 독립형으로 존재하는 플러그인들을 통합하여, 여러 프로세스를 지원하는 이클립스 플러그인 모델을 개발하고, 그 효과를 살펴보았다.

  • How will South Korea design well-organized, open, and integrated counterterrorism system? Does this system work well in the emergent situation? These are very significant issues. It is likely that this system would give the solution. A legal basis needs to be established to have a well-organized, open, and integrated counterterrorism system. The core part of a well-organized, open, and integrated counterterrorism system is to minimize and eliminate damage caused by terror through preventiveness, preparation, action, and restoration. For having this system, they need to be divided into two section: an open one and an integration one. In this study, there will be a discussion on a new and appropriate counterterrorism system fit in South Korea a subordinate system: legal, organized, civil aspects need to be provided on the basis of an well-organized, open, and integrated counterterrorism system and an analysis on the current system of the States, England and the following implications.

The Effect of Early Childhood Teacher's Styles for Conflict Management Type on Cooperative Organizational Culture (유아교사 갈등관리 유형이 협동적 조직문화에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of pre-service teacher's cooperative organizational culture on the conflict management type. The subjects were 138 preschool teachers. The data were obtained by self-reporting and used to investigate the teacher's conflict management type and cooperative organizational culture. The collected data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and stepwise regression analysis. The major findings in this study were as follows; First, there was a relationship between the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers and the overall type of conflict management. The overall cooperative organizational culture had the strongest relationship, particularly with the integrated type of conflict management. The following appeared in the order of compromise, consideration, and domination. On the other hand, there was no relationship with the avoidance type. Second, regarding the sub-factor of conflict management type that affects the cooperative organizational culture of early childhood teachers, the integrated type has the strongest influence, followed by the caring type. In the sub-factor of cooperative organizational culture, the integrated type has the strongest influence on the cooperative leadership, followed by the caring type. The integrated type had the greatest influence on teacher cooperation, peer support, and learning companion.

A Study on the Network Organization Design (네트워크 조직설계에 대한 연구)

  • As business environments rapidly changing and becoming more competitive, manager begin to realize the needs of the network organization structure reflecting the newly emerging internet environments. This paper, therefore, attempt to provide managers with a framework that can be used to design an effective network structure. The framework described here shows three important characteristics of network organizations: First, staffs need to be knowledge workers, rather than rule follower. Second, managers need to emphasize the empowerment, rather than exercising hierarchical power and control. In order for managers to support the design of network organizations they need to implement information systems that can integrate staffs, tasks, and information technologies.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the components to be considered when we construct the integrated GIS. Capability has always to be related to application. In this perspective, the range of integrated GIS's capabilities is more extensive than this existing GIS. Using in the case of Japan's local government, when we want to build the integrated GIS, it is necessary to consider the following things. First, the overall manuals are required. Second, the common spatial database should be build to satisfy outsider user as well as inner user. And last, the chief of local government should gain the sympathy of the member of community.

The Relationship of Head Teachers' Styles for Handling Conflict and Organizational Effectiveness in Child-care Centers (어린이집 주임교사의 갈등관리 유형과 조직효과성과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the general tendency of styles for handl ing conflict and organizational effectiveness perceived by head teachers in child-care centers, and the relationship between head teacher's styles for handling conflict and organizational effectiveness. A total of 194 child-care head teachers who work in the Busan and Gyeongnam area responded to the questionnaire. The main results of the study were as follows; First, among the styles for handling conflict, the head teacher s used the most obliging type toward their principal, and also used the most integrati ng type toward colleague teachers. The head teachers perceived moderate or higher level of organizational effectiveness in child-care centers, and there were partial diffe rences in styles for handling conflict and organizational effectiveness depending on ag e, academic achievement, career of head teachers and facility type. Finally, it was fou nd that organizational effectiveness of child-care center were positively correlated wit h integrating type, dominating type and compromising type among all styles for hand ling conflict which head teachers adopted, but was negatively correlated with avoidin g type. Particularly, it was found that the head teacher's styles for handling conflict having most significant effects on organizational effectiveness were avoiding type to ward their principal and integrating type toward colleague teachers.

  • This research examines classification of rural experience tourism villages and case study of 4 villages in Gyeonggi Province through theoretical studies on residents' participation and roles as the subject of regional development in the perspectives of place assets. The four types classified are as follows: 1) community systemization, 2) individual systemization, 3) community integration, and 4) individual integration. In order to achieve type of community integration, we pay attention to get more interests in intensifying the community systemization and further alternative approaches to rural tourism villages.

Structural Mechanism of Governmental Reformulation (정부조직 개편의 메커니즘에 관한 시론)

  • This paper explores a structural mechanism underlying governmental reformulation. Studying cases of governmental reorganizations occurred during past 60 years, this paper constructs a causal map containing a principle of small government, an integrative organization of the government, and a committee organization. A positive feedback loop linking these factors produces an increase in the number of the committee organization in the government. Also, this paper points out that there might be a hidden self fullfilling prophecy that reinforces the principle of small government. Open experiment toward a big government is proposed to overcome the vicious circle of small government curse.

The moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship among open information innovation, strategic alliance and export performance of SMEs (중소 수출기업의 개방형 정보 혁신, 전략적 제휴, 수출성과의 관계에서 조직문화의 조절효과)

  • The objectives of this study is to analyze the impact of open information innovation which consisted of external technology acquisition and external technology exploitation on export performance by integrating with strategic alliance factors. This study empirically analyzed six hypotheses in 201 sample using the PLS (Partial Least Square) of the structural equation model to verify the moderating effects of organizational culture on the relationship among open information innovation, strategic alliance and export performance. As a result, external technology acquisition dose not affect strategic alliances. On the other hand, external technology exploitation has a positive impact on strategic alliances. Strategic alliances also have a positive impact on export performance. As a result of the moderating effect analysis, the interaction between organizational culture and external technology acquisition has positively influenced strategic alliances. In addition, the moderating effect of organizational culture and external technology exploitation has a significant effect on strategic alliances. However, moderating effect of organizational culture and strategic alliance dose not affect export performance. This study has a contribution to the analysis of the moderating effects of organizational culture. In the future, integrated analysis of open information innovation and external factors is needed.

태아 십이지장 내분인포군집의 형태 및 면역조직화학적 특성

  • 임신 26주, 27주의 생명력이 없는 한국인 태아 2예를 대상으로 십이지장 점막에서의 장내분비세포군집(일부 일본인 학자들이 명명한 "Segi's cap")의 출현, 형태 및 구조를 관찰하고. 이들 세포군집에서 내분비세포들의 존재 및 면역조직 화학적 특징들을 관찰하고자, 파라핀조직절편과 냉동박절 후 hematoxvlin과 eosin염색. Azan염색, Comori법, 그리고 면역조직화학염색 표본을 제작, 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과들을 얻었다 세포들의 군집 형태는 장 내강을 향해서는 오목한 형태였고, 기저막을 향해서는 볼록한 형태였다. 군집을 이룬 세포들은 중층을 이루었고. 술잔세포도 장 내캉목에서 관찰되었다 또한. 내강쪽에 위치한 세포들의 경우 미세융모들의 줄무의가장자리는 관찰되지 않았다 Leuenkephalin, somatostatin, substance p, vasoactive intestinal polypeptide 및 5-HT 항혈청을 이용하여 면역조직염색한 결과 somatostatin 양성반응세포와 5-HT 양성반응세포만이 관찰되었다. 이들 somatostatin 양성반응 세포와 5-HT 양성반응세포들은 대개가 원추형의 세포들로서 개구형을 이루고 있음을 관찰한 수 있었다.관찰한 수 있었다.
