새로운 밀레니움의 도래를 앞둔 지금의 세계의 특성을 가장 단적으로 표현하는 말은 "변화"일 것이다. 컴퓨터와 텔레커뮤니케이션으로 대변되는 현대사회 첨단 정보통신공학의 눈부신 발전은 실제로 우리 생활에 엄청난 변화를 가져오고 있다. 컴퓨터의 정보처리 능력강화 및 처리용량의 대량화와 신속화, 디지털 정보 송ㆍ수신, 인터넷 같은 국제 정보망을 활용한 정보교류의 활성화, 다양한 매체들의 통합화와 다기능화 등은 정치ㆍ경제적으로 세계화 및 개방화를 가속화시키고 있으며 사회ㆍ문화적으로도 열린사회, 평생학습사회, 세계문화의 창출 등 기존과는 전혀 다른 새로운 형태로의 변화 가능성을 제시하고 있는 것이다. 본 란에서는 지난 호의 군 건강 및 번식 관리 프로그램의 원리에 이어서, 이 프로그램을 효율적인 기록 관리에 대해서 기술하고자 한다. 기록이라 하면 단순한 사실의 나열을 넘어서 자료들을 통합하고 가공하며 유용한 형태로 보관하는 것을 의미한다. 또한 기록은 수의사나 농부의 능력을 가늠하는 척도로 여겨질 만큼 중요하다. 여기서는 무엇을 기록해야 하는가 하는 점에서부터 자료의 저장 방법 및 다양한 시스템들, 특히 컴퓨터 이용의 중요성에 대해서 설명하기로 한다.

This paper presents new IT model, PIIS that integrates the safety control, construction, and operation managements in a conventional gas industry The systemic approach based on the PIIS model may reduce or increase the parameters as maximizing the safety, risk and crisis management, and increasing the cost-effective productivity The rapid synchronization and integration of the process using the PIIS model may produce more profits and satisfactions between customer and gas supplier. Thus, the PIIS model should quickly be introduced to gas industry at the beginning stage of engineering design and construction processes for maximizing production, effectiveness, and safety of the system from the exploration of a natural gas to a final consumption.

Thanks to the data processing facilities of modern digital computers, the performances of radar has been promoted greatly as one of the main components of command and control systems along with the computer communications. In this study, radar data integrating and processing systems were designed for the data processing of various information from many kinds of radar in a single data processing system. The performance of the data integrating system was analyzed by applying queueing theory. A radar data integrating network was designed for synchronous relational operations among the information processing systems and the transmission characteristics were also analysed by specific models for each system. The designed data integrating systems can be divided into a simplex type and a distributed multiplex type.

본 논문에서는 국가 출연연구소에서 수행하고 있는 연구과제들의 기본적인 정보와 각 연구과제에서 산출된 다양한 연구결과(논문, 세미나, 지적재산권 및 기술이전) 정보를 수집/관리하고 이를 다양한 형태의 정보로 기관 정보 관리자, 연구자, 일반 대중물 대상으로 서비스하는 시스템에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 본 시스템을 구축하여 서비스함으로써 산발적으로 수행되어 오던 연구개발 정보를 통합 서비스할 수 있는 기반이 마련될 수 있고, 이로 인해 다양한 연구 분야의 결과를 보다 입게 접할 수 있어 연구결과의 효과적인 전파 및 새로운 융합기술연구 유도에 도움을 줄 수 있게 될 것이다. 또한 체계적인 정보 수집 방안을 마련하고 수집된 정보에 대한 검색 및 조회 서비스, 연구 성과 통계제공, 기관별 연구 성과 비교 등의 서비스를 제공함으로써 향후 국가차원의 연구개발 정책 추진 및 지원에 필요한 보다 객관적인 근거를 제공할 수 있게 될 것이다.

This marine total information network will be not contribute to an advance of domestic marine industry through information's common ownership but also international competitiveness strength.

현재 HP9000/H70 워크스테이션에 Sybase 10.01 DBMS를 근간으로 하여 '해외 유학정보'와 '의료정보' 등 5개의 DB가 구축되어 하이텔의 인포샵 서비스를 통해 일반 대중을 상대로 한 IP가 진행중이다. 이들 DB는 텍스트 위주의 명령을 기초로 하고 있어 정보접근과 사용이 어렵고, DB가 사장되는 결과를 초래한다. 따라서 기존의 DB로부터 유용한 정보를 쉽게 접근하게 하고, IP 정보제공자는 기존의 정보 추가와 갱신을 원활히 할 수 있다. 현재 서비스 중인 5개의 Database 중에 “유학정보”만을 인터넷 통합 정보망으로 구축함으로서, 사용자는 GUI 환경에선 쉽게 정보를 제공받으며, 사업자는 사장되는 DB를 쉽게 개발 할 수 있도록 도와주며, 기존의 Database뿐만 아니라 타 Database 까지 수용할 수 있는 DataBase Bank 역할을 할 수 있다.

유전체연구사업단은 국내에서 발병 및 사망빈도가 가장 높은 위암과 간암의 퇴치를 목적으로 국가적 특목전략사업으로 연구를 추진하고 있다. 이와 별도로 보건복지부에서는 22개의 중요 질병별 유전체 연구센터를 전국적으로 추진하고 있다. 따라서, 연구가 성공적으로 진행되면 각 연구소에서 독자적으로 개발하여 제공하는 생명정보의 양은 거의 무한에 이를 것이다. 그러나 생명정보는 환자진료에 도움을 주기 위해서는 궁극적으로 임상정보와 함께 유기적으로 통합되어야 한다. 임상정보와의 통합을 위해서는 의료기관의 진료정보와 연구소의 생명정보가 연계되어 엄밀한 임상실험이 추가적으로 실시되어야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 생명정보학의 발전을 위해서는 연구대상의 임상정보가 공유되어야 한다. 유전체정보를 이용하는 생명정보학(Bioinformatics)은 각 국가마다 전략사업으로 간주하여 막대한 투자가 이루어지는 새로운 분야이다. 현재 선진국에서 개발 사용 중인 시스템의 연간 사용료가 고가이므로 국내 도입은 거의 불가능하거나 또는 매우 비효율적이다. 유전체 또는 생명정보의 임상활용 및 생명정보연구를 위한 임상정보 공유를 위해서는 우선 다음의 사항이 개발되어야 한다. 1) 다음과 같은 개별환자의 정보를 각 의료기관에서 제공 받아 저장 활용한다. - 진찰 및 임상소견, 수술기록, 경과기록, 검사결과 (임상병리, 해부병리, 방사선 등), - 영상정보 (X-ray, CT, MRI, 초음파, 전자현미경, 그래픽 등), - 환자개인기록(병력, 과거력, 가족력, 알러지 등), - 예방접종 기록 2) 각 연구소에서 첨단기술을 이용하여 개발되는 생명정보를 임상에 활용하기 위해서는 유전체연구센타와 병원간에 임상정보와 유전체 분석정보의 공유가 필수적으로 발생하게 됨으로, 유전체 정보와 임상정보의 통합은 미래 의료환경에 필수기능이 될 것이다. 3) 각 생명공학 연구소에서 사용하는 첨단 분석 장비와 생명공학 정보시스템의 자동 연계가 필요하다. 현재 국내에는 전국적인 초고속정보망이 가동되어 웹을 기반으로 하는 생명정보의 공유는 기술적으로 문제가 될 수 없으나 임상정보의 유전체연구에 그리고 유전체연구정보의 임상활용은 다양한 문제를 내포하고 있다. 이에 영상을 포함한 환자정보의 유전체연구센터와 병원정보시스템과의 효율적인 연계통합 운영을 위해 국내에서는 초기 도입단계에 있는 국제적인 보건의료정보의 표준인 Health Level 7 (textural information 공유), DICOM (image 및 wave 공유), 관련 ISO표준, WHO의 ICD9/10 (질병분류), LOINC (검사 및 관련용어), SNOMED International (의학용어) 등을 활용하여야 한다.

For designing the radar integrated data network, we construct the network structure with a spatial hierarchy decomposition scheme. The RIDN can be decomposed into several subnet classes, those of which are composed of the several group classes of radar sits, In a group class, the communication nodes of a radar site are modeled by the software modules formulated with the statistical attributes of discrete events. And we get the analysis over the network through the separately constructed infra group level models which were coded with the C language. After constructing the local area network with these infra models through the proper data links. We got the analysis of the communication performance of inner models and the global network.
