This study examines garden activity and garden plant preferences for development of the garden activity program using community garden aimed for communication and integration for multicultural age. As a result, for members of multicultural society had high portion of floral arrangement and crafts, growing plants in both indoors and outdoors garden for their garden activities, and using plants for cooking, growing plants in both indoors and outdoors garden was of higher portion for native korean. In the garden plant preferences, members of multicultural society liked ornamental plants the best, due to the environmental correspondence between the plant's place of origin and their home country, while native koreans tend to prefer vegetables, reflecting the recent interest in pro-environment crops and rise in demand of urban farming, veranda gardening and weekend farming. In this study, the garden activity program for communication and integration categorized the value of garden activity into three categories; the value of respect for life, the value of consideration through caring, the value of plant ethics, based on the above preference results. The value of respect for life can be achieved by understanding the meaning of life, experiencing the will to live, and understanding the characteristics of plants and me. The value of consideration of caring comes from waiting and nurturing for living things that are different from me and adapting to the environment as a living The value of plant ethics can give us the insights for human relationships, by understanding and experiencing the natural ecosystem and plant co-existing in it. The eight-session garden activity program also went through validity verification process by experts on gardening and multiculture, and the effectiveness of the program was proved.

The purpose of this essay is to converge the theory of communicative action Into the new paradigm of 'public relations democracy.' The notions of communicative action rationality, the public sphere, and deliberative democracy led new public relations paradigm approaches including meaning sharing, media access enlargement, and theoretical ramifications for the powerless. As Habermas prospected the power of comprehensive rationality to solve post-capitalist problems, the paradigm of public relations democracy visions the new era of public relations equipped with rhetorical and critical approaches. The new paradigm tries to overcome functional fallacy and embraces the concept of public interest. The paradigm of public relations democracy aims at integrating all three levels of public relations activities such as individual, organizational, and social levels, and pursues to enlarge the public sphere through increasing communicative actions and resolving social conflicts. Habermas's critical theory exhibits an opportunity for public relations theory building.

본 논문은 워크스페이스(workspace) 기반의 협업개발 시스템과 소프트웨어 형상관리(Software Configuration Management, SCM) 시스템의 통합에 관하여 논한다. 협업개발 시스템은 개발 구성원들 간의 유기적인 의사소통 및 산출물에 대한 버전관리 기능 등을 제공한다. 여기에 프로젝트 및 액티비티를 중심으로 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 전반에 걸친 문서의 체계적인 관리에 중점을 둔 형상관리 시스템을 결합하여 조직 내 협업 개발과 체계적인 형상관리를 수행할 수 있도록 하였다.

온톨로지는 사람들 간의 정확한 의사소통을 가능하게 하고 시스템 사이의 상호운용성을 달성하기 위한 도구로서 다양한 분야에서 많은 기대를 받고 있는 기술이다. 온톨로지의 구축은 기존 온톨로지들간의 통합을 통해 더욱 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있다. 그러나 기존 온톨로지들이 표현 언어, 대상 도메인, 온톨로지 구성요소 등의 측면에서 다양한 형태와 특성을 가지므로, 온톨로지 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는 온톨로지들 간의 상호운용성의 확보가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 온톨로지를 분류하는 체계적인 프레임워크의 제공을 통해 온톨로지들 간의 상호운용성 확보를 지원하는 온톨로지 아키텍처를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 온톨로지 아키텍처는 온톨로지를 바라보는 3가지 관점에 따라 MDA에 기반한 온톨로지 표현 분류축, 시맨틱 도메인 분류축, 온톨로지 구성요소 분류축의 3개 분류축으로 이루어져 있으며, MDA의 4계층 메타모델링을 문법적인 기반으로 하고 있다. 온톨로지 아키텍처의 3개의 분류축은 온톨로지들 간의 문법적인 상호운용성과 의미적인 상호운용성을 향상시키기 위해 조화롭게 설계됨으로써 온톨로지 통합이 유연하게 이루어지도록 지원한다.

The advance of information technology has changed the business environment, and the business process between the trading partners has been evolved with these changes. However, the business process between trading partners requires human interface for interchanging information or making a decision even though they collaborate each other or are coupled tightly, and this interrupts seamless business processes between them. To overcome this limitations, a new concept of self-integration has been emerged. The self-integration means a true integration among enterprise applications without human interface, and it might be the future direction of integrations. In this study, we introduced the concept of self-integration environment and business process model for supply chain planning. And, we analyzed the negotiation processes and classified the negotiation patterns for integrated supply chain planning in self-integration environment, and then we proposed a generic business process model for negotiation of extended and integrated supply chain planning by integrating the suggested negotiation pattern with business scenarios.

본 연구는 필지개발 도구를 통하여 전문가가 주거환경정비사업의 필지개발과 관련된 정보를 전문가와 주민에게 제공함으로서 정보의 소통을 유도하고, 이를 통하여 주민의 의사를 정책에 반영함으로써 의사결정을 효과적으로 돕는 도구로 활용되어 적극적이며 능동적인 주민참여를 유도하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model of subjective quality of life in middle-aged men. The participants were 493 middle-aged men. Data were collected from September 10 to October 31, 2011. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0. Self-esteem, social support, family communication showed direct and indirect effect on subjective quality of life for middle-aged married men, and job satisfaction showed a direct effect on subjective quality of life. The structural regression model of middle-aged men's subjective quality of life was a good fit with the model. These results indicate that it is necessary to design intervention programs to increase self-esteem, social support, family communication and job satisfaction in order to increase middle-aged men's subjective quality of life.

Because communication facilitates behaviors that are critical for survival and reproduction, it is central to the study of behavior and evolution. One of the most important and difficult issues with respect to communication has been the definition of communication itself. Broadly, it can be defined as an exchange of information from a signaler to a receiver. However, evolution of a signal is likely possible only under conditions in which both the signaler and receiver increase fitness from the exchange of information, often referred to as "true communication." The three primary sensory channels of communication used by animals are chemical, visual, and acoustic. Chemical signals are the oldest and most widespread method of communication. Visual and acoustic signals convey a great deal of information due to ease of modulation, flexibility of signal production, and fast transmission. The most widespread contexts in which animals communicate are sexual interaction and conflict resolution. Signals used for sexual interaction typically contain information about species identity and sexual attractiveness, whereas signals used for conflict resolution may contain information about resource holding potential. Other contexts under which animals communicate include territorial defense, parent-offspring interactions, social integration, sharing of environmental information, and auto-communication.

Purpose: This study aimed to uncover the evidence for developing effective communication intervention programs by analyzing and evaluating Communication Intervention Studies using Nonviolent Communication (NVC-CI). The specific purposes were to analyze general characteristics of NVC-CI studies, intervention contents, and the effectiveness of the studies. Methods: This was an integrative review that analyzed NVC-CI studies published from 2005 to 2015 identified through searches of five Korean electronic databases. The method proposed by Whittemore and Knafl was applied. This contains four stages: problem identification, literature search, data evaluation, and data analysis. Results: Twelve studies met the inclusion criteria. Most of the experimental designs were Quasi-experimental studies. These included 9 papers (75%), one qualitative study, one mixed methodology, and one case study (8.3% respectively). Most NVC-CI studies used group intervention. In order to effectively change communication patterns, interventions needed about 10~11 sessions 1~2 times a week. Conclusion: Future research with well-designed clinical trials using NVC-CI needs to be done in the area of mental health nursing to promote communication skills.
