본 연구의 목적은 지표수-지하수 통합 모델을 통해 모델 영역과 시설농업단지(밀양들)의 지표수/지하수 유동을 모의하고 모델 영역의 물수지 분석을 통해 지하수 함양량을 산정하는 것이다. 지표수 유동 모델 결과에서는 밀양강 상류(북동쪽)에서 하류(남동쪽)로 약 1~5 m의 수심으로 지표수가 유동하고 있으며, 모델지역 상류의 M01 지점에서는 지표수 유량 관측값과 모델값이 일치하고, 모델지역 하류의 M02 지점에서의 지표수 유량은 1% 정도의 차이를 보인다. 지하수 유동 모델에서는 지하수 심도가 하천에서는 표고와 유사하며 산림 지역으로 갈수록 높아지고, 지하수 양수를 고려한 지하수 심도는 모델값이 관측값보다 1.5 m 이내의 범위로 높게 나타난다. 지표수지하수 통합모델에서는 지하수의 함양 면적이 모델 면적의 90% 정도이고, 지하수 함양량은 $1.92{\times}105m^3/day$인 것으로 나타난다. 연평균 물수지 분석에서는 단위 면적당 지하수 함양량이 503.9 mm/year로서 연평균 강우량의 39% 정도로 추정된다.

The high tech marine transportation infrastructure is an innovative that may be able to secure a safe transportation environment. The current sea route sign system based on an electronic marine chart only has a data manufacture specification for uses at ECDIS. Therefore, it has a limitation in expressing various sea route data and falls short of productivity as it is frozen to prevent being changed for a long time. Also, it cannot satisfy requirements from high tech such as lattice structure data and time series information. Currently, although it builds each independent operation system based S-57, it has been found that it is the most important requirement from consumers that the entire monitoring system can mutually interwork by standardizing and uniting formats of all protocols. In addition, current status information and alarm system is using AIS, TRS, WCDMA telecommunication and processing all the data after saving it into each different server. In this thesis, we will realize the status information and alarm system of Marine transportation facilities which is a sea route sign system based on S-63 electronic marine chart, S/W, after uniting each different protocol and making combined system.

SCADA시스템은 변전소 구내에 시설되어 있는 설비를 원격에서 감시제어하는 시스템이고, 배전자동화시스템(DAS)은 배전선로에시설되어 있는 각종 배전설비를 원격에서 감시제어하고 있는 시스템이다. 이 시스템들은 독립적인 시스템으로 개발되었고 각각 다른 제어 센터에서 운영이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 변전설비를 집중 감시제어하는 SCADA시스템과 배전설비를 감시제어하는 배전자동화시스템을 한 제어센터에서 통합 운영하기 위한 방안을 검토하였다. 개별 시스템의 특징과 기능, 시스템 구성방법 및 연계방안을 기술적으로 분석하여 제어센터의 통합 방안을 기술하였다.

We intend to improve the navigation system integrated management system that is constructed and operated to meet the changes in marine traffic environment and prevent large-scale marine casualties and human casualties by applying the standard specification of integrated management system of marine traffic facilities in 2012. I t reuses the existing system resources and improves the operating software and standardizes the system installation to facilitate operation and maintenance.

현재 우리나라에서는 통합경영체의 '통합' 개념을 '수직통합', '계열화' 등으로 다양하고 사용하고 있다. '통합경영체'는 '농축산물이 생산부터 소비에 이르기까지의 과정에 있어 단계들의 일부 또는 전부를 결합 운영하거나 단계간 협력체계를 유지함에 있어 의사결정의 중심이 되는 경영체'를 말하는 것이다. 육계산업은 수직통합이 타 축종에 비해 급속히 진행되면서 규모화된 기업 위주로 재편 되고 있다. 특히 2003년부터 시행된 HACCP 규정과 2007년 1월부터 시행된 개체포장의무화로 열악한 공장설비와 충분한 자금력을 갖추지 못한 영세업체, 단순 임도계업체, 수입닭고기에 의존하는 일부 단체급식소의 유통업체들은 점차적으로 자연 도태될 것으로 전망 된다. 따라서 향후 육계산업의 대표적인 경쟁요소는 수직통합에 필요한 단계간 유기적 결합과 시설의 규모 및 최선 설비에 따라 경쟁력이 결정될 것으로 보인다. 이와 같은 요인들은 생산비 절감을 통한 생산성 향상과 직접적으로 연결되고 있다. 이번호에서는 해외 대표적인 통합경영체인 미국 타이슨(Tyson Foods)의 통합경영에 대 해 살펴보고자 한다.

Increasing needs for utility management lead up to develop a Telephone Outside plant Management System(TOMS) which combines facility management with Geog¬raphic Information System (GIS). TOMS is a powerful, flexible and effective outside plant facility management system. TOMS provides value added applic¬at ion softwares and easy-to-use user interfaces which make TOMS eas i ly adapted and extended to the individual sites. TOMS is now in use in 30 percent of central offices and will be used nation-wide by 1996.

This paper describes the development of SIMS. SIMS provides not only the basic functions, such as input and output of outside plant maps and facility status statistics report, which are the major function of TOMS, but also can manage outside plant facilities and subscriber information integrately to maximize the efficiency of large outside plant facility database and to increase the qualify of subscriber service. SIMS provides following functions: Work order generation for telephone installation; Automatic cable pair assignment; Cable tracing and unused pair management; Subscriber record management and statistics report generation; Subscriber address information management.

A design of a dismantling mock-up system have been established based on the result that analyzed a characteristic of modules which need to design a virtual dismantling facility. A unit program composed of a various module such as a decommissioning database system. 3D dosimetric mapping that represents a distribution of a radionuclide contamination, a evaluation module for a dismantling schedule and cost A research of software architecture was carried out in order to Integrate these components that have been independently operated. The result was established an architecture that consis of a visualization module which could be visualized D&D activities and a simulation module which tan he evaluated a dismantling schedule and decommissioning cost.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions and needs assessment of parental education for preschoolers with and without disabilities in integrated kindergartens. The subjects were 273 mothers and 121 teachers of preschool children with and without disabilities in integrated kindergartens in Daegu and Seoul. The major findings of this study were as follows. (1) Parental education for preschoolers in integrated kindergartens needs to be conducted with attention for the effect on parents of preschoolers with and without disabilities together. (2) The major contents of parental education for preschoolers in integrated kindergartens are 'understanding integration'. (3) Mothers need 'parental training of child's problem behavior' most. (4) Mothers need parental education for preschoolers in integrated kindergartens once a month, by experts, in a workshop. (5) The participation rate of fathers in parental education for preschoolers in integrated kindergartens needs to be increased.

In the downstream of the Nakdong River, water facilities - Hapcheon Changyoeng weir, Changyeong Haman weir, Nakdong River left and right sides Barrages - have been built and operated. Each facility is located at a distance. Integrated and linked operation of these water facilities is important for the management of national water resources and efficiency, effectiveness of facilities operations. For the reason, we have planned and made the system that can operate the individual facilities organically, using ICT technologies. At K-water Nakdong River Integrated Operation Water Center near Nakdong River Estuary Barrages in Busan, We implemented the water resource integrated operation system through the ICT systems convergence. For the system we expect significant effects - efficient water management, operating cost saving, etc.
