This paper addresses the study of wired and wireless gateway with IoT Standard. The gateway that we develop through this study is designed to be utilized for collection energy information among various serveces. It is aimed at the role as an Advanced Metering Infrastructure which is a core infrastructure for Smargrid services. To this end, the gateway has a structure that can apply the IoT standard and the network technology used in the Smartgrid. These gateway can be applied with small and medium energy consumer that require energy information collection.

In this paper, we propose a topic maps matching and merging approach based on the syntactic or semantic characteristics and constraints of the topic maps. Previous schema matching approaches have been developed to enhance effectiveness and generality of matching techniques. However they are inefficient because the approaches should transform input ontologies into graphs and take into account all the nodes and edges of the graphs, which ended up requiring a great amount of processing time. Now, standard languages for developing ontologies are RDF/OWL and Topic Maps. In this paper, we propose an enhanced version of matching and merging technique based on topic partitioning, several matching operations and merging conflict detection.

This study set out to develop and evaluate an educational program for the Clothing Life of Home Economics through the theme-based integrated approach develop integrated thinking abilities for solving everyday problems. For those purposes, it selected a couple of themes in the area of Clothing Life toward which the theme-based integrated approach could be develop and evaluate an educational program. The developed program was applied and assessed in total 28 hours of field lessons given to eighth graders attending B Middle School in Busan Metropolitan City. The analysis stage involved an exploration into programs related to an integrated approach to other subjects; the design stage identification of program types; and the development stage theme selection according to the selection criteria. The previous studies were analyzed along with the Technology and Home Economics textbooks to select a theme. two themes "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)" were selected after discussing with the students on the Messenger and with a group of experts. Then content was organized and composed around the themes by discussing connections with other subjects. There were three evaluation; one by experts, another through preliminary lessons, and the other through field lessons. Following the research procedure, a theme-based integrated program was developed for the two selected themes. It contained total 49 and 32 learning materials for "Clothing Management" and "Fabrics(Materials)," respectively. Those learning materials were comprised of experiments and practices according to the nature of the themes. Each program consisted of the goals, learning content, content organization chart, learning activities, and evaluation; learning activities experiences, practice and experiment activities, self-directed activities and problem-solving processes; and evaluations self-evaluation, teacher evaluation, peer evaluation, portfolio, and experiment reports. The program was assessed three times. The first and second evaluation results found that the program was well compatible with the current needs, was properly organized to give lessons through integration with other subjects, and continuously maintained the students' interest. They, however, requested that there should be detailed explanations about each part of the program content. In the third evaluation done by the students during field lessons, 60% of them said that the program was fun and its content was easy to understand, that they realized a theme could be connected to several other subjects, and that the program could be applied to actual life. The educational program through the theme-based integrated approach is significant in that it is an educational program for the area of Clothing Life and tries an integrated approach. It helped the students not only gather knowledge in an integrated manner, but put it to practical uses to solve various problems they faced in actual life by creatively changing integrated knowledge. The study will be hopefully used by many teachers so that the students solve problems based on the ability of integrating various knowledges organically.

The existing management job of research expenses has been divided into three parts： budget planning, budget draw-up, and exact settlement of budget. However, it caused some problems. Under this current circumstance it is required to obtain research expenses steadily, to operate efficiently and to use them clearly to solve such problems. As a result of a study on data warehouse development process of existing system integration company (Inmon, IBM) to reflect current trend described above, data warehouse development process of Inmon uses systematic and gradual access as a classical development cycle method. It causes overlap and feedback to the previous step in the process of each step Is requested. And another problem that it is difficult to toil what function refers and corrects data because functions and data are separated during performing development process at data warehouse development process of IBM is caused. Integrated management data warehouse development process of research expenses in the enterprise environment which applies UML at planning and analysis step, design step and implement and test step is suggested in this paper. Information retrieval agent uses existing budget plan DB, budget draw-up DB and budget settlement DB to find out information that a user wants to know. Information retrieval agent collects and saves information at integration database and information integration agent extracts, transports, transforms and loads the data. Information integration agent reduces a user's efforts to access to a number of information sources and check each of them. It also screens out data that a user may not need. As a result, integrated management data warehouse development process of research expenses in the enterprise environment reflects a user's requirements as much as possible and provides various types of information to make a decision which is needed to establish the policy of research expense management. It helps an end user approach his/her desired analysis information quickly and get various data from the comprehensive viewpoint rather than the fragmentary viewpoint. Furthermore, as it integrated three systems into one, it is possible to share data, to integrate the system, to reduce operating expenses and to simplify supporting environment for the decision making.

The purpose of this research is to develop a theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan in clothing, food, and housing in home economics and to apply the developed process in classes for evaluation in order to identify the suitability in schools. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan developed on the basis of textbooks consist four sub-themes; choosing($1^{st}$ and $2^{nd)$ lessons), using($3^{rd}$ lesson), processing ($4^{th}$ lesson), and alternatives($5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ lessons) under the main theme of 'green family life'. The results from 20 individual and group activities showed that the students actively solved the problems when the presented cases were related to their own lives or experiences. The opportunity to implement green life through activities motivated students' willingness to proceed in real life. However, it is vital to assist integrated thinking through various examples before beginning due to students with difficulties connecting the issue from one area to the other during the problem-focused activity. The students' ability to solve the activity workbook had been improved as the lessons continued. From the survey questions on the theme-based integrated lessons, all items associated with integration of clothing, foods, and housing were positively responded. Also, questions regarding general understanding, suitability and satisfaction on the teaching/learning process were marked positive. The conclusion could be that the integrated theme related to clothing, food, and housing in our life would be appropriate for green family life. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan is effective in understanding the occurrence of green family life in relation with clothing, food, and housing, identifying the practical ideas implementing green life in those areas, and improving the integrated ability to solve the green life related problems. However, this research has its weakness in generalizing the results due to its limited survey respondents and post-evaluation being the only assessment conducted.

본 연구에서는 선형계획법 프로그램을 실무용과 교육용 모두 사용할 수 있는 사용자 편의성이 강조된 선형계획법 통합환경 프로그램인 LIPED를 개발하였다. LIPED는 첫째, 풀다운(Pull Down) 메뉴 방식의 선형계획법 통합환경, 둘째, 선형계획법의 교육을 위해 여러가지 선형계획법해법 들을 통합하여 구축하였다. 셋째, 실무용으로 사용할 수 있는 안정적이고 효율적인 선형계획법 프로그램을 제공한다. 마지막으로 실험용 선형계획법 문제를 생성할 수 있는 기능과 다양한 선형계획법 입력 방식과 각 방식이 호환되도록 구축하였다. 그리고 추후연구로 교육용 LP에 Affine Scaling Algorithm, Barrier Algorithm을 추가하고, UNIX System 또는 Windows 환경하에서 통합 프로그램의 개발 및 수식 형태의 입력방식과 스프레드쉬트(Spreadsheet) 형식의 입력방식 등의 다양한 입력방식의 지원과 전문가의 지식을 연결하여 해법 선택 및 모형 구축 등을 지원할 수 있는 지능형 선형계획법 지원시스템을 구축하고 있다.

본 연구는 통합의사결정지원시스템을 위한 3-단계 모델과 이를 사용자가 쉽게 활용할 수 있도록 웹 기반의 전산 프로그램을 개발하고 응용 사례를 들어 보았다. 의사결정문제의 대안 선정, 대안을 평가시스템 및 여러 평가 위원들의 평가 결과를 종합하는 문제들을 포함하였으며 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법과 Fuzzy AHP방법을 활용하여 평가구조 평가인자 구성 및 각 가중치 등 개관적인 방법을 사용하였다. 이러한 3단계의 통합의사 결정방법은 1) Brain storming 단계서 대안 및 평가구조를 도출하고, 2) AHP 및 Fuzzy-AHP 방법으로 각 대안을 평가하여 의사 결정의 기반을 삼으며, 3) 여러 평가자들의 평가 결과를 합리적으로 통합하여 최선의 대안을 도출하는 방법이다.

1990년대 후반에 들어서면서 않은 기업들이 기업의 생산성 향상 및 고객 서비스를 위해 IT투자를 확대해감에 따라 기업 내에서도 다수의 이질적인 시스템 도입을 추진하게 되었다. 그 결과 않은 기업 내에는 호환성이 없는 시스템이 산재해 업무추진에 어려움을 주고 있으며, 이러한 복잡하고 까다로운 분산화된 시스템을 통합하고자 업계에서는 많은 노력을 기울이게 되었다. 그 결과로 등장한 기술이 웹서비스이며 이것은 분산화된 시스템을 통합하는 기존의 통합기술들의 문제점을 해결하고 분산된 애플리케이션을 저비용${\cdot}$고효율로 통합하기 위한 대안이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹서비스기반 시스템 개발을 위한 웹서비스 개발 절차를 제시하고 비즈니스 도메인에서 요구사항 분석을 통해 생성된 유스케이스모델을 기반으로 하는 웹 서비스 식별 방법을 제안한다. 유스케이스를 기반으로 서비스를 식별하므로 서비스에 도메인의 비즈니스가 잘 반영되도록 할 수 있으며 적절한 입도(granularity)을 갖는 서비스를 식별할 수 있다.

국내 원격검침시스템은 전기, 가스, 수도 사업자가 독립적으로 시스템을 개발하고 있어 각 검침시스템간의 상호운영성을 보장하지 못할 뿐만 아니라, 원격검침시스템 개발에 대한 중복투자가 이뤄지고 있다. 고속전력선통신 기반의 통합검침시스템을 구축하고 통신프로토콜을 통일하게 되면 각 사업자별 검침용 통신비를 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 장비의 유지보수 비용도 절감할 수 있어 저비용으로 효율적인 원격검침이 가능하게 될 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 전력선통신기반의 통합검침 시스템의 구성과 설계된 통합검침시스템의 성능을 검증하기 위한 실증시험망 구축결과에 대해 소개한다.

기존 망관리구조와 달리 차세대 망관리에서 요구되는 새로운 개념으로는 QoS관리, 망관리 분산화가 고려된다. 이에 핵심적 차세대 망관리구조의 핵심요소는 SLM(Service Level Management), TMN(Telecommunication Management Network)이다. 선진국을 중심으로 TMN 관리표준 업무처리 절차를 수립하여 이를 시스템화하여 솔루션으로 공급하고 있으나, 국내실정에 적합하지 않으며, 특히 전력분야에 적합한 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 체계적인 표준 업무처리전차에 대한 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 전력 산업분야의 전력통신망 통합관리를 위한 표준절차의 부재로 기존 투자된 시스템의 효율성을 향상함에 있어 어려움을 가지고 있을 뿐 아니라 향후에 확장 도입되는 Management 솔루션에 있어서 불필요한 중복투자 가능성이 상존하고 있으므로 체계적이며 표준화돤 관리체계의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력통신 설비별로 운용중인 다수의 NMS 통합 및 유지관리용 전산설비와의 유기적인 결합을 통한 최적의 전력통신 망 종합관리체계 구축방안을 제시하기 위해 전력연구원에서 수행하고 있는 연구과제와 관련하여 차세대 전력통신망 관리방안에 대해 기술하였다.
