CSA(Control Self Assessment) is a new internal control technique whose objective is to control the human resource performance, the manager's philosophy, the business ethics, the effective communication and decision making etc. The purpose of this study is to find out if the CSA improve the quality of internal control. With the questionnaire method the following conclusions are reached. 1) Level of the management supports influence the level of the workshop participation. 2) Anonymity during the workshop session influences the level of workshop participation. 3) Level of the organizational committment influences the level of the participation 4) The level of workshop performance significantly influences the level of internal contro improvement.

실시간 우편물류는 고객, 우편물류 담당자 그리고 운영자에게 적절한 정보를 적절한 시간에 제공하는 것이며, 우편물류 흐름과 물품을 실시간으로 통제, 관리하는 것이다. 실시간 우편물류는 기능적 요소와 경영성과 요소가 있다. 기능적 요소는 실시간 추적, 실시간 통제 그리고 실시간 모니터링이며, 경영성과 요소는 우편업무 흐름 관리와 우편업무 흐름의 최적화이다. 본 연구에서는 실시간 우편물류 구축을 위한 자동화와RTE 기술을 분석한다. 또한 자동화와 RTE 기술 도메인 아래에서 유비쿼터스, RFID, USN 등과 같은 인프라와 BPM, EAI, BAM, BI 시스템의 통합을 통한 실시간 우편물류구축을 위한 적용 방법론을 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 객체지향 개념과 분산형 문제해결 방법의 장점을 혼합한 FMS 생산현장통제 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 FMS의 모든 구성요소를 지능적인 객체로써 표현하고, 객체들간의 Bidding 과정을 통하여 생산 현장의 상태변화에 대응해 나가는 구조를 가지고 있다. 실험 결과, 제안된 시스템은 기존의 Dispatching rule에 비하여, job의 시스템내 체류시간이 감소하며 기계부하가 평준화되는 현상을 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics of experimental design and evidence choice of the elementary school students in problem solving process related to controlling variable. For this study, 96 6th grade students were selected and tested with Science Reasoning Task. This study revealed that the types of experimental design were categorized as variance of control variable, controlling of causal variable, perfect controlling variable, imperfect controlling variable, variance of all variable. Prior belief had a strong influence on student's experimental design. The types of evidence choice were categorized as perfect controlling variable, controlling causal variable, variance of causal variable. The degree of controlling variable in evidence choice process was much lower than that in experimental design. Most students tended to choose evidence according to prior belief without controlling variable. The results of this study implied that student's prior belief and characteristic of science process skills should be considered to develop program for promoting controlling variable ability.

최근 금융기관이 직면한 내외부적 요구로 인해 금융기관은 운영리스크 관리의 선진화를 위한 내부통제체제의 조속한 정립을 요구 받고 있다. 이를 위해서는 내부통제에 대한 정확한 정의와 표준적 구성요소에 대한 파악과 더불어 현재 내부통제체제의 문제점과 개선방안을 도출할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제점 및 이에 대한 개선방안을 조직적 측면과 시스템적인 측면으로 분리하여 살펴봄으로써 효과적인 내부통제체제를 바탕으로 선진 운영리스크 관리 시스템 확립에 대한 다각적인 접근을 시도하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to look at the fun that high school students from blind schools feel in sports programs. A questionnaire was used to collect data from 10 out of 12 blind schools nationwide, including 122 male and 102 female students. Research tools are open questionnaires and questions are as follows. - Questionnaire: "Write down three of the most interesting things about sports programs." The data analysis was done with frequency analysis and the following conclusions were drawn. First, male high school students at blind schools are able to build up their physical strength in the area of competent factors (control-self) (23, 21.5%), in the area of competent factors (7, 77.8%) and in the area of motion-related factors (competition) (24, 15.1%), and in the area of non-execution factors (26, 37.7%), Second, high school girls with visual impairments did not respond in the areas of proficiency (control-self) because of stress release (25, 26.6%), in the areas of control-tain), in the areas of movement (competition) because they were able to do various exercises (22, 15.7%), and in the areas of non-watering (environmental) (18, 37.5%). Third, in the sports program comparative analysis of high school students between genders of blind schools, boys are interested in health and physical fitness in the field of competent factors (control-self) and girls are considered to be a means of relieving stress. In the field of competent factors (control-others), boys and girls can react to a variety of sports opportunities. In the future, by studying the fun of students in the physical education program through research to find out more fun in the school physical education program, we will explore practical ways to maximize student participation and increase motivation level The educational aspect of the process, that is, the educational value provided by the physical education, should be composed of content that can change the thinking and behavior of the teacher and the student so that the program contents and operation method.

The evolution of IT facilitated the communication and knowledge sharing between the social network service (SNS) users. When the more information about SNS users had been posted in SNS site, SNS users had sometimes exposed in the risk of privacy invasion. To remedy this problem, we had introduced the information control mechanisms from the prior studies in data management to the SNS area and empirically validated the effect of these mechanisms in this research. Three information control mechanisms had been elected as access control, reference control and diffusion control. We had conducted a survey to the Facebook users which is the most famous SNS site. 459 data had been gathered and analyzed by PLS algorism. As the results, reference control and diffusion control has significantly increased the trust on SNS providers and decrease the privacy concern. This change could significantly affect on the satisfaction with the SNS site and knowledge sharing intention of SNS users. This study could introduce the new perspective about privacy protection issues in SNS area. Also, the information control mechanisms suggested in this study could contribute to make more robust privacy protection mechanisms in SNS site in practice.

This study examined replication of the factor structure of the DAPC [Domain-specific Assessment of Psychological Control (Soenens et al., 2006)] in parents of Korean adolescents. Participants included 289 adolescents who responded to DAPC items regarding their parents' psychological control behaviors. Two factors comprising 17 items were identified and labeled as "achievement oriented psychological control", and "separation-anxious psychological control." Confirmatory factor analysis and partial correlation analysis provided evidence for the construct validity of the DAPC through construct reliability, convergent validity and discriminant validity across both sex of parents and adolescents. The psychometric properties indicated that DAPC could be useful in studying parents' psychological control behaviors toward their adolescent children.

The instant messenger is not only a wonderful tool for individuals. It is also a great tool which provides real-time dialogue and file transfers for individuals via the Internet and improves an enterprise productivity. However, it has many security risks that may have significant impact in corprate environments. This paper provides an overview of the security risks of the instant messenger with a risk analysis method and the controls that can be used to make it secure. It's hard to eliminate the instant messenger from enterprise environments because of its benefits. If we cannot avoid using it, we must make it secure and reap the full benefits of it.
