  • Choi Han-gi(崔漢綺)'s system of ideas is roughly called Ki-philosophy(氣哲學) because he presupposes ki(氣) as the foundational element as well as operational agent of the whole universe. Choi suggests that each extant entity should try to approximate itself to the greater cosmic operation and changes[大氣運化], thus achieving an harmonious unity with ilki(一氣), the ultimate originator as well as principle of the universe. In order to make this happen, he proposes that one execute chuchik(推測), a kind of empirical reasoning, which is gradually sharpened through expanding and accumulating his experiences of the outer world. Continuous practicing of chuchik(推測) helps one enlarge his conceptual, experiential and existential horizon much more greatly than could otherwise be possible. Such an expansion of the self naturally brings about one's ultimate development as an ethical, responsible, sociable and even cosmic being. Seen in this respect, chuchik(推測) is not simply a cognitive maneuver but a powerful catalyst which help bind all entities under heaven in a great harmonious whole.

  • What is national security? National security is reduced for state national security. At present, national security threats can be divided into main enemies and potential ones and main enemies are separated inside and external ones. Arnold Toynbee said, "The destruction of the state is starting not from outside but from inside". This means we must be aware of inside enemies. How much do we know of the internal enemies who are trying to divide the people and overthrow the state? This paper focuses on corresponding strategies to depend our democratic state against inside enemies who penetrate all sectors of society and fabricate rumors, incite violence, and even try to overthrow our legitimate state with the base on the lessons of past West Germany case.

  • Nowadays, the demand for the wireless technology has gradually increased to support the services of high speed wired internet and also the interest of a mobile terminal convergence has increased. In the next generation, the mobile terminal could merge with the celluar phone, wireless LAN, portable internet, digital multimedia brodcasting, mobile game and sensor(smart-tag and biometrics) through the unified single user interface. Moreover, the system is supported to multi-mode at difference networks, which have variable functions and high performance for available service. Inthis paper, we investigate the minimum requirements and the core technologies of the next generation mobile terminals.

  • Many abstraction techniques are introduced in programming languages in order to facilitate the development, maintenance and extension of softwares. But several concepts and terms related to abstraction have not been uniformly defined and have been explained differently. Expecially in object-oriented paradigm strongly based on abstraction common consensus was not derived. In this paper, we analyse procedural abstraction, propose the taxonomy of procedural abstraction and show that procedural abstraction contains the concept of abstraction on abstraction in addition to the transformation of procedures into abstraction. We also explain polymorphism in the view of abstraction. These analysis and consideration will make it possible to understand procedural abstraction more intensively.

  • 1980년대 이후 미국에서 통합 마케팅 커뮤니케이션(Integrated Marketing Communications) 개념이 본격적으로 도입된 이래 IMC는 국내외적으로 실무에서 폭 넓게 활용되고 있으며, 1990년대 이래 학문적으로도 많은 연구들이 행해지고 있다. 그러나 IMC는 여전히 새로운 학문분야로서 아직도 학문적으로 많은 논쟁이 일어나고 있으며 체계적인 이론 정립이 미흡한 상황이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 지금까지의 국내외 IMC 관련 연구들을 체계적으로 고찰하여 IMC 연구의 전체 흐름을 이해하고, 쟁점은 무엇인지 파악하여, 이를 바탕으로 향후 연구방향을 탐색하였다. 본 논문은 지금까지의 IMC 관련 연구를 IMC의 개념 및 인식에 관한 연구, IMC 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구, IMC 실행과정에 관한 연구, IMC 실행의 효과에 관한 연구 등 크게 네 가지 형태로 분류하여 각 분야 연구들의 논점들을 정리하였다. 분석결과 IMC 연구에 있어서 주요 쟁점으로 학문적 체계에 관한 문제, IMC 실행 수준의 측정 문제, 연구방법상 실무자를 대상으로 한 설문에 지나치게 의존하고 있는 문제 등이 부각되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 IMC 연구방향으로 IMC 정의 및 개념의 통일, 객관적인 IMC 측정방법의 연구, 광고주나 대행사뿐만 아니라 소비자 측면에서의 연구, 광고주와 대행사의 협력에 관한 연구, 구체적인 통합의 범위와 정도 및 효과를 규명하는 연구들이 필요한 것으로 드러났다.

주자지(周紫芝), 『죽파시화(竹坡詩話)』에 관한 시론(試論)

  • 양송(兩宋) 교체기의 중요한 시인이자 비평가인 주자지(周紫芝)의 "죽파시화(竹坡詩話)"는 당시의 여느 시화와 마찬가지로 각 조 사이의 관계가 전혀 유기적이지 않으며 주제도 천차만별이다. 하지만 그 안에 도연명(陶淵明), 두보(杜甫), 이백(李白), 한유(韓愈), 류종원(柳宗元) 등의 당대(唐代) 시인부터 소식(蘇軾), 황정견(黃庭堅), 매요신(梅堯臣), 장뢰(張?) 같은 송대(宋代) 시인에 이르기까지 직, 간접적으로 언급된 시인이 40여 명이나 되고 그들의 작품에 대한 평가와 격률(格律), 자구(字句), 용사(用事)에 대한 분석 및 고증, 그리고 주자지 개인의 시론이 단문 형태로 흩어져 있다. 하지만 그것들을 종합, 개괄하면 주자지의 심오하고 독창적인, 시의 격식과 내용을 함께 존중하는 시학(詩學)을 확인할 수 있다. 그러나 "죽파시화"는, 본래 주자지가 이른바 '남도시단(南渡詩壇)'의 주요 시인이었기 때문에 상대적으로 시 이외의 기타 저작이 홀시되었고 그의 스승이 장뢰(張?), 이지의(李之儀)였던 사실로부터 그의 시학 역시 강서시파(江西詩派)를 답습했을 것이라는 판단이 미리 내려진 탓에 지금까지 시문학사에서 온당한 평가를 받지 못했다. 하지만 주자지는 "죽파시화"에서 당시 형식과 기교에 편중했던 강서시파 말류의 병폐를 명확히 인식하여 독자적으로 자연스러움과 조탁을 고도로 통일시킨 시학을 제시하였다. 요컨대 기계적인 모방 이론에 반대하고 평담(平淡), 자연(自然), 청원(淸遠)의 풍격을 추구하는 한편, 연구(煉句), 연자(煉字)에 힘씀으로써 오히려 평담함의 시풍에 이르게 된다고 하였다. 주자지의 이런 시학은 중국 시문학사에서 그 지위를 재평가 받아야 하며, 아울러 송대뿐만 아니라 오늘날에도 시인과 평론가들이 참고할 만한 보편적 가치를 가졌다.

  • Subjekt oder $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist ein grundlegendes Prinzip neuzeitlicher Philosophie. Das $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist bei Kant $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$(analytische Einheit der Apperzeption als klare Selbstbeziehung) in Objekts $bewu{\ss}tsein$(synthetischer Einheit der Apperzeptuion). Dabei zeigt er ein Reflexionsmodell des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$. Aber er $erkl{\ddot{a}}rt$ nicht systematisch ein $Verh{\ddot{a}}ltnis$ zwischen synthetischer Einheit und analytischer Einheit der Apperzeption, und auch $l{\ddot{o}}st$ er nicht theorienimmanente und formale Schwierigkeiten von Zirkelargument bzw. unendlicher Iteration in der Reflxionsstruktur des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$. Aufgrund der Voraussetzungen seiner eigenen Fundamentalontologie kritisiert der $fr{\ddot{u}}he$ Heidegger, $da{\ss}$ Kants $traditionsabh{\ddot{a}}ngige$ $Subjektivit{\ddot{a}}tstheorie$ Symptome der Seins vergessenheit zeigt, transformiert Kants $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseinstheorie$, interpretiert Kants transformierte Theorie als $subjektivit{\ddot{a}}tstheoretische$ $Begr{\ddot{u}}ndung$ der traditionellen Ontologie von Vorhandenheit, und versteht sie als ersten Schritt und erstes phlosophisches Modell seiner Fundamentalontologie. Durch kritische Interpretation von Kants Lehre von Selbstaffektion und $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ deutet er ein Modell des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$ als des $ph{\ddot{a}}nomenologischen$ $Horizontsbewu{\ss}tseins$ an. In diesem Modell der vorreflexiven und unmittelbaren Selbstbeziehung entstehen Schwierigkeiten von Zirkelargument bzw. unendlicher Iteration nicht. Apel kritisiert Kants $selbstbewu{\ss}te$ Apperzeptionstheorie in dem Sinne, $da{\ss}$ sie solipsistisch sei, und in seiner Transzendentalpragmatik $vervollst{\ddot{a}}ndigt$ er Kants transzendentalphilosophische $G{\ddot{u}}ltigkeit$ in der Dimension von $Intersubjektivit{\ddot{a}}t$ diskurierender Menschen. Hierbei ersetzt die Kommunikationsgemeinschaft Kants Apperzeption oder $Bewu{\ss}tsein$ ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$. In der transzendentalpragmatischen Sicht, die auf den sprachlichen Bezug des Denkens und Erkennens und die Kommunikationsgemeinschaft geht, beruht das $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ oder die Reflexion des Subjekts wesentlich auf seinem sprachlich vermittelten sozialen Bezug. Also geht es nicht um Zirkelargument und unendliche Iteration in denkender Selbstbeziehung des Subjekts. Ebeling hebt Heideggers Daseinsanalytik auf das Niveau von Apels Transzendentalpragmatik an und entwickelt Fundamatalpragmatik ${\ddot{u}}ber$ $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ gegen allgemeinen Tod. Dieser $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist fundamentalpragmatische Transformation von Kants $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$. Der $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ der Vernunft bleibt in der solipsistischen Dimension nicht und ist ein $Bewu{\ss}tsein$, das in der Widerstandsgemeinschaft durch Argumentation universalisiert werden kann. Hierbei geht es nicht um Zirkelargument und unendliche Iteration.

Perception of the Resident Conflict in Agricultural Joint Business Management (농촌마을 공동사업 운영상 야기되는 갈등에 대한 인식 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the conflicts that occurred in the rural village's joint management project. This study examined the perception of conflicts among people working in agricultural related fields. A questionnaire survey was given to collected data from people who participated in nation-wide resrvice training course programs. The content of the questionnaire consisted of the factors of conflict in a rural village and the details recognized by general farmers. The data was collected from October 15 to 23, 2007. 206 samples were used for final analysis from a total of 240 samples. Frequency analysis and T-test between variables were conducted by SPSS 14.0. The results suggest that farmers have a negative perception of the business partnership. Proposal for business partnerships should be avoided because of the conflicts between partners. Accordingly, as farmers don't recognize that their joint project is a business partnership, the likehood of a conflict in the agricultural joint business operation and management is contained. Conflicts mainly exist between a village leader and villagers. The main reasons for conflicts are a lack of interest and lack of communal homogeneity, and lack of methodology to share the benefit of business. It will be necessary to understand the aspects of future conflicts in order to manage joint projects ill agricultural experience villages.
