Certain structural components are exposed to high temperatures. At high temperature, under thermal and mechanical loading, metal components exhibit both creep and plastic behavior. The unified constitutive theory is to model both the time-dependent behavior(creep) and the time-independent behavior(plasticity) in one set of equations. Microscopically both creep and plasticity are controlled by the motion of dislocations. A finite element method is presented encorporating a unified constitutive model for the transient analysis of viscoplastic behavior of structures exposed to high temperature.

The relationships between the textural properties of cooked rice and hot water-solubles of rice or rice flour were studied. The amounts of solubles or soluble amylose among japonica varieties were similar, but those among Tongil type varieties were different. At the same heating conditions, japonica varieties showed higher contents of solubles as well as soluble amylose than Tongil varieties. The solubles and soluble amylose from rice or rice flour showed a negative correlation with hardness but a positive correlation with adhesivess of rice cooked with optimum water.

This is the survey on the actual condition about the managing of headings in library cataloging. KCR4, the standard rules for the library cataloging in Korea, has no rules for the main entry headings and uniform headings. But the cataloging records are not standardized because a lot of libraries in Korea use the main entry headings and uniform headings yet. A structural revision of KORMARC is required in order that all library follow the rules on the KCR's main entry headings. And the rules for uniform heading used until KCR4's policy about the heading is decided according to international trends are needed.

This study examines firstly concept and present condition of Policy Customer Relationship Management(PCRM) system which applying in the governmental dimension Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system of enterprises(proft-making organizations), comparison of PCRM and CRM, and definition of customer and customer classification process as a key of PCRM. Next, investigates applying plan in the other special libraries of governmental institution through the case study of Information Center on North Korea(special library attached to the Ministry of Unification) and relationship with different connection systems attempted in e-government(Enterprise Architecture). Lastly, through this, considers complemental issues for developmental fixation in special libraries.

Twenty-six japonica and 19 Tongil type milled rices were grouped based on water uptake rate at $23^{\circ}C$ and interrelationships between starch properties and hydration group were investigated. There were no significant differences in relative crystallinity, transmittance increase rate of 0.1% starch suspension and soluble amylose between japonica and Tongil type rices. The gel volume of starch n 3M KSCN solution of Tonsil type rice starch was significantly higher than that of japonica one. However, no correlations were observed between starch properties and hydration groups.

This study proposes a land action plan for stabilization of the North Korea in fundamental guarantees of life, social security and social system in order to minimize the social disruption and economic losses by identifying the administrative and operational status of the land in North Korea. Land action plan for North Korea is that the state holds the whole land ownership for a certain period through re-nationalization of the land by not admitting the former owner's ownership and distributes the land to the currently occupying personal and set the land use permission and later land ownership will be introduced and land use permit will be gradually privatized.

The mutual interchange and cooperation giving first consideration to the communication technology and industry makes it possible to advance the day of unification of North and South Korea. For the sake of this, it is necessary to build communication network connecting all parts of Korea synthetically. This paper presents the plan to build the realizable communication system in North Korea. It bases on an objective view and prospect of domestic and foreign conditions and will help to construct the communication inflation. Therefore, consideration of pluralistic, economic and relay aspects must be proceeded and also the least expense of unification must be deliberated.

This article provides a new definition of giftedness drawn from a cognitive mechanism. The mechanism shows how cognitive components are functionally related to each other and cooperatively "work" together, producing the various cognitive phenomena in the social world. The author argues that for a universally agreed definition, giftedness has to be understood in the mechanism, the origin of all the cognitive phenomena in cultural or social contexts. According to the definition drawn form the cognitive mechanism, giftedness is the ability to form a simple and fundamental domains-integrated knowledge of the "whole" world. A new method for identifying gifted students is subsequently suggested.

Until recently, many scientific names of Korean Aphyllophorales have been used in a state of confusion. Korean names of Aphyllophorales species recorded until recently were listed here and, among them, 40 misnamed species were renamed according to The Proposal for the Unification of Korean Names for Mushrooms recommended by the Korean Society of Mycology in 1978. This list contains rearranged 411 species of 144 genera from 23 families in Korean Aphyllophorales.
