기업내부에 존재하는 비즈니스 룰은 정형화되고 집중화된 하나의 시스템으로 구축되어 있는 것이 아니라 여러 서브시스템이나 실무자의 경험속에 산재되어 존재한다. 산재되어 존재하는 비즈니스 룰을 정형화된 형태로 집중관리가 가능하도록 구축한 도구가 BRE(Business Rule Engine)이다. BRE는 비즈니스 룰 관리를 빠르고 용이하게 하여, 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 매우 효과적인 기여를 한다. 하지만 BRE도입시 고려해야 할 품질특성을 판단할 뚜렷한 기준을 가지고 있지 못 하기 때문에 고가의 솔루션인 BRE도입에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 9126를 기반으로 BRE가 갖추어야 할 품질특성을 정의하고 BRE 도입시 고려해야 할 품질특성을 판단할 수 있는 판별분석기법을 통해 BRE를 명확히 이해할 수 있는 품질평가모델을 제시함으로서 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 실제 구축된 BRE 사례들에 대해 판별분석기법을 통해 검증하며, 검증된 품질평가모델의 활용방안을 제시한다.

Considering education process in university, We will have consensus about that has not satisfied exactly individual student's needs. Because education in university has the process that one person contract diverse many people in same time. So, we consider about that if students have used more information communication technology, they have more satisfaction in education process and contents. Our research verify these hypotheses that students' high degree of technology acceptance tendency affect degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction to be high. And these relationship are affected by level of students' using information communication technology. As a results, if students have high degree of technology acceptance then they have high degree of relationship quality, education service quality, and education service satisfaction. Also, enough students to use information and communication technology has moderate effect about these relationship. This study was conducted at university is located in the province's small and medium-sized cities. Therefore, future training will utilize its contents have been more effective.

음성통신에 있어 전화기의 주파수 특성은 음량과 함께 통화품질에 많은 영향을 미친다. 각 국에서는 자국의 통신실정에 맞는 주파수 특성을 규정하고 있지만, 다른 나라의 규정을 그대로 도입하는 것은 도리어 전화기의 품질 열화를 초래할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 전화통화에 있어 만족한 통화품질을 얻을 수 있는 바람직한 주파수 특성을 구하고자, 주파수 특성에 대하여 오피니언 평가 및 선호도 평가를 실시하고, 그 결과를 기본으로 최적 주파수 특성에 대해 검토하였다.

In order to enhance their own customer satisfaction index that is one of the top level managerial performance indices, Internet communication service providers endeavor onto establishing a total quality management system. Specifically, it is under discussion that some critical Internet communication network quality characteristics closely related to customer satisfaction index should be controlled aiming to this managerial goal. This paper presents an application scheme of I-MR control charts for monitoring Internet communication network quality characteristics. This statistical quality control scheme generates a signal to practitioners when it detects the network quality characteristics out-of control. It is designed based on; 1) individual measurements; and 2) moving ranges between two consecutive individual measurements collected with a constant time interval. Empirical analyses are illustrated to estimate the expected quality improvement ratios that can be realized with the application scheme proposed in this paper. Assuming that the assignable causes can be revealed and eradicated, regarding two Internet communication services A, B, seven network quality characteristics for each service, eleven distinct measuring spots for each network quality characteristic, the expected quality improvement ratios are calculated with which the effect of the application scheme is evaluated. Results show the ranges of the expected quality improvement ratios; 1) Service A, (1) mean (0.31%-11.44%), (2) standard deviation (9.82%-71.10%): 2) Service B, (1) mean (0.29%-17.64%), (2) standard deviation (8.05%-60.59%). Hence, It is anticipated that the I-MR control charts based application scheme can be effective not only to improving the mean and dispersion of the network quality characteristics concerned but also to maintaining the network quality characteristics in-control consequently.

According to information communication business faces with competitions in a various spheres with the development of multimedia and information communication, the time when we have to make an effort to improve a qualify comes from an era when we devote ourselves to quantitative expansion. we will try to perform quality assessments of real-time interactive multimedia service, and so on - in this research and present criteria of new subjective quality assessments which is fit on Korea by analyzing examples of ITU-T and foreign countries and Korea.

IP QoS is not required to overcome the limitations of the existing Best Effort Service to connect to the explosion of the Internet traffic revenue. To IP QoS requirements of next-generation communication network, Metric Sizing Methodology is very important. However, IP networks have been developed with a focus gender flexibility and scalability than the QoS. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the quality measures for different existing IP technology to apply QoS in IP networks. When establishing the connection quality and transmission quality, based on the IP QoS(Quality of Service) objective data quality metrics can be obtained by analyzing the communication quality hindrance. Understanding the communication quality level may evaluate quality sensitive area and quality hindrance. Establish effective quality metrics can be expected to promote effective and customer satisfaction through improved quality, improved call quality for this issue.

최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites. 최근 시스템을 구축하는데 있어서 점점 더 많은 상용 컴포넌트가 쓰이고 있다. 컴포넌트에서 핵심 요소로 작용하는 요구사항은 기능 요구사항과 비기능 요구사항으로 나뉘며, 실질적인 컴포넌트의 재사용에 있어서 비기능적이 요소가 결정적인 기준으로 작용하고 있다. 비기능 요구사항은 해당 시스템이 지원해야 할 기능 요구사항의 제약사항 또는 품질 속성을 말하며, 소프트웨어의 품질 요구 사항으로 반영된다. 결국 시스템의 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 시스템을 구성하는 컴포넌트가 가진 품질을 고려해야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 시스템의 품질에 관여하는 비기능 요구사항을 분석 및 반영 하기 위해 품질 속성이나 제약사항과 같은 컴포넌트가 가져야 할 비기능 요구사항을 고려한 컴포넌트의 추출 기법을 제안한다. 비기능 요구사항의 분석은 UML의 유스케이스에서 이루어지며 기능-비기능 요구사항의 영향관계를 고려하여 컴포넌트를 추출한다. 추출된 컴포넌트는 문서화를 통해 잘 기술된 제약사항 및 품질 요구사항에 대한 정보를 가지고 있기 때문에 보다 효과적인 컴포넌트를 이용한 개발을 가능케 한다.

네트워크 및 전송기술의 발달로 통신망을 이용하여 IPTV와 같은 서비스를 제공하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. IPTV는 기존 방송과 달리 IP 망을 통해 데이터의 송수신이 이루어지므로, 전송에러가 발생할 수 있으며, 이 경우 패킷의 손실 및 지연 등의 이유로 열화가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 열화는 사용자의 체감품질에 영향을 미쳐 IPTV서비스에 대한 사용자의 신뢰도를 저하 시킨다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV서비스에서 체감 품질 보장 및 품질 모니터링에 관한 IPTV국제 표준화 동향 및 규정을 소개하고, IPTV 사용자의 체감품질을 보장하기 위한 방법을 고찰한다.

본 고에서는 통신망의 통화품질의 기준을 설정하기 위하여, 음성품질 열화요인 중 음량정격 및 측음 마스킹 정격에 대한 일련의 주관평가를 실시하여, 음량정격과 평균 오피니언 점수 및 측음 마스킹 정격과 평균 오피니언 점수와의 상관을 구하였고, 또한 음성품질에 대한 사용자 백분율을 도출하여 사용자의 오피니언을 기본으로 하는 음성품질 기준에 대하여 기술하였다.
