This study was conducted in order to examine how ethical climate, ethical sensitivity, and moral distress influence social workers' job satisfaction, burnout, and turnover intention. First, social workers' perception of ethical climate in their organization enhanced job satisfaction and lowered turnover intention, but its association with burnout was not statistically significant. Second, ethical sensitivity was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and to increase burnout and turnover intention. Third, moral distress, which is induced by social workers' direct experiences, was found to lower job satisfaction and increase burnout and turnover intention.

In this paper, the author focused on the establishment of structural equation model for cyber copyright ethics based upon literature reviews. And to draw a factors influencing cyber copyright ethics reception, author are applied a human-technology-contents-culture (HTCoC) perspectives. The basic idea is that copyright ethics is one of the most significant solutions to protect copyrighted materials. Among solutions like technology, institution and legal framework, ethics may be the most powerful alternatives to face with copyright infringement. Among variables, copyright culture is appeared that can mediate the other factors in cyberspace. Concluding remarks is that more sound and sustainable cyber copyright ethics is needed to cope with unexpected negative use of information technology in digital convergence era.

Purpose: This study provides preliminary data for job satisfaction and organizational commitment by finding out the effects of ethical climate perceived by and ethical sensitivity of nurses on the organizational effectiveness of small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: Study participants were 155 nurses who had worked one year or longer at small and medium-sized hospitals located in the G city, and they were recruited through convenient sampling. The SPSS/Win 20.0 program was used analyze frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation through independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Results: The mean score for organizational effectiveness of nurses had a significant positive correlation with ethical climate and ethical sensitivity. ethical climate, experience of receiving nursing ethics education were the major predictors of organizational effectiveness and explained 61%(F=48.36, p<.001) of the total variance in the study. Conclusion: it has been confirmed that ethical climate and experience of receiving nursing ethics education affect organizational effectiveness, a concept that shows the degree of achieving organizational goals while nurses at small and medium-sized hospitals.

This study is a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest designed to understand the effect of ethical dilemma discussion program on human rights sensitivity and ethical values of university students. By providing ethical dilemma discussion program to university students in C university, G-do, the effectiveness was verified. Analyzed using IBM SPSS 24.0. The normality of the variables was verified by Shapiro-Wilk test. Homogeneity was verified using real number and percentage, Fisher's exact probability test and independent t-test. The program's effect was verified using paired t-test. The results of this study are as follows: after the ethical dilemma discussion program, the experimental group's human rights sensitivity(t=-2.32, p=.025), and ethical value(t=-2.43, p=.020) were higher than the control group. Therefore, the ethical dilemma discussion program of this study helped improve the human rights susceptibility and ethical values of the subjects. Further research is needed to verify the effects of ethics education on diverse groups.

It can be said that the effectiveness of organization is influenced by the ethical leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the subject of ethical management. In this study, ethical leadership was set as the subject of the study, and the concept of ethical leadership was set as ethical leadership that perceives the superiors in the process of performing subordinates by members of a company or organization. In this study, the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction were examined, and the effects of ethical leadership on the ethical consciousness of subordinates were analyzed, and ethical consciousness in the relationship between ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction The mediating effect was analyzed. The subjects of this study were surveyed on 300 small and medium-sized workers in Gyeonggi Province from March 7 to May 10, 2020, and used as empirical analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and ethical consciousness, and organizational characteristics such as ethical consciousness affect organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction according to how individuals perceive the organization. It was found that. Ethical leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And these results are absolutely necessary to practice ethical management as a way to strengthen ethical leadership in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that make you feel a sense of unity with the organization.

인터넷의 급속한 성장으로 인하여 인터넷의 순기능에 대한 긍정적인 면보다는 역기능에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 따라서 인터넷의 역기능으로 빚어지는 비인간적이고 비윤리적인 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 정보통신윤리교육 프로그램 및 교재 개발이 필요하다. 특히 가정의 주체가 되는 학부모를 대상으로 한 프로그램 및 교재의 개발은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 학부모 정보통신윤리교육을 위한 e-Learning 컨텐츠를 설계 및 구현하고자 한다. 학습내용에는 학부모의 인터넷 활용수준 평가 인터넷의 역기능에 대한 통계, 자녀와 함께 하는 인터넷 활용법, 유해물 차단방법 및 도움기관에 대한 정보를 제공하고 있다. 학부모의 e-Learning 컨텐츠 학습을 통하여 인터넷 사용법에 대한 안내자의 역할뿐만 아니라 가정에서 부모와 자녀간의 올바른 인터넷 사용 문화의 정착을 할 수 있도록 개발 및 적용하고자 한다.

This study is a descriptive evaluation of the differences in biomedical ethics consciousness, related knowledge, awareness, and attitude of nursing college students according to the completion of biomedical ethics education. The data were collected from 112 nursing students using self-report questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, Chi-Square test, Fisher's exact probability test and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS 21.0. There were significant differences between the two groups in the sub-domains of biomedical ethics consciousness, artificial insemination, euthanasia and organ transplantation. The biomedical ethics consciousness was positively correlated with attitudes toward human tissue donation and transplantation, awareness of death, and awareness of hospice palliative care. The results of this study showed that after participating in the biomedical ethics education, nursing college students had statistically significant differences in the consciousness of artificial insemination, euthanasia, and organ transplantation. Moreover, the consciousness of biomedical ethics was related to attitude toward human tissue donation and transplantation and awareness of hospice palliative care. Based on the results of this study, we would like to suggest the need for development of various curricula related to death, hospice palliative care, human tissue donation and transplantation in the biomedical ethics curriculum. In addition, as the study was conducted in a single college, it is difficult to generalize the results; therefore, additional studies at different facilities are recommended.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Nursing ethics education(NE) on Spiritual well-being(SW), Attitude toward death(AD) and Perception of hospice palliative care(PH) in nursing students. This research used a one group pretest-posttest experimental design. Thirty hours NE program was given to 42 nursing students for six weeks. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and paired t-test with SPSS 18.0. program. As a result, there are no significant effects of NE on SW, AD and PH. However, it was found one thing interest that neither our nursing ethics education program nor others' had significant effects on attitude toward death. Nurses provide care to people at the end of their lives more often than any other healthcare provider. Therefore it is necessary to study the development of educational programs improving positive attitude toward death.

The purpose of this study is to understand the effects of nursing ethics education on ethical values, nursing professional intuition and biomedical ethics of nursing students. Data collection period was from December 2, 2017 to December 31, 2017 and the data were collected from 186 nursing college students at 2 universities. Data were analyzed by t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The average score for the ethics values was 3.08±0.33 points. the average score of nursing professionalism was 3.22±0.84. The average score of consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.86±0.22. It is necessary to develop case-centered textbooks in order to raise the competence to apply ethics management about biomedical issues in the course program of nursing ethics to improve the awareness of biomedical ethics for nursing college students.

It has been to have not only good functions that make us convenient but also side effects that lead to a variety of social problems. Especially, on many statistical data shows the high percentage of adolescent exposed to such side effects. Therefore, it is important for teenagers who needs to build healthy personality to learn information ethics education. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed the existing information ethics education in information curriculum and information ethics education in revision curriculum of 2015. In order to educate the information ethics in the new curriculum, the education priorities of the adolescents according to the exposures of information dysfunction were suggested and the information dysfunctional areas were classified into educational categories. It is expected that information ethics education can be applied more effectively.
