To customer management finds and forecast customer's various pattern more easily and conveniently rising by important topic that control corporation's success and failure, mmy corporations are introducing CRM and eCRM fast. At past, customer management had been managed by statisticians or special statistics package but it is trend been alternating gradually by datamining technique to do to computerize statistics process based on sudden development of IT. Field that this datamining is used representatively is CRM, eCRM. This paper applied datamining using GA referencing customer data or discount store and sale data or 2004 years. forecasted 2005 years melancholy customer by datamining and proved datamining through comparison with actuality customer data is how effective to eCRM.

This study aims to investigate the major causes of conflict between clients and vendors in the outsourced IS development. A research model is established based on the prior research of IS outsourcing, system development and conflict. An empirical study was executed using 214 survey questionnaire of project teams composed of client and vendor with PASW 18.0. Research results using multiple regressions show that contract specificity, requirements certainty, objective alignment and client knowledge have negative effects on conflict. This research results will provide various implications for outsourcing project success.

Interaction between anti-cancer agents and various modulators of multidrug resistance in producing their joint effects are of fundamental interest in the chemtherapeutic treatment of cancer. We generate a dose-response curve for each combination of several anti-cancer agents and modulators based on an in-vitro experiment on each of several human cancer cell lines. We employ a log-linear model developed by Wahrendorf et al (1981) and Piegorsch et al (1988) to detect synergism among several compounds. We show two examples of the data analysis and their results. We believe that these results encourage further experiment in-vivo studies.

The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was developed to quantify the classification ability of marker values (covariates) on the response variable and has been extended to survival data with diverse missing data structure. When survival data is understood as binary data (status of being alive or dead) at each time point, the ROC curve expressed at every time point results in time-dependent ROC curve and time-dependent area under curve (AUC). In particular, a follow-up study brings the change of cohort and incomplete data structures such as censoring and competing risk. In this paper, we review time-dependent ROC estimators under several contexts and perform simulation to check the performance of each estimators. We analyzed a dementia dataset to compare the prognostic power of markers.

The purpose of this study is to define the factor giving effect to Adolescent's suicide thinking by grasping the degree of the middle school student's victimization of violence and mental health and physical symptoms. The subjects of this study were 176 persons in middle school students. As collected data was using SPSS Win 17.0 for Hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of this study as follows. school violence, mental health and physical symptoms between the correlation analysis conducted to identify statistically significant results at the level of correlation between variables that were analyzed. school violence impact on suicide thinking. mental health impact on suicide thinking.

The purpose of this study is Big Five personality factors of personality type on career behavior, that is, entry to the unsafe first job in Korean university students. To accomplish this research objective, this study collected data from 500 students in three universities and two colleges located in the Chungcheong region. Among 350 questionnaires, 342 copies were used for a final analysis. In order to analyze the survey data, statistical package program SPSS/WIN 18.0 was utilized and statistical techniques such as basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used. The results obtained in this study can be summarized as follows. The extraversion personality and agreeableness personality of college students has a significant effect on the entry to the unsafe first job in the positive direction. On the other hand, the neurotic personality and openness to experience has a significant effect on the entry to the unsafe first job in the negative direction. However, the integrity personality of college students was not statistically significant. Finally, based on the empirical results we suggested several theoretical and practical implications.

Much of the process in Social Science Research can be expedited with use of an automation systems that can lead to research efficiency and dramatic improvement of the research process. This study proposes use of a social science research automation system based on the cloud, which generates questionnaires, supports data collection, and intuitively processes statistical analyses of the data collected. The Cloud-based Social Science Research Automation System is developed with GNU/GPL-based open source software. We also integrate R for statistical computing to enable advanced statistical analyses such as PLS structural equation modeling, mediate effect analysis, compare between groups, and complete general statistics. The Cloud-based Social Science Research Automation system developed in this study is expected to play an important role in improving the social science research process and in performing the social science studies efficiently.

The purpose of this research can be said as follows. The close examination of competitive advantages of Korean enterprises who have been participating and dominating the management activities directly in India. And the Analysing of the correlation between the competitive advantages and the management performances of Korean firms there. That is, the factors which exercise their influence over the local management positively can be activated and developed reasonably and systematically while the others which exercise their influence over it negatively have to be eliminated, at least. The factors of competitive advantages on this paper are from ones which could generally be recognized on the basis of the preceding studies, and the management performances are divided by three sub-variables like sales, profits and management satisfaction. As empirically statistical method, Regression coefficient analysis as inferential statistics as well as Pearson's correlation as descriptive is implemented for this paper of testing some hypotheses.

The aim of this study is to examine the factors influencing managerial performances of women entrepreneur's characteristics and entrepreneurial supporting policy. This model tests various theoretical research hypotheses relating to characteristics of women entrepreneurs and an entrepreneurial supporting policy. The model is used by SPSS 15.0 for analysis on the sample collected from 130 respondents. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows: need for achievement, risk-taking propensity, vision, opportunity perception and entrepreneurial supporting policy influence positively managerial performances. The results of this study will provide practical implications on success of women entrepreneurs.

This aims of this study is to examine the factors influencing on the channel satisfaction and preference of the mobile commerce. This model tests various theoretical research relating to technology acceptance model(TAM), transaction cost theory and service quality. The model is tested Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS 7.0 analysis on the sample collected from 320 respondents. The result of hypothesis testing is as follows. First, usefulness, asset specificity, uncertainty, trust and responsiveness were influenced by channel satisfaction. Second, channel satisfaction was influenced positively by channel preference.
