It is necessary to manage the prediction accuracy of the machine learning model to prevent the decrease in the performance of the grid network condition prediction model due to overfitting of the initial training data and to continuously utilize the prediction model in the field by maintaining the prediction accuracy. In this paper, we propose an automation technique for maintaining the performance of the model, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the prediction model by considering the characteristics of the power grid state data that constantly changes due to various factors, and enables quality maintenance at a level applicable to the field. The proposed technique modeled a series of tasks for maintaining the performance of the power grid condition prediction model through the application of the workflow management technology in the form of a workflow, and then automated it to make the work more efficient. In addition, the reliability of the performance result is secured by evaluating the performance of the prediction model taking into account both the degree of change in the statistical characteristics of the data and the level of generalization of the prediction, which has not been attempted in the existing technology. Through this, the accuracy of the prediction model is maintained at a certain level, and further new development of predictive models with excellent performance is possible. As a result, the proposed technique not only solves the problem of performance degradation of the predictive model, but also improves the field utilization of the condition prediction model in a complex power grid system.

The purpose of the study is to develop a questionnaire that examines unskeptical attitudes in scientific inquiry context. The questionnaire items were developed through literature research, expert review, and statistical analyses for validity and the differences in scores were identified by gender and tracks. A total of 363 high school students participated in the study. To explore the validity evidence of items, the Rasch analysis and the reliability of internal consistency were performed, and the two-way ANOVA was performed to compare the scores of the unskeptical attitudes between gender and academic track. Self-reporting and Likert-scaling 23 items were developed to measure unskeptical attitudes in scientific inquiry context. The items were developed in the sub-domain of scientific inquiry: 'questioning and hypothesis generating,' 'experiment designing,' and 'explaining and interpreting.' Second, the validity and reliability of the unskeptical were identified in a rigorous method. The validity of items were identified by multi-dimensional partial score model analysis through the Rasch model, and all 23 items were found to be fit to model. Various reliability evidences were also found to be appropriate. It was found that there were no significant differences of unskeptical attitude score between the gender and academic track except one comparison. The developed questionnaire could be used to check an unskeptical attitude in the course of scientific inquiry and to compare the effects of scientific inquiry classes.

This study examined whether there are differences in the empathic ability and emotional intelligence by college students' counseling course-taking experience and major. The research subjects were 313 college students, and an independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan post-hoc test were conducted for hypothesis testing. A difference in empathic ability was observed according to the students' sex, major, and counseling course-taking experience. A difference in emotional intelligence according to their sex and counseling course-taking experience was noted. Empathic ability was higher in females than in males, higher in the school of social sciences than in the school of science and technology, and higher in those who had counseling education than in those who did not. Emotional intelligence was higher in women than in men, and higher in students who had counseling education than in those who did not. Consequently, the effectiveness of counseling education was confirmed. On the other hand, a limitation of theoretical education was found in that there was no difference in emotional intelligence according to the major. Although empathic ability can be improved by education, the current curriculum has not improved it. This study has significance that it emphasizes the need for supplementing the curriculum, like practice or utilizing art media.

This paper related with the performance comparison of CCA and RMMA blind adaptive equalization in order to reduce the intersymbol interference which is occurred in channel when transmitting the 16-QAM signal, high spectrum efficiencies of nonconstant modulus characteristic. The CCA possible to improve the misadustment and initial convergence by compacting the every signal constellation of 16 by using the sliced symbol of the decision device output, namely statistical symbol, but incresing the computational cost. The RMMA possible to minimize the fast convergence speed and misadjustment and channel tracking capability without increasing the computational cost by obtain the error signal after transform to 4 constant modulus signal based on the region of signal constellation located. In this paper, these algorithm were implemented in the same channel, and the blind adaptive equalization performance were compared using the equalizer output signal constellation, residual isi, MSE, SER. As a result of simulation, the RMMA has better performance in output signal constellation, residual isi and MSE compared to the CCA, but has slow convergence speed about 1.3 times. And the SER performance presenting the robustness to the noise signal, the CCA has more beeter in less SNR, but the RMMA has better in greater than 6dB in SNR.
In this study, to determine the optimal order of the full-logged I-D-F polynomial equation, which is mainly used to calculate the probable rainfall over a temporal rainfall duration, the probable rainfall was calculated and the regression coefficients of the full-logged I-D-F polynomial equation was estimated. The optimal variable of the polynomial equation for each station was selected using a stepwise selection method, and statistical significance tests were performed through ANOVA. Using these results, the statistically appropriately calculated rainfall intensity equation for each station was presented. As a result of analyzing the variable selection outputs of the full-logged I-D-F polynomial equation at 9 stations in Gyeongbuk, the 1st to 3rd order equations at 6 stations and the incomplete 3rd order at 1 station were determined as the optimal equations. Since the 1st order equation is similar to the Sherman type equation and the 2nd order one is similar to the general type equation, it was presented as a unified form of rainfall intensity equation for convenience of use by increasing the number of independent variables. Therefore, it is judged that there is no statistical problem in considering only the 3rd order polynomial regression equation for the full-logged I-D-F.
