  • NFT art is a new art formed based on NFT technology. This is attracting great attention in the existing art world and art market. Therefore, it is required to analyze whether NFT art can establish itself as a new area of art. Therefore, the formation and development process of NFT art is analyzed from the perspective of Actor-Network Theory of Science and Technology and Studies, and the case of NFT artist 'beeple' is a representative example. It also discusses the artistic value of NFT art and its relationship with traditional art networks based on the aesthetics of science and technology researcher Graham Harman. In particular, it analyzes the future and genre sustainability of NFT art through the case of NFT project "Cryptopunks" and "PUNKISM" advocating a new art genre. By analyzing NFT art with ANT, I would like to raise a technical, aesthetic, and philosophical questions and propose a positive prospect as a new art genre.

  • This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.

  • Web 3.0 is also called the "next-generation Internet" and is a new concept that started in 2018 and is attracting attention as the beginning of the "distributed Internet era". As Web 3.0 became mainstream, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) serving as content as services were distributed, and companies started to introduce NFTs in their marketing campaigns. This is because NFTs can be used to promote brands to new consumers. In this study, using Japan's 「HARTi」 NFT Art as an example, we investigate a new method using urban infrastructure and spaces, not NFTs that exist only in the Japanese art market and online. By analyzing social issues following the introduction of a new digital marketing method based on NFT Art, we will discuss issues and countermeasures in the domestic NFT Art market and present a positive outlook.

  • This corpus-driven research expounded the compilation of the most frequently occurring academic words in the domain of syntax and compared the extracted wordlist with Academic Word List(AWL) of Coxhead(2000) and General Service List(GSL) of West(1953) to examine their distribution and coverage within the syntax corpus. A specialized 546,074 token corpus, composed of widely used must-read syntax textbooks for English education majors, was loaded into and analyzed with AntWordProfiler 1.4.1. Under the parameter of lexical frequency, the analysis identified 288(50.5%) AWL word forms, appeared 16 times or more, as well as 218(38.2%) AWL items, occurred not exceeding 15 times. The analysis also indicated that the coverage of AWL and GSL accounted for 9.19% and 78.92% respectively and the combination of GSL and AWL amounted to 88.11% of all tokens. Given that AWL can be instrumental in serving broad disciplinary needs, this study highlighted the necessity to compile the domain-specific AWL as a lexical repertoire to promote academic literacy and competence.

  • Digital content is difficult to distinguish between the original and the replica due to its nature. For this reason, NFT technology using blockchain technology is attracting attention because it can guarantee the proof and scarcity of the original digital content. However, the NFT buyer does not own the copyright to the digital content, but the ownership. In particular, since the minting process of issuing NFTs is possible for anyone, there is a copyright threat to the copyright holder. In this study, we propose a verification protocol based on DID for the process of issuing and transacting NFTs for copyright protection of copyright holders' digital contents. As a research method, the problems of research cases related to digital contents were analyzed and the safety was comparatively analyzed. NFT issuance can only be issued by copyright holders whose identity has been verified through DID, and only users who have completed authentication can participate in the transaction to prevent indiscriminate theft and use of digital content and form a safe and transparent transaction market.

  • Korean is an agglutinative language, and one or more morphemes are combined to form a single word. Part-of-speech tagging method separates each morpheme from a word and attaches a part-of-speech tag. In this study, we propose a new Korean part-of-speech tagging method based on the Head-Tail tokenization technique that divides a word into a lexical morpheme part and a grammatical morpheme part without decomposing compound words. In this method, the Head-Tail is divided by the syllable boundary without restoring irregular deformation or abbreviated syllables. Korean part-of-speech tagger was implemented using the Head-Tail tokenization and deep learning technique. In order to solve the problem that a large number of complex tags are generated due to the segmented tags and the tagging accuracy is low, we reduced the number of tags to a complex tag composed of large classification tags, and as a result, we improved the tagging accuracy. The performance of the Head-Tail part-of-speech tagger was experimented by using BERT, syllable bigram, and subword bigram embedding, and both syllable bigram and subword bigram embedding showed improvement in performance compared to general BERT. Part-of-speech tagging was performed by integrating the Head-Tail tokenization model and the simplified part-of-speech tagging model, achieving 98.99% word unit accuracy and 99.08% token unit accuracy. As a result of the experiment, it was found that the performance of part-of-speech tagging improved when the maximum token length was limited to twice the number of words.

  • Recently, a breakthrough has been made in the NLP area by Transformer techniques based on encoder-decoder. However, this only can be used in mainstream languages where millions of dataset are well-equipped, such as English and Chinese, and there is a limitation that it cannot be used in non-mainstream languages where dataset are not established. In addition, there is a deflection problem that focuses on the beginning of the document in mechanical summarization. Therefore, these methods are not suitable for documents with flows such as fairy tales and novels. In this paper, we propose a hybrid summarization method that does not require a dataset and improves the deflection problem using GAN with two adaptive discriminators. We evaluate our model on the CNN/Daily Mail dataset to verify an objective validity. Also, we proved that the model has valid performance in Korean, one of the non-mainstream languages.

  • The current era's focus is on the surge in real estate prices triggered by the global economic downturn. This study advocated STO-based dispersed investment for the MZ generation, who has less capital than earlier generations. Existing real estate investment methods were categorized into online, offline, and hybrid formats and the effectiveness of the suggested STO was given in this study through case analysis domestically and overseas. The entry of STO into the financial industry was positively proved, and the efficacy of blockchain technology was validated, through the investigation of the STO framework. The findings of this study are projected to revitalize the new real estate sector by actively supporting the access of the MZ generation into the current inflexible real estate investment market by the application of blockchain and reflecting MZ generation's investment propensity.

  • The development of cloud services and IoT technology has radically changed the cloud environment, and has evolved into a new concept called fog computing and F2C (fog-to-cloud). However, as heterogeneous cloud/fog layers are integrated, problems of access control and security management for end users and edge devices may occur. In this paper, an F2C-based IoT smart health monitoring system architecture was designed to operate a medical information service that can quickly respond to medical emergencies. In addition, a role-based service access control technology was proposed to enhance the security of user's personal health information and sensor information during service interoperability. Through simulation, it was shown that role-based access control is achieved by sharing role registration and user role token issuance information through blockchain. End users can receive services from the device with the fastest response time, and by performing service access control according to roles, direct access to data can be minimized and security for personal information can be enhanced.
