  • 본 연구는 차량 주행조건에 따른 주행저항을 계산하여 각각의 출력 조건을 만족하는 전동기를 설계하였다. 또한 실험계획법의 일종인 반응표면법을 적용하여 코깅 토크를 저감시켜 전동기의 특성을 향상시켰다. 유한요소법으로 d,q축 동기 리액턴스를 산출하여 Brushless DC 전동기의 자기 포화 영역에 따른 설계의 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 시작품 제작을 통하여 시뮬레이션과 실험 결과를 비교하였다.

  • This paper presents a synchronous reluctance motor drive for maximum torque to current (MTC) considering magnetic saturation. Measured d-axis and q-axis inductances are used to obtain current angle vs. maximum torque curve using torque equation. Maximum torque to current control is achieved by the current angle and stator current for maximum torque from the current angle vs. maximum torque curve at a given torque reference.

  • 스칼라 제어에 속하는 V/F 방식은 기본파 전압의 실효값과 주파수를 독립변수로 하여 평균적인 토크를 제어함으로 제어가 쉽고 구현이 간단하여 산업계에서 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나 주파수의 변화에 따라서 전동기 내부 임피던스도 변화하기 때문에 단순히 주파수만을 가변 하는 것만으로는 약계자에 의한 토오크 부족이나 과여자에 의한 여자 포화등에 의해 역률과 효율이 떨어진다. 또한 순시적인 토오크 제어가 불가능하여 전동기의 고성능 제어가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 벡터제어를 적용한 엘리베이터 도어용 유도전동기 구동 시스템을 제안하고 실험을 통해 그 성능을 확인하였다.

  • In the high speed range for salient type synchronous reluctance motor, the effect of iron loss can not be negligible. We have investigated the voltage equations including iron loss from the model that is added the equivalent iron loss in the equivalent inductance in series. In this paper, we derive Ld linear approximate equation from saturation range of Ld, Lq vs applied voltage characteristics and obtain equations including saturation and iron loss related to maximum torque control using Ld. The effect of saturation and iron loss is investigated under maximum torque control. And we show that the proposed maximum torque control scheme achieves the desired performances through experimental results.

  • 최근 광자기 기록매체로 주목받고 있는 RE-TM계 비정질 박막을 T $b_{x}$ (F $e_{0.9}$ $Co_{0.1}$)$_{100-x}$ (x=14, 17, 20, 23, 27[at%])의 조성비를 갖는 모합금을 만든후 진공증착방법으로 합금박막을 제작하였다. 각시료의 조성에 따른 자기광학효과를 알아보기 위하여 80K부터 600K에서 포화자화( $M_{s}$ )와 보자력( $H_{c}$)에 대한 온도의존성과 자기이방성상수(Ku), Polar Kerr 이력곡선을 측정하였다. 또한 Curie 온도 근처에서 열처리 시간에 따른 자기 토크 곡선의 변화를 분석 함으로써 합금박막 표면의 산화정도를 정성적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 실험결과 T $b_{22.72}$(F $e_{68.78}$ $Co_{8.5}$)인 시료가 상온에서 8.4KOe의 보자력을 가졌으며 T $b_{x}$(x=23[at%])인 경우가 가장 큰 수직자기이방성을 나타냈다. Polar Kerr 이력곡선은 Tb함량 x=25~26[at%]에서 부호가 반전됨을 알 수 있었다.다.다.다.

  • This paper discusses study of torque ripple minimization employing an improved TDF(torque distribution function)-based instantaneous torque control to reduce acoustic noise and vibration problem of the SRM. As the flux linkage of the SRM is a nonlinear function of phase current and rotor position, design of optimal controller for the SRM is quite complicated. Hence, an accurate mathematical model considering the nonlinearity of the SRM is required. An improved TDF based torque control has been proposed in order to reduce the toque ripple at high speed operation. Dynamic simulation using Matlab/Simulink as well as Finite Element Analysis is presented. A prototype SRM for electric vehicle traction has been manufactured to validate the experimental results comparing the dynamic simulation results.

The Analysis of Ethanol Distribution Level in Biological Specimens (생체 시료중에서 Ethanol 농도 분포에 관한 연구)

  • Five kinds of packed column and two kinds of capillary column were used to get optimum condition for ethanol analysis by using fifteen different volatile, low molecular weight organic substances. Only two columns, Gaskuropack 54 and DB-1, showed good separation efficiency. In the adding salt-effect experiment 0.6N - perchloric acid, 1M - meta-phosphoric acid and saturated NaCl solution were used for alcohol concentration measurement of biological fluids and tissue specimens. Among adding salt experiment, adding saturated NaCl solution showed the most stable value of alcohol concentration. This fact might be due to the increased vaporization of alcohol in the saturated NaCl solution. In the time-course of blood alcohol concentration, the alcohol level was lineary decreased to the diameter of vessel containing specimens. This result was interpreted in view of ethanol level, weight, water content, and hematocrit value. The ethanol distribution levels were measured from samples of blood and tissue obtained from 25 postmortems cases investigated by NISI. This study showed that the distribution level was decreased in order of brain, blood, kidney, spleen, liver, and lung.

  • The propulsion for locomotive application has changed from the DC motor system to the induction motor system. Although the induction motor system has almost reached the stage of maturity, this system also needs to be changed to the PM motor system for the direct drive without using reduction gear. Thus, the IPMSM (Interior buried Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) has been adopted to meet the locomotive driving specification. Where the wheel is directly dirven by the traction motor. In this paper, the investigation on IPMSM satisfying driving specifications for the direct drive has been performed using the advanced FEM.

  • This paper presents the application of fuzzy algorithm for speed control of Switched Reluctance Motor. SRM has a h highly nonlinear control characteristic and operates in saturation to maximize the motor torque. A systematic approach t to the modeling of highly nonlinear SRM drive system which includes the fuzzy controller with coarse control and fine C control is presented. PelfOlmance analysis of SRM dJive is reported for a wide range of operating conditions through s speed variation and load perturbation dynamics. The pelfOlmance indices of SRM drive system operating with fuzzy 1 logic controller are compared with the conventional controller to highlight the merits. The expel1mental results are p presented to confilm the validity of proposed fuzzy 10밍c controller.

  • In order to safely and speedily transport a load such as a large glass plate using four electric cylinders, the synchronous error outside the permitted range should not be continuously generated between the cylinders. In this study, a methodology of synchronous control which can be applied to synchronization of four or more cylinders is developed. The synchronous control system based on the decoupling structure is composed of a reference model, position and synchronous controllers in the respective cylinders. The reference model is used for calculating the decoupled synchronous error and control input for the each cylinder. The position controller of I-PD type is designed in order that the cylinder may follow the reference signal without overshoot and input saturation. And the synchronous controller of lead compensator is designed to achieve stable and accurate synchronization through loop shaping approach. Finally, the simulation results show that the synchronization between the four cylinders can be quickly and stably while each cylinder rod is transferred to the target point under torque disturbance.
