  • 경상남도 교육청에서는 지체부자유아와 정서장애와의 사회적응 훈련 및 특수교육에 이바지할 수 있는 교육시설확충과 여건조성을 위한 교육시설로서 유치부, 초등부, 중등부, 고등부가 함께 설치될 경남공립특수학교 현상공모를 실시하였다. 경남 창원시 명서동에 건립될 이번 특수학교 현상공모에는 총 7개 사무소가 작품을 응모하여 그중 예전종합건축(안)이 당선작으로 선정되었다. 본 당선작은 경사대지를 건축물과 유기적으로 결합시켜 동선의 원활한 처리와 토목공사량을 극소화시켜 공사비를 절감시켰고, 특수학교의 특성을 잘 반영시켰다는 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.

  • 지중송전선로 건설공사에 154kV 장조장 케이블 드럼개발 및 트레일러 일체형 Under Roller 방식을 이용한 포설장비를 개발하여 현장에 적용함으로써 신기술 신개발 공법 적용으로 인한 국제경쟁력 향상 뿐만 아니라 접속경간의 장조장 설계로 케이블 접속개소 감소로 인한 공사비절감과 공사기간 단축에 크게 기여하였다. 이와 동시에 공사를 위한 도로점용 단축으로 민원발생을 크게 감소시켰다. 현행 도로법 규제로 케이블의 운반중량이 제한되었던 케이블 표준 경간을 450m에서 최대 700m까지 가능하여 접속개소의 유연성이 확보되었을 뿐만 아니라 토목구조물(전력구,관로등)공사의 다양한 설계방법을 적용할 수 있게 되었다.

  • 국내에서는 수량산출정보의 전자적인 교환, 납품 등의 활용을 위한 자료구조 및 파일포맷 등을 규격화 하여 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준을 개발하였다. 국외에서는 IFC 국제표준을 통해 BIM 발주시 데이터 납품 포맷으로 IFC를 활용하고 있으며 건축분야를 중심으로 공사비 정보의 표준 개발이 이루어 지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 수량산출정보 교환표준의 Type 및 Element와 IFC 국제표준의 공사비 정보 Entity를 비교분석하여 국내 토목분야 실정에 부합하는 공사비 분야 정보모델 표준개발의 기반자료로 활용하고자 한다.

  • 현재 4차 산업혁명은 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 일어나고 있다. 농업용수 분야에서도 데이터를 활용한 수요자 중심의 지능형 물 관리사업 뿐만 아니라 일정규모 이상의 저수지 및 양수장에 대하여 농업용수 공급량 측정을 위한 계측기 설치사업이 추진 중에 있다. 그러나 현재까지 설치된 계측장치들의 활용방안에 대해서는 뚜렷한 성과가 도출된 바 없기에 농업용수 계측장치들의 활용방안에 대한 깊이 있는 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 충북 진천군 소재 무수저수지 유역을 대상으로 농업용수 계측정보를 활용하여 관개용수의 최적 관리방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 농업용 저수지의 공급량, 용수간선의 수문개도율에 따른 각각의 시나리오를 설정하고 시나리오별 목적함수를 계산하여 농업용수의 최적 관리를 위한 시설물조작 알고리즘을 도출하였다. 뿐만 아니라 관개구역 내 수리시설물, 영농방식, 용수공급현황 등의 조사를 통해 농업용수 관개수로망을 구성하고 수리해석을 실시하여 농업용수 최적관리 알고리즘의 적용성을 검토하였다.

  • Steel construction is one of the commonly used methods in building construction due to its efficiency in terms of time and cost. In particular, the top-down method using steel frames is widely used in the construction of underground structures in urban areas to shorten the construction period. However, there is currently no standardized cost estimation for subway steel frame construction in Korea, causing difficulties in determining the expected cost. In this study, we aim to provide basic data for establishing a cost estimation standard for subway steel frame construction through on-site surveys of subway steel frame construction commonly used in urban areas.

  • In an architectural construction, underground construction is a critical path forming a major part of the total construction period and cost, and particularly in big cities, its size has been increasing every year. A basement wall currently constructed in the field needs a large functional work force, and the construction is under progress by the Euroform and Soldier system, which is disadvantageous in terms of the construction period. Therefore, in this research, non-supporting forms which are applicable to the buildings construction were developed, based on the non-supporting forms partly used in some civil engineering works. In addition, the size of a form was assumed and its economical efficiency was compared to that of the Euroform and Soldier system which is used most in construction fields, and the results were analyzed. The study results showed that the construction cost of composite non-supporting forms was higher than that of the Euroform and Soldier system by about 8%, and the construction cost of non-composite non-supporting forms were lower than that of the Euroform and Soldier system by about 9%. However, in the case of composite non-supporting forms, the amount of concrete and reinforcing rods remarkably decreased in structural construction, so it has the effect of an economical cost reduction compared to the construction cost of existing walls by about 35%

A Conspicuity Effect Study of Fluorescent Orange Color Traffic Sings for Work Zone Application (공사구간 형광주황색 교통안전표지 적용에 따른 주목성 효과 연구)

  • This study intended to improve traffic safety in work zones using fluorescent orange color traffic signs. For this end, the current problems of existing traffic signs and facilities in work zones were analyzed and some good examples of foreign countries were compared. More specifically, in order to identify current problems, the basic shape and color of traffic signs in use were examined through literature review, surveys and field studies. It was found that the fluorescent color worked more effectively than other colors in terms of visibility and conspicuity in work zone sign system. For evaluation, both Conspicuity surveys and in-door simulator experiments were conducted to effectively assess the merits and demerits of different types of traffic signs for work zones. The results of evaluations showed that black lettering on a fluorescent orange background outperformed more than 70% in terms of visibility and ability to call drivers' attention compared with those from black/red lettering on yellow/white backgrounds currently used at work zones on expressways and national highways. In addition, simulated driving experiment disclosed that drivers recognized the fluorescent orange background sign 15m ahead compared with the yellow background sign and 25m ahead compared with the white background sign, respectively. As for the diamond-shaped "Under Construction" sign, drivers recognized fluorescent orange background 11m ahead compared with the yellow background sign and 19m ahead compared with the white background sign, respectively.

A Study on Vibration Analysis and Estimation of Vibration Damping of Tricone-Bits Drilling Machine (Tricone-Bits 천공장비의 진동 분석 및 진동 거리감쇠 추정에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, with the development of construction machinery, low-vibration construction machine such as Tricone-Bits, which can drill both soil and rock layers and minimize vibration, is being used frequently. However, although many studies have been conducted on the prediction of vibration values for earth augers and pile drivers, the reality is that studies on the effects of vibration on low-vibration drilling equipment are lacking. In this paper, ground vibration values for Tricone-Bits were measured, and a vibration distance damping formula was proposed using this. In addition, after predicting the vibration of the earth auger and pile driver using the previously proposed vibration distance damping formula, the degree of vibration damping for the Tricone-Bits was evaluated by comparing and analyzing it. As a result, the Tricone-Bits showed a vibration reduction effect of 97% and 93% compared to these machine and It will help with management and prediction of the ground vibration effects evaluation on the low-vibration equipment such as Tricone-Bits.

  • Interest in building underground spaces is increasing for the creation of downtown infrastructure and efficient space utilization. A representative method of utilizing underground space is a tunnel, and in addition to road tunnels, the construction of utility tunnels such as power conduits and utility conduits is gradually increasing. The current basic tunnel construction method can be divided into NATM (New Austrian Tunnelling Method) and TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine). The NATM is a reliable method, but it is accompanied by vibration and noise due to blasting. In the case of the TBM excavation method, there are disadvantages in terms of construction period and construction cost, but it is possible to improve economic feasibility by introducing appropriate complementary methods. In this study, a blasting method was develop using the NATM after TBM pre-excavation using the protective shield method. This is a method that compensates for the disadvantages of each tunnel construction method, and is expected to reduce construction costs, blasting vibration, and noise. In order to review the performance of the developed method, an experiment was conducted to evaluate the performance of explosion-proof tube to which a protective shield scale model was applied, and the impact of blasting vibration of the protective shield method was analyzed.
