AI is deeply applied to various algorithms that assists us, not only daily technologies like translator and Face ID, but also contributing to innumerable fields in industry, due to its dominance. In this research, we provide convenience through AI categorization, extracting the only data that users need, with objective classification, rather than verifying all data to find from the internet, where exists an immense number of contents. In this research, we propose a model using LSTM(Long-Short Term Memory Network), which stands out from text classification, and compare its performance with models of RNN(Recurrent Neural Network) and BiLSTM(Bidirectional LSTM), which is suitable structure for natural language processing. The performance of the three models is compared using measurements of accuracy, precision, and recall. As a result, the LSTM model appears to have the best performance. Therefore, in this research, text classification using LSTM is recommended.

Ratings and reviews, despite their growing influence on restaurants' sales and reputation, entail a few limitations due to the burgeoning of reviews and inaccuracies in rating systems. This study explores the texts in reviews and ratings of a delivery application and discovers ways to elevate review credibility and usefulness. Through a text mining method, we concluded that the delivery application 'Yogiyo' has (1) a five-star oriented rating dispersion, (2) a strong positive correlation between rating factors (taste, quantity, and delivery) and (3) distinct part of speech and morpheme proportions depending on review polarity. We created a chicken-specialized negative word dictionary under four main topics and 20 sub-topic classifications after extracting a total of 367 negative words. We provide insights on how the research on delivery app reviews should progress, centered on fried chicken reviews.

With the advent of online platforms, individuals have been able to trade small resources, such as a room, in the market. However, as there is no clear regulation on these economic activities, various side effects have emerged. Accordingly, the government reestablished related policies to resolve the unintended consequences of these economic activities. However, the policy has not been implemented yet, and many participants do not comply with the policy. Therefore, this study intends to examine their perceptions in detail. For this purpose, a text mining technique was applied. Posts and comments from major online communities were collected. By applying the topic modeling technique, 5 topics were derived. Compliance with the government's policy is a voluntary decision. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an in-depth understanding of the policy target. Therefore, based on this study, it is expected that in the future, methods to induce them to conform to policy can be discussed in detail.

Taking Pingjiang historical and cultural block in Suzhou as an example, this paper collects 1436 tourist comment data from Ctrip. com with Python technology, and uses network text analysis method to analyze frequency words, semantic network and emotion, so as to evaluate the tourist perception characteristics and levels of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscapes, historical and cultural deposits, and the style of the Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the perception of visitors to the Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District; Tourists hold strong positive emotions towards the Pingjiang Road historical and cultural district, however, there is still more space for the transformation and upgrading of the district. Finally,suggestions for measures to improve the perception of tourists of the Grand Canal cultural heritage are given in terms of conservation first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

This study aims to examine the trend and characteristics of newspaper articles concerned with fine particle matter. Newspaper articles since 1995 collected from Bigkinds were analyzed using text mining techniques, sentiment analysis and regression analysis. Air pollution measurement and domestic pollutants appeared frequently previously, but "China" became the keyword in the 2010s along with political action, the effects on the health, AD/PR, and domestic pollutants. Korea JoongAng Daily, Hankyoreh and Kyunghyang Shinmun have had more focused on political regulations whereas most regional daily newspapers on emission sources and reduction measures at the regional level. The results of this study are expected to be used as a reference for understanding the trend of newspaper articles. Future work includes further analysis and discussion of fine particle pollution condition and news reports in the post-COVID era.

Focusing on FinTech keywords, this study is analyzing newspaper articles and Twitter data by using text mining methodology in order to understand trends in the industry of domestic digital financial service. In the growth of FinTech lifecycle, the frequency analysis has been performed by four important points: Mobile Payment Service, Internet Primary Bank, Data 3 Act, MyData Businesses. Utilizing frequency analysis, which combines the keywords 'China', 'USA', and 'Future' with the 'FinTech', has been predicting the FinTech industry regarding of the current and future position. Next, sentiment analysis was conducted on Twitter to quantify consumers' expectations and concerns about FinTech services. Therefore, this study is able to share meaningful perspective in that it presented strategic directions that the government and companies can use to understanding future FinTech market by combining frequency analysis and sentiment analysis.

This study will examine the visual composition by which Secretly Greatly, in a circumstance that even the good original Manhwas or Webtoon have not made a hit on the market until now, could attract the spectator, in other word, illustrate the analogousness of the images through analysing visual texts. The study draw, first of all, a meaning of the box office performance caused by analogousness of image, that is similarity between the webtoon and film. In addition, the study will come up with an answer to the question that the webtoon, not in a temporary trend but in a sustainable form, can make itself develop. For this, the study suggests a meaning, worth and importance of the transformation, analysing visual components of a webtoon to film adaptation, Secretly Greatly. It primarily ranges over visual components, mise-en-scène identified with its expression formula, frame to frame changes and colour and tone. The examination sets the cinema's visual expression manner against the webtoon's on their concrete components: the size of scene, movement, color and tone, narrative condition and its background, spatial composition and depth, contrast, expression manner and disposition manner.

The purpose of this study is to explore keywords within stalking-related news articles according to political orientation through the text network analysis, and then to examine the implicit intentions. Selecting total 1,607 articles including 824 articles of the conservative press(The Chosun Ilbo, The Joongang Ilbo) and 783 articles of the progressive press(The Hankyoreh, The Kyunghyang Shinmun) reported from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022, this study explored the aspect of topic category drawn through the topic modeling technique based on LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation). In the results of this study, the common topics of the conservative and progressive press were improvement of the perception of gender-based violence, personal protection & intensity of punishment, and disclosure of stalkers' personal information. Regarding the topics differently shown in those two press, the conservative press showed stalkers' harmful act, and outline of 'murder case at Sindang Station' while the progressive press showed request for aggravated punishment on the 'murder case at Sindang Station', and eradication of sexual exploitation crime (in cyber space). The results of this study imply that there are changes in the type of reporting according to ideological opinions about stalking in news articles.

Myanmar was successful in increasing its sustainable development index during the three years period from 2018 to 2020. However, the index began to decline since 2021. This study aims to analyze both the success factors and obstacles for sustainable development in Myanmar. Using the search terms 'Myanmar' and 'sustainability', online news items were collected from January 2018 to December 2023 and were examined through text network analysis. The study identified the following success factors that contribute to sustainable development in Myanmar: foreign investments, private companies' participation in the effort, human resource development projects, and the use of new and renewable energy. The inhibition factors for the development efforts identified were: government's coercive/restrictive policies, labor rights violations, and forest degradation. The findings of this study provide useful insights for understanding the current status of sustainability in Myanmar from academic and practical perspectives. The results also present benchmarking information for policy-makers in Myanmar and other similar developing countries that are searching for strategic directions in their sustainable development efforts.

This study focuses on Xiaomi, which has gained attention amid the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Using Textom, customer perceptions of Xiaomi were collected over approximately 10 years and analyzed. Data from 2015 to 2023 were used to compare customer perceptions in South Korea and China. The analysis revealed that before 2016, both countries focused on Xiaomi as a company and its basic products. However, after 2016, perceptions shifted to include keywords related to expansion products. Additionally, perceptions of Xiaomi were positive in both countries, with South Korea showing an increasing positivity, while China maintained positive views. This suggests that entry barriers for Xiaomi in the domestic market have decreased significantly. Future research should involve big data analysis and comparative studies with other countries for more objective insights.
