The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of techno-overload and techno-invasion on emotional exhaustion and the mediating role of psychological contract breach. In addition, this study examines the moderating role of voice behavior in the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and psychological contract breach. The results from 296 participants provided evidence that (1) techno-overload and techno-invasion are positively related to psychological contract breach, (2) psychological contract breach is positively related to emotional exhaustion, (3) psychological contract breach partially mediates the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and emotional exhaustion, (4) voice behavior moderates the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and psychological contract breach. Based on the results, implications of these findings, limitations, and future research are discussed in general discussion.

Since the term technopop was first used 40 years ago, techno music has evolved with technological advances. However, few studies have examined techno music from a historical point of view. In particular, it is necessary to explore the techno music in relation to the development of industrial technology. Therefore, this paper aimed to examine the historical context of techno music from the early days of Detroit techno as well as the industrial significance of techno culture in Europe. We also provide suggestions regarding the further development of techno music.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of techno-overload and techno-invasion on work-family conflict and the mediating role of psychological detachment from work to techno-overload and techno-invasion. In addition, this study examined the moderating role of leader-member exchange in the relationship between techno-overload, techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. The results from 306 participants provided evidence that (1) techono-invasion was negatively related to psychological detachment from work, (2) psychological detachment from work was negatively related to work-family conflict, (3) psychological detachment from work partially mediated the relationship between techno-invasion and work-family conflict (4) leader-member exchange moderated the relationship between techno-invasion and psychological detachment from work. Based on the results, implications of these findings, limitations, and future research were dicussed in general discussion.

The purpose of this study is to develop customized technological leadership camp programs in order that engineering students can be techno-leaders in the future. The camp programs were developed by systemic instructional design methodology. A framework of technological leadership was developed through literature reviews and cases analysis, and key competencies on technological leadership were drawn through needs analysis using importance-performance analysis. The participants for needs analysis were 202 engineering students in A university and 22 managers and directors in the companies cooperated with A university. Camp programs focused on key competencies on technological leadership were developed: basic course and advanced course. The programs modified through twice experts committee.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among causes and effect of technostress creators and technostress creators. Rooted in the person-technology fit model, this research suggests cause of technostress creators such as system quality and system vulnerability. Furthermore, the research suggests outcome of technostress such as organizational commitment. The research found that system vulnerability has significant effects on the technostress creators. In addition, technostress creators influence significantly an organizational commitment. The conclusions and implications are discussed.

본 연구에서는 21세기 주된 화두의 하나인 테크노경영을 통한 국방자원 운영혁신 전략을 제시한다. 테크노경영이란 기존의 경영개념에 첨단 기술 지식을 접목시켜 새로운 형태로 발전된 최신 학문분야이다. 이러한 테크노경영이 주목받는 이유는 21세기의 강대국 개념이 군사력과 경제력이 아닌 기술력에 크게 의존할 것으로 예상되기 때문이다. 따라서 국가와 기업의 경영에 이제는 정보기술이 반드시 접목되어야 한다는 추세에 부응하여 본 연구에서는 정보기술(IT)에 기초한 테크노경영을 이용한 국방자원 운영혁신 방안을 군의 핵심자원 요소인 인력자원, 군수자원, 지식자원으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 날로 첨단화 되어가고 있는 무기체계 및 국방정보전력체계를 보다 효율적으로 운영하는데 실질적으로 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

By measuring decrease change of the contact angle after microwave plasma treatment on the glass and Al as a scintillator panel sample substrate, the adhesive performance of scintillator panel can be expected to improve. Also resolution and sensitivity of scintillator panel after microwave plasma treatment can be expected to maintain highly.

Technostress- a term coined by Craig Brod- refers to a modern disease of adaptation caused by an inability to cope with new technologies. Stress is a person's adaptive response to a stimulus that places excessive psychological or physical demands on that person. In a similar vein, technostress can affect a variety of side effect such as low work productivity and resistance against new technology. The purpose of this study is thus to investigate of differences of technostressors using demographic informations such as gender, age, computer use skill, and industrial types. To do this, we conducted independence t-test and analysis of variance. We found that demographic characteristics can affect the differences of technostressors. Conclusions and implications are discussed in the last section of this paper.

한국정부는 지역산업정책의 추진이 시작되는 1999년부터 연평균 약4,970억원을 지역산업육성을 위해 지속적으로 투자하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 지속적인 지역산업 육성정책이 실질적으로 기업의 기술혁신역량강화에 기여했는지 알아보기 보기 위하여, 대전테크노파크에서 2016년 조사한 '대전지역 혁신자원 조사' 자료를 이용하여 대전테크노파크가 기업의 기술혁신역량에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 우선 테크노파크와 기술혁신에 대한 선행연구를 통해 기업의 혁신역량 측정 및 이에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 분석하였다. 기업의 기술혁신정량지표인 특허의 결정요인과 슘페터가설 모형에 기초하여 기업의 기술혁신을 측정하는 종속변수로 특허수를 선택하여 이에 영향을 미치는 기업변수(매출액, 매출액제곱, 수출액, 영업이익)와 R&D변수(R&D인력, R&D자금), 그리고 대전테크노파크의 지원여부와 벤처기업지정여부를 설명변수로 선정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과는 대전테크노파크 지원이 기업의 특허에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지역산업육성정책이 지역 기업의 기술혁신을 촉진시키고 있기 때문에 지역산업육성정책을 더 적극적으로 추진할 필요성에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

We analyzed the nuclear ribosomal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence of common buckwheat, Fagopyrum esculentum and tartary buckwheat, F. tataricum. The diversity of the nucleotides and haplotypes, Tajima's D, and Fu's Fs was analyzed and compared among the varieties of common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat. The diversity of nucleotides and haplotypes indicated that the buckwheat populations had undergone rapid population expansion but D and Fs did not support their expansion statistically. The phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences did not clearly establish the phylogenetic relationships between the varieties of common buckwheat. The In/Del sequence of ITS-1 region could, therefore, be used as a DNA marker to distinguish raw or manufactured products derived from common buckwheat and tartary buckwheat.
