터널의 라이닝 기계 설비

  • 라이닝과 굴착작업은 통상적으로 병행작업이 되며, 라이닝은 시공속도가 빠르기 때문에 공기는 주로 굴착 속도에 지배된다. 그러나 소단면/원형단면 터널에서는 작업 공간확보문제 등 제반조건에 따라 굴착과 라이닝 작업이 분리되어 라이닝 공정이 전체 공기에 커다란 영향을 끼치는 경우도 있다. 라이닝 콘크리트의 타설시기는 계측에 의해 원지반의 변위가 수렴된 것을 확인한 후 하는 것이 원칙이다. 따라서 NATM 에서는 전단면 라이닝이 일반적이다. 본 고에서는 라이닝 설비로서 사용되는 타설설비, 운반설비, 형틀설비의 총 3편으로 나누어 라이닝 기계에 대하여 설명하도록 한다.

A Comparison of Operation Time between the Standard of Estimate and Actual Operations in Tunnel Blasting (터널발파시 실제 작업시간과 품셈의 비교 분석)

  • Tunnel blasting that plays the most important role in the construction of a drill & blast tunnel, shows a big difference in operation time according to various factors such as rock mass quality, tunnel dimension, machine performance, and the skill level of tunnel crews. This paper analyzes the differences between the time calculated by the standard of estimate and actual operation time based upon field investigations on blasting operation time in three tunnels of Korea. The result shows that actual blasting time is generally about 8%~16% less than the standard of estimate in cases that normal operations are performed. If the time delayed by unforeseen situations is included, however, it is presumed that the number of cases that actual operation time exceeds the standard of estimate are considerable. This study aims to help make a judgement over the appropriacy of the standard of estimate through continuous investigations on actual operation time, as well as improve the productivity of tunnel excavation.

Study on improving method of arranging trapezoidal pre-cast segment lining in shield tunnel (쉴드터널의 사다리꼴 세그먼트라이닝 배열방법 개선에 대한 연구)

  • This study is about an arrangement method of trapezoidal pre-cast segment lining that can be applied in shield tunnel construction. Trapezoidal segment lining is formed by assembling tapered pre-cast concrete segments taking advantage of the tapered shape of pre-cast segments upon delivery on site. By calculating tapering of the segments manufactured in single type and rotating the segments when putting them together, a variety of tunnel alignments can be arranged in the most efficient way. Once the design criteria and tunnel alignment (straight or curved) is analyzed, the sequence of assembling trapezoidal segments in compliance with tunnel alignment will be computed. On site an operator can utilize the softwareto automatically determine sequential arrangement of trapezoidal segments. When the actual arrangement of segmental lining is different from the computed output, the operator can input the actually measured values to coincide the computerized calculation with the real status of assembly. Then the adjustment will be the basis of subsequent arrangement of segments, thus the continuity of work can be guaranteed.

  • Field works are decreasing gradually since advancement of industrial robots. Tunnel cleaning is a dangerous field work which can be solved only by introducingadvanced tunnel cleaning automation equipment. Industrial robots work tirelessly night and day without a loss in performance. Consequently, greatly reduce the costs of manufactured goods.So far only 200 construction robots are invented. Robots used for tunnel cleaning are not of high standard they always need additional workers for job to be done. Robots offer specific benefits to workers, industries and countries. If introduced correctly for tunnel cleaning, industrial robots can improve the quality of life by freeing workers from dirty, boring, dangerous and heavy labor. Development of advanced tunnel cleaning automation equipment is a must to overcome above issues. The benefits of robots to industry include improved management control, productivity and consistently high quality products. This research is a study on tunnel cleaning automation equipment and introducing advanced tunnel cleaning automation equipment.

  • 봄철 하우스 수박 무가온 조숙재배에 알맞는 보온방법을 개발하고자 아취형 단동하우스에 PE필름터널, 유공필름+축열물주머니, 유공필름터널+부직포터널구를 처리하고, 삼복꿀수박을 '98년 3월 23일 정식하여 4월 27일까지 36일간 터널피복재의 보온성을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 보온재 피복 재배 기간중 터널내 최저온도는 PE터널구 10.9$^{\circ}C$에 비하여 유공필름터널에 축열물주머니구와 부직포터널구는 각각 0.9, 2.1$^{\circ}C$ 높았다. (2) 3월하순 활착기의 하우스내 일사량은 실외 175.2w/$m^2$ 비하여 124.2w/$m^2$로 51w/$m^2$ 낮았다. (3) 터널피복재 환기작업에 따른 소요 노동력은 PE터널구 25.2시간/10a/36일에 비하여 유공필름터널+부직포터널구는 32.4시간으로 7.2시간/10a/36일 증가하였으나, 유공필름터널+축열물주머니는 개폐작업으로 인한 투하 노동력이 없었다. (4) 터널재배 기간중 유공필름터널+부직포터널구가 초기생육이 촉진되었으며, 생육후기에 발생한 흰가루병 이병엽율은 2.8%로 현저히 감소하였다. (5) 수박의 수확기는 PE필름터널구 6월 22일에 비하여 유공필름터널+축열물주머니와 부직포터널구는 6월 12, 15일로 7, 10일 앞당겼으며, 수량은 PE터널구 2,385kg/10a에 비하여 20, 32% 각각 증수하였다.

  • In recent years, common ducts have been installed and operated in the sidewalls of tunnels to prepare for emergencies in tunnel construction and maintenance. The installation of common ducts is done mainly by humans. Problems with cost increases are inherent in tunnel construction by humans due to the safety risks and the economic inefficiency of humans performing construction activities. Among the problems that arise are poor illumination due to the use of temporarily installed electricity, the risk of accidents due to the confined workspaces, and workers avoiding work tasks because of the poor environment in tunnel. Ideas for solving these problems were developed using a value engineering (VE) process, and mechanized construction was identified as a promising solution. To verify the effectiveness of mechanized construction of a common duct in tunnels, experimental construction work was carried out, and mechanized construction was proven to directly improve the constructability and economic efficiency of common duct construction. In addition, reducing human involvement in common duct construction in tunnels is expected to improve safety, and because of the continuous concrete placement technique used, the finish and appearance of the ductwork are improved.

An analysis of excavation cycle time for Korean tunnels and the comparison with the Standard of Construction Estimate (국내터널 굴착 사이클타임에 대한 분석결과와 표준품셈과의 비교)

  • Estimating tunnel construction time and costs are the most fundamental part of a tunnel project planning, which has been generally assessed on a deterministic basis until now. In this paper, excavation cycle time was investigated for two road tunnels and one subway tunnel, and the results were compared with the Standard of Construction Estimate (SE), which is made for the estimation of construction time and cost in a design stage. The results show that the difference in cycle time between SE and actual cycle time is 50%, 7% and 31% respectively for the three tunnels, which means that SE does not reflect practical operation time. The major reasons of the difference are skilled level of tunneling workers, the change of operation sequences for more effective operations, much more complicated working atmosphere in a tunnel than the assumption of SE etc. Finally, even though the results can not be generalized since investigated tunnels are only 3, but it is thought that SE needs to be upgraded into the model able to consider quite common situations through additional tunnel investigation and studies in the future.

  • 지하건설의 확충과 함께 터널 굴착기술의 향상과, 각종 공사용 기계의 개발, 도입에 의해 효율화도 진전되고, 능률과 안전면에서도 최근 큰 발전이 이루어져 대규모 터널공사와 지하공사의 건설이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 지하건설에 관련된 작업자의 건강에 대한 관심은 매우 높아지고, 건설공사현장에 있어서는 이러한 작업환경, 건강장해의 방지대책이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다.

쉴드터널의 계측시스템 구축

  • Shield 터널의 굴진에 따른 지반변위를 Real Time으로 측정하여 지반변위를 가장 작게 일으키는 굴진 Pattern을 결정하는 것이 계측시스템구축의 목적이다. 대상지반은 부산시 구포전력구 현장의 대표적인 지반이라 생각되는 Silt 층인 #11 작업구 인근과 모래층인 #7 작업구 인근에서 각각 실시하였다. 계기매설에서 계측결과분석은 1994년 6.22-11.5에 수행하였다. 계측결과로부터 얻어지는 효과는 Shield 터널굴진에 따른 지반변위의 형태와 크기를 파악할 수 있고 가장 적절한 굴진 Pattern 제시로 인근 매설물에 영향을 미치지 않는 시공을 가능케 하며 자동계측의 계기매설 및 계측기술을 습득할 수 있다. 본 전력구 공사에서는 자동계측용 Computer Software 및 관련장비를 확보하고 국내 최초의 Shield 터널 자동계측을 수행하였다.
