A Sensorless MPPT Control Using an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Logic for PV Battery Chargers (태양광 배터리 충전기를 위한 적응형 신경회로망-퍼지로직 기반의 센서리스 MPPT 제어)

  • In this paper, the sensorless MPPT algorithm is proposed where the performance of varied duty ratio change has been improved using multi-layer neuro-fuzzy that aligns with neuro-fuzzy based optimized membership function. Since the change of duty ratio of sensorless MPPT is varied by using the neuro-fuzzy, the MPPT response speed is faster than the convectional method and is able to reduce the steady-state ripple. The neuro fuzzy controller has the response characteristics which is superior to the existing fuzzy controller, because of the usage of the optimal width of the fuzzy membership function. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified by simulations and experimental results.

  • 기존의 직렬 연결된 부스트 컨버터 타입의 태양광 전력 조절기는 MPPT 동작을 하기에 있어서 반드시 하나의 모듈만 동작했어야 하기 때문에 각 모듈이 MPPT 지점에 도달했다는 것을 알리기 위하여 양방향 통신 기술을 필요로 했다. 하지만 제안하는 MPPT 방법은 통신 기능을 사용하지 않음으로서 가격적인 측면에서 합리적이다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 MPPT 방법의 동작원리를 설명하고 시뮬레이션으로 확인하였다.

  • In the photovoltaic applications, MPPT(maximum power point tracking) method is essential due to the non-lineality of photovoltaic output characteristics. To ensure stable tracking response, two sensors are required in conventional popular MPPTs. In modularized PV system as an AC module system, the cost of a sensor can have an effect on entire system cost because a power conditioning device is connected in a PV module. Because only a current sensor is required for proposed MPPT, it is helpful in the cost reduction point of view. In this paper, a novel MPPT using current sensor is proposed In the proposed MPPT, the voltage is derived from sensed current value. The proposed method is verified by simulation results.

  • 자동차 산업의 공통된 최대 이슈는 환경, 안전, 에너지, 편의이다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 따라 자동차 메이커들은 대응 방안 마련은 물론 시장 주도를 위한 기술개발 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있으며, 전장부품과 센서 등 최첨단 하이테크 기술과 플라스틱 , 나노, 하이브리드 소재 등이 적용된 다양한 부품들을 자동차에 적용시키고 있다. 또한수소연료전지, 바이오디젤, 태양광, 전기 등 석유 대체 에너지를 적용한 차세대 연료 자동차들이 전세계 모터쇼 등 전시회에 출품되어 세계의 이 목을 집중시키고 있으며 , 이미 일본과 미국시장을 중심으로 하이브리드 전기 자동차(HEV) 및 수소연료전지 자동차 (FCEV) 시장이 확대대고 있는 실증이다 따라서 국내에서도 그런카에 대한 관심도가 증가하고 있고 일부에서는 개발에 박차를 가하고 있다. 이에 그린카에 대한 간단한 구조와 최근 연구동향에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 계통연계 형 3-레벨 NPC(Neutral Point Clamped)인버터의 고장진단 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 고장진단 방법은 스위칭 소자의 개방고장 진단뿐만 아니라 고장 난 스위칭 소자의 위치 또한 판별 할 수 있다. 스위칭 소자의 고장 진단은 콘코디아 변환(Concordia transformation)에 의한 전류패턴의 반지름 변화로 판단 할 수 있다. 고장 난 스위칭 소자의 위치는 기존의 콘코디아 변환(Concordia transformation)에 의한 전류패턴을 분석하는 방법에 간단한 스위칭 동작을 추가함으로써 구분 할 수 있다. 제안하는 기법은 추가적인 센서가 필요하지 않고 전류신호에 기반을 두고 있으므로 시스템의 복잡한 모델링이 필요하지 않은 장점이 있다. 본 논문은 10kW급 태양광 계통연계 시스템을 모의한 시뮬레이션을 바탕으로 제안한 기법의 타당성을 검증한다.

  • Available daylight in inside offers comfortable view environment, and psychological and physical advantages to people in the room. But, it has a problem of an excessive direct sunlight. This study calculated daylight responsive dimming control slope by Roller Shade system with Mock-up test. With three 1/2 scale Mock-up rooms, we performed a test for calculation of daylight responsive dimming control slope in different shade height of each room through the different height of roller shade systems. This research will be used as a fundamental study for automated roller shade systems.

  • This paper proposes analysis data of generation efficiency with tracking method for solar tracking. Tracking algorithm of PV generation is divided the sensor method and program method. Generation efficiency is analyzed the three cases 1-high insolation, 2-low insolation, 3-rapidly changing insolation. Proposed data is possible to apply for development of novel algorithm with hybrid tracking method in this paper. Hereby, This paper is proved the benefit of analyzed data.

Therefore, this paper proposes a novel ticking algorithm considered insolation for efficiency improvement of PV system using sensor method And this paper analyzes the generation volume and proves the validity of proposed algorithm as compared with the conventional PV tracking system using sensor method.

  • Daylight responsive dimming systems are one of lighting control systems which are to control artificial lightings using available daylight for energy savings. This system is not popular because useful daylight is usually blocked by uncontrolled passive shading systems in buildings. It is necessary to integrate daylight responsive dimming systems and automata! roller shading systems. In this research, mock-up test is performed to analyze the daylight distributions in three different rooms for integrated systems. Roller shades are installed in two rooms. One is fully downed and the other is controlled by sun profile angle. The other room has no shading system as a reference room.
