아파트 단지의 일조환경 실태 연구 - 판상형과 탑상형 아파트 단지의 일조상태 비교 분석을 중심으로 - (A study on the daylight condition of the apartment houses - Focused on the comparative analysis of the daylight condition between the plank type and tower type apartment complex -)

  • 본 연구에서는 3차원적인 일조 프로그램을 이용하여 판상형과 탑상형의 기존 아파트 단지의 일조 현황 실태를 일차적으로 분석하고 일반적인 주택 배치를 현행주택법을 적용하여 단지계획을 하는 경우에 일조 상태가 어떠한지를 비교 분석하였다. 그동안 우리 아파트 계획의 대부분을 이루어 온 판상형 아파트 단지가 나름의 장점을 갖고 있음에도 불구하고 일조, 조망 그리고 경관이 건축적, 도시관점에 많은 문제점을 노출시켜 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 판상형과 탑상형의 일조 특성에 따른 장단점과 일조관련 현행 법 규정의 한계를 분석, 파악하고 판상형의 일조적 단점을 보완해줄 대안으로서의 탑상형 아파트의 계획 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 다만 본 연구의 범위가 한정되어 분석된 결과이므로 탑상형의 일방적인 계획이 아닌 판상형의 장점과 탑상형의 장점을 살린 주동 계획의 연구, 또한 탑상형의 주동 평면 형식별로 다양한 비교 연구를 통하여 일조, 조망, 도시경관을 적극적으로 고려한 계획적 연구가 필요하다고 본다.

  • In terms of plane structure, tower-type apartments have several disadvantages compared to flat-type apartments in the aspect of ventilation rate. Such disadvantages may not produce good indoor cooling effects with natural ventilation inside the heated apartments in hot summer days, so they may cause high energy consumption by an increase in cooling load. The purpose of this study is to investigate ways for improving the indoor thermal environment of tower-type apartments in summer by conducting quantitative evaluations of the airflow distribution in households.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of outdoor thermal environment of flat-type apartment houses and tower-type apartment houses in summer by numerical simulation. After inputting a building condition at CAD, we calculated the surface temperature for two apartments by using the numerical simulation of a clear sky day in summer in Seoul. The results indicated that the variation in Heat Island Potential(HIP) of tow apartments were not only in the day but also in the night. According to form of apartment the flat-type apartment houses appeared $1.3^{\circ}C$ more highly tower-type apartment houses.

탑상형 공동주택의 모델링 방법론에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Modeling Methods of Tower Type Apartment House)

  • This study is focused on the effect of thermal load according to the various plan types in tower-type apartment in Korea. So, we chose the '』' type model in order to analyze the shading effect of the plan type. The main results are as follows. In chosen model, cooling energy demands are more sensitive than heating ones when is compared with the two methods. And there are about 10% deviations between new and conventional method. Because new method considers more detailed than conventional one about the building geometries. We also found that this building type affects to the about 3 floors from the top and it doesn't affect to the thermal load in lower floors. From these facts, we suggest new modeling method to the similar researches that will be analyzed the thermal load on the tower type apartment in Korea. Also there is no difference of the thermal load in each azimuth between simple and detailed modeling method. Consequently, we judge that this new method considered the shading effect will be used a lot to the similar analysis in tower type apartment in Korea.

탑상형 아파트 만곡부의 외부 통풍환경 개선에 대한 연구 (The Improvement of The Exterior Air Flow Environment in The Inner Curved Area of Tower Type Apartment)

  • Recently, tower type apartment has been a main stream at the apartment market, in Korea. Tower type apartment has features that is easy to maintain a proper distance between apartment buildings, and to keep a prospect comparing to flat type apartment However, there is usually a inner curved area at tower type apartment, and it is able to make an unhealthy environment because of shaded area through a day and a bad air flow. In this study, the duration of sunshine and the exterior air flow environments are examined. As results, the duration of sunshine at the inner curved area of tower type apartment was extremely short, and the exterior air flow environment was very bad for the low air velocity of about 0.08m/s. Installing pilotis in the 1st floor which faces to the inner curved area makes the good improvement of exterior air flow environment.

탑상형 아파트의 외피개방유형에 따른 전기에너지 사용량 사례 분석 (Analysis the case study of tower type apartment by opening types of building surface)

  • The purpose of this study was the analysis of electric energy consumption with the case study of tower type apartment's opening of building surface. We analyze the relationship between tower type apartment's opening of building surface and using electric energy consumption. The results of this study are: 1) The highest energy consumption of electric energy was on August without any influence of opening types of building surface. 2) Also, the south-west sides consumption of August was 848 kWh on Type B(one side opening) and it was the highest usage. 3) A house if facing west used more electricity than facing east when its opening of building surface's datum level is facing south. However, the house of facing east used more power than west when its opening of building surface's datum level is facing north. 4) When opening of building surface is facing on north-west or north-east, the opening of building surface's side of west and east used more electric power than north-west or north-east sides.

  • Elastic failures of cantilevered cylindrical shells subject to lateral load are caused mainly by geometrical nonlinearlity. Geometerally nonlinear analysis is call for so as to investigate failure mechanisms. In this paper the geometericlly nonlinear analysis of cantilevered cylindrical shells under transverse load by the Rayleigh-Ritz Method is presented to examine the collapse loads and the process of cross-sectional deformations. The critical stress for relatively long cylinders have a tendency to show low level in comparison with the classical buckling stress for compression.

  • Recently, hospital architecture is facing the great variation. Patients' demands on medical service have been changing. And every hospital is required the designs creative, novel and escaped from the conservative spirit to deal with the rapidly circumstance variance with voluntarily. Accordingly, various space arrangements are proposed against the past unified hospital type. This study aims at considering and evaluating the prospects of hospital architecture by analysing the space constitution and form type of representative hospitals which are being planed or constructed in korea these days.

여름철 열대야 발생시 탑상형 아파트의 실내온열환경에 대한 연구 (A Study on Indoor Thermal Environment in an Tower Type Apartment House at Tropical Nights)

  • In this study, As a basic research for improving indoor thermal environment at tower type apartment houses, specifications of heat storage and heat emission in the structures of apartment houses were investigated, and the ratio of indoor and outdoor air velocity at tower type apartment house was examined, too. Indoor temperature at night time was higher than outdoor air temperature because heat emission from the structure of wall, ceiling and floor those are constructed by use of reinforced concrete which has large heat capacity. The ratio of indoor and outdoor air velocity was lower than 0.1 and this was caused by the plan of tower type apartment house. PMV was in the range of 0.3~1.9, and was about 1.0 (it means slightly warm) at 10 : 00 p.m.. To improve indoor thermal environment in summer season at tower type apartment houses, it needs more investigation on specifications of heat storage and heat emission in the structure including winter season, and on the improvement of the ratio of indoor and outdoor air velocity.
