본 연구는 혁신목적과 사회적 자본간의 관계를 탐색적으로 고찰하친 있다. 기업의 혁신목적 유형에 따라 사회적 자본의 특성이 다르게 나타나는가를 분석한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 본 연구에서는 2005년 6월에서 7월 사이에 실시된 $\ulcorner$경북 IT기업 기술혁신활동 조사$\lrcorner$ 에서 나타난 176개 기업자료를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석은 IT기업의 기술혁신 유형변수로 '탐색형 기업', '활용형 기업'으로 구분하였고, 사회적 자본은 네트워크의 범위를 나타내는 '구조적 변수'와 강도를 나타내는 '관계적 변수'로 구분하여 구성형태를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 탐색형 기업에서는 네트워크의 범위가 넓고(sparse network) 약한 연계(weak tie) 관계를 가지는 반면, 활용형 기업에서는 네트워크가 범위를 좁고(dense network) 강한 연계(strong tie) 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

The importance of WWW search services is increasing as Internet information resources explode. An evaluation of current 9 search services was first conducted by comparing descriptively the features concerning indexing, searching, and ranking of search results. Secondly, a couple of search queries were used to evaluate search performance of those services by the measures of retrieval effectiveness. the degree of overlap in searching sites, and the degree of similarity between services. In this experiment, Alta Vista, HotBot and Open Text Index showed better results for the retrieval effectiveness. The level of similarity among the 9 search services was extremely low.

The purpose of this study is to examine the potential of flip learning in Korea and to explore the possibilities of university English education. To this end, participants are sought for classes wherein general English class is taught and the researcher is in charge of teaching. 25 students of media-English class is chosen for the study. Instruments for the study include class evaluation and feedbacks, mid-term and final exams, group performative evaluation, on-line class views and participations. The findings of the study are: As students progress in flipped learning classes, their exam results significantly improved, and their performative evaluation results also improved significant across different groups. The effects are more eminent among higher levels of students, but students with mid and low level of English still improved significantly once they engage themselves in preview activity on a regular basis and self-directedly.

최근 기업가정신 관련 선진연구동향을 살펴보면, 네트워크를 원천으로 한 자원자본인 사회적 자본과 조직기업가정신이 벤처기업에게 다양한 자원과 정보에 접근할 수 있는 중요한 역할을 한다는 연구들이 주목받고 있다. 본 연구는 동태적 역량의 관점에서 사회적 자본과 조직기업가정신이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 탐색적으로 각각 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 국내 171명의 벤처기업 기업가를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 네트워크에 근거한 자원 자본인 사회적 자본은 조직기업가정신에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 자본은 벤처기업의 기업성과에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직기업가정신은 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 따라서 본 연구는 자원조달관점에서 태생적인 불리함을 지니고 있는 벤처기업에 있어 사회적 자본과 조직기업가정신이 기업성과에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 제공한다. 아울러 변화와 혁신의 요구를 상대적으로 치열하게 경험하고 있는 벤처기업은 외부 자원을 활용할 수 있는 사회적 자본의 축적과 조직기업가정신 활동을 적절히 수행할 때 비로소 지속가능한 경영을 할 수 있을 것이라는 시준점을 얻었다.
