In order to find the factors that influence behaviors for innovative work performance, this study tried to examine the relationship between organizational justice perceived by SME employees and IT support for differentiation on innovative behavior through knowledge exploitation and exploration. A survey was conducted on employees of SME, and the research hypothesis was verified using SPSS 22.0 and PLS 3.0 by analyzing the final 239 copies. As a result of the study, organizational justice and IT support showed a positive effect on knowledge exploitation and exploration, and knowledge exploitation and exploration had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Through this study, the theoretical foundation for organizational justice to influence knowledge exploitation and main search was established and the theoretical and practical implications for enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise were presented through a comprehensive analysis of the two variables, organizational justice and IT support, which affect the innovation behavior of SMEs. Future research will require to study the performance part due to innovative behavior using various variables.

Web crawlers are fundamental programs which iteratively download web pages by following links of web pages starting from a small set of initial URLs. Previously several web crawling orderings have been proposed to crawl popular web pages in preference to other pages, but some graph search techniques whose characteristics and efficient implementations had been studied in graph theory community have not been applied yet for web crawling orderings. In this paper we consider various graph search techniques including lexicographic breadth-first search, lexicographic depth-first search and maximum cardinality search as well as well-known breadth-first search and depth-first search, and then choose effective web crawling orderings which have linear time complexity and crawl popular pages early. Especially, for maximum cardinality search and lexicographic breadth-first search whose implementations are non-trivial, we propose linear-time web crawling orderings by applying the partition refinement method. Experimental results show that maximum cardinality search has desirable properties in both time complexity and the quality of crawled pages.

This paper empirically examines the effect of government R&D support on the performance of the firm in Korea. In particular, we examine to what extent the government R&D support affected the firm's exploratative performance. Using a novel dataset combining patent information with national government R&D funding data and firm performance indicators from 2005-2008, we construct and run an empirical model where a firm's exploratative activity, measured by a firm patenting in a different field, is a function of the government R&D support a firm receives. The empirical results show that the government R&D support has a positive effect on the firm's exploratative activity. Especially, this effect is stronger for the small and medium size firms, while large firms are relatively relying on their own R&D funding for exploration. This result indicates that the government needs to focus more on R&D funding for small and medium size firms, if it wants more exploratative outcomes to enhance potential resources for economic development.

The use of drone-bots is demanded in times regarding the reduction of military force, the spread of the life-oriented thought, and the use of innovative technology in the defense through the fourth industrial revolution. Especially, the drone's surveillance and reconnaissance are expected to play a big role in the future battlefield. However, there are not many cases in which the concept of operation is studied scientifically. In this study, We propose search algorithms for reconnaissance drone through simulation analysis. In the simulation, the drone and target move linearly in continuous space, and the target is moving adopting the Random-walk concept to reflect the uncertainty of the battlefield. The research investigates the effectiveness of existing search methods such as Parallel and Spiral Search. We analyze the probabilistic analysis for detector radius and the speed on the detection probability. In particular, the new detection algorithms those can be used when an enemy moves toward a specific goal, PS (Probability Search) and HS (Hamiltonian Search), are introduced. The results of this study will have applicability on planning the path for the reconnaissance operations using drone-bots.

This study examines the relationship between firms' external search strategy and their innovation performance. In addition to revisiting the relationship between open search strategy and product innovation, we further extend the impact of use of external knowledge sources to process and organizational innovation. Using the 2010 Korean Innovation Survey (KIS) of manufacturing firms, we report that on average, venture firms search more widely (external search breadth) and deeply (external search depth) across a variety of external search channels than non-venture firms. We then further explore the impact of venture and non-venture firms' use of external search strategies on innovation performance. We find that both searching widely and deeply increase the likelihood of non-venture firm's successes in product, process and organizational innovation. Similar results can be found for the venture firm's success in organizational innovation. However, only searching deeply increases the likelihood of venture firms' success in product and process innovation.

본 연구에서는 2개 이상의 지리 부호화된 영상병합 시 중복 영역의 연결 부분에서 발생하는 방사적 차이를 최소화하여 모자이크 접합선이 최소화하는 알고리즘을 구현하였다. 연구내용을 세부적으로 보면 초기 접합선 및 최적 접합선 탐색을 하는 접합선 추출 알고리즘 구현, 대상 영상의 전체적인 방사 값의 분포 특성을 정규화하는 전역 방사 보정을 위한 알고리즘 구현, 접합선을 자동 탐색하여 탐색된 접합선을 중심으로 단순 중복, 평균화, 블랜딩에 의한 모자이킹 알고리즘 구현이 본 연구의 핵심 내용이다.

This study examined the impact of failure tolerance on exploration and exploitation activities and the impact of these activities on management performance in the representatives of re-start-up companies. Recently, policy and social support for re-starting businesses has been increasing. This study seeks to verify whether the psychological factors of the re-founder are related to management performance. Therefore, a research model that combines failure tolerance, which is a psychological and pedagogical variable, and management performance, which is a management variable, was presented and empirical analysis was made. The research targets were conducted on re-founders who received funding from Korea SMEs & Startups Agency. The analysis of the psychological characteristics of the re-start-up, failure tolerance and the effect on the exploration and exploitation activity, all showed positive effects, and the analysis of the effect of the exploration and exploitation activity on the management performance, showed that the exploration activity did not affect, and the exploitation activity had a positive effect. This study is intended to provide theoretical and practical implications.

This research was conducted from the perspective of student management focusing on such central topic as realization of research ethics on the basis of research ethics case study model. In this study, improvement method for research ethics education through means of application of DEVAC System, which is a paper plagiarism detection system, and survey on current status of research ethics in college education and degree of consciousness thereof were explored. Through these investigations, a topic relating to establishment of the foundation in order to foster consciousness of research ethics in the college education was established as the primary purpose of this study. To accomplish the purpose of this study, firstly, actual situation of paper plagiarism committed by the college students and their consciousness were surveyed. Secondly, the research ethics education was examined through means of applying DEVAC paper plagiarism detection system. The results from investigations revealed the followings: First, 424 students (65.43%) who participated in this research and survey on the fact of paper plagiarism had experience of report plagiarism, and the result of investigation showed that 49.3% of students among those who had experience of paper plagiarism committed report plagiarism more than three times in a semester. And, 34.1% of participants showed a positive response to the use of a paper plagiarism detection system in the college, and results from the investigation displayed that the creative education (39.0%) marked the highest scores as in the educational method to reinforce the research ethics. Second, the results from examination of paper plagiarism having applied DEVAC system indicated that use of this system can be an alternative to prevent paper plagiarism from students. It is realized through this study that there is a necessity in various respects to build up the foundation which will enable individual students to improve their consciousness to such a degree so as to make them clearly recognize the fact that plagiarism is criminal act.

In this paper, we conducted for information search process of users, who have experience to buy paid-application in Appstore, to find out difference of information searching efforts and information sources, reliance on the information in term of attributes of Apps and buyes' innovativenss. As a result, Innovative buyers take a effort to search various information source but they get help buying decision-making supports by own their efforts like searching in category. On the other hand, non-Innovative buyers who search informtion less than Innovative buyers, get information like recommendation from friend and Apps, then they keep those information help buying decision-making supports highly. Besides buyers of Utility Apps search on objective information sources mainly, but those sources have influence on buying decision-making supports. On the other side buyers of Enjoyment Apps consider reliance on the information more than information searching efforts to buying decision-making supports as they get information source like popularity. This research suggests operators of Appstore and app developers how to promote their Apps to users.

최근 컴퓨터 바이러스와 해킹 기법의 기술적인 향상으로 인하여 바이러스로 인한 피해가 확산되고 있다. 이에 따른 바이러스와 해킹 피해들로부터 시스템과 사용자 데이터를 보호하기 위한 다양한 방법들이 연구 및 적용되어 있다. 하지만 기존의 연구는 이기종으로 구성된 서로 이질적인 네트워크 환경에 적용하고 사용하기 위해서는 많은 수동적인 노력과 시간을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이기종으로 구성된 네트워크상에서 이동 에이전트를 이용한 바이러스 탐색 기법에 대해 연구하였다. 제시한 방법은 사용자들에게 바이러스 탐색 에이전트와 관련된 해당 호스트상에서의 탐색업무 수행 투명성을 제공하여 호스트의 부하에 큰 영향을 주지 않는 방안으로써 자바 언어 특성인 플랫폼의 독립성이라는 이점을 지원하고 있는 자바 기반의 바이러스 탐색 시스템을 설계하였다. 이는 중앙 집중 관리 형태의 서버기반 방식으로 등록된 지역 네트워크 내의 이질적인 호스트에서 각 호스트의 부하를 고려하여 바이러스 탐색 업무를 수행함으로써 사용자로 하여금 능동성과 자율성, 바이러스 탐색 업무에 있어서의 투명성을 제공할 수 있는 컴퓨터 바이러스 탐색 업무를 수행하는 이동 에이전트 기반의 탐색 시스템을 새롭게 제안한다.
