골프공, 핸드폰 숫자판 등에 쓰인 무늬 등은 어떻게 만들어 진 것일까라고 한번쯤 의문을 가졌던 경험이 있을 것이다. 파거나 새긴 것이 아니고 분명인쇄를 한 것인데 어떻게 이런 데다가도 인쇄를 할 수 있나 의아했을 것이다. 이런 특수 인쇄를 패드(Pad) 인쇄 기법이라고 하는데 이 기술을 국산화하고 발달시킨데 기여한 업체가 바로 삼정기계이다. 패드 인쇄 기계 및 실크스크린 인쇄기자재 제작, 판매 전문 업체로서 곡면, 평면 사출물 및 다양한 인쇄물을 사용자 편의 위주로 설계하고 소형 자동화하는 연구로 '작지만 강한' 기업으로 만든 삼정기계를 찾아가 보았다.

오파란(식용부적합 계란), 폐사축, 계분을 처리하는 일은 번거롭기도 하고 많은 민원을 유발하기도 해 양계인들 고민의 공통분모일 것이다. 하지만 오파란과 폐사축은 우수한 사료로 계분은 양질의 비료로 활용이 가능하다. 멸균 건조설비 기계 전문 업체인 모던엠디에스(주)(대표이사 이원섭, 이하 모던엠디에스)는 MDS공법으로 오파란, 폐사축 등을 고속으로 멸균 건조 처리하여 원료의 영양소 파괴를 최소화하고 안전성 높은 사료자원으로의 재활용 기술력을 보유하고 있으며 농장에서도 손쉽게 온천란 반숙란 등 가공란 생산이 가능한 기계설계설비를 하고 있다. 이번호에는 모던엠디에스를 소개코자 한다.

1983년 출범한 한국건설기술연구원(KICT)은 88년 정부출연연구기관으로 새롭게 탄생하였으며 올해 11월중 고양시 대화동에 신축한 새 청사로 이전하여 새로운 설계를 펴고 있다. 도로, 수자원, 환경, 건축계획 등 9개 분야의 연구실을 갖추고 있는 한국건설기술연구원은 해외 60여개국의 연구기관과 협력체계를 구축하여 활발한 연구활동을 계속하고 있다.

국내의 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 모든 산업의 기초가 되는 기계를 다루는 기술인이 반드시 알아야 할 기계관련 이론과 다양한 실기를 통해 산업현장에 필요한 전문직업인 양성에 교육 목표를 두고 있다. 또한 오늘날 첨단 기계 산업의 발달 및 다양화에 따라 생산 및 생산시설 관리, 제품 설계 및 제작, 엔지니어링 마케팅, 컴퓨터 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 관련 업무를 충실히 담당할 중견 전문가 양성도 담당하고 있다. 기계 설비분야의 미래를 책임질 기계설비 전문인을 양성하기 위해 기계 및 설비관련 학과는 2009년 현재 전국의 13개 대학에서 다양한 커리큘럼을 통해 배출하고 있다. 본지는 지난 3월호부터 전국의 기계 및 설비관련 학과를 소개한다.

This study aims to propose a method of spatial therapy through spatial psychology in various ways of healing for emotional damage received by individuals. It is intended to prove the effectiveness and specify the method through instructional cases of spatial therapy for general university students. The method of spatial therapy was designed as a preliminary question(past)-space exploration (present)-travel plan(future). In the preliminary question, the students remembered the happy trip with their family and the pleasant memories with a person for the longest time. In the space exploration, the places the students visited were all different, but they were fully satisfied and happy about the place they had been to. The students fully remembered and expressed their feelings about the person they were with and the place. In their travel plans, students were fully prepared for the trip and looking forward to various therapy emotions they wanted to feel there. Most of the students said they wanted to find peace of mind through travel, feel peaceful feelings, and enjoy a beautiful world. Travel for spatial therapy or visiting certain places gives those who are tired and struggling enough therapy power.

In order to develop the marketing strategy of Korean floral arrangement courses for chinese tourists, this study aimed at gaining their participation motivation with application of the ZMET (Zaltman metaphor-elicitation technique). According to the results, 18 constructs ('a sense of accomplishment', 'Korean culture visit', 'teacher's high-quality service', 'professionalism', 'to be together', 'communication with others', 'joint pleasure', 'better than China', 'not available in China', 'healing', 'the feeling of happiness and love', 'easy access to art', 'wonderful life shot', 'beautiful interior', 'special design', 'expectation', 'close to nature', and 'nice daily-life decoration') were derived and 4 main constructs ('a sense of accomplishment', 'Korean culture visit', 'teacher's high-quality service', and 'professionalism') of the consensus map were analyzed. Therefore, the Korean floral arrangement courses for chinese tourists should open an adjustable level of difficulty of curriculum, offer an opportunity to experience other Korean culture and increase florist's abilities from various aspects.

Most local governments make an attempt to attract tourists through the large-scale development projects or regional festival events. But, its possibility of success is actually low, so they must take care of ecotourism industry which has higher efficiency in comparison with investing expense. Seocheon area couldn't be focused greatly in spite of the excellent ecological and cultural resources. However, there are lots of possibilities to be a new center of ecotourism because of newly opened National Institute of Ecology and National Marine Biology Resource Institute. Therefore, the purposes of this thesis are to analyze several eco-cultural property all over Seocheon, introduce ecotourism, a main function of ecosystem services, and develop the program satisfying 3 elements of ecotourism; natural environment, visitors and residents. In Seocheon located in where the sea meets the river, ecological property could be reorganized into 4 areas in relation to existing famous tourist attractions. As a measure to let visitors stay, we induced them to lodge in the region through the field work. To realize slow life, we designed it so that they can enjoy each landscape slowly. we also suggested the program which can guide visitors onto the vicinity of habitat for migratory birds at the mouth of Geumgang River and Seocheon foreshore nominated as Ramsar wetlands by focusing on National Institute of Ecology and National Marine Biology Resource Institute which will be the Mecca of ecology research. Through this research, there will be an opportunity to satisfy visitors of Seocheon and enrich local residents' lives.

Until now, there have been various kinds of science information databsae which databased the science technology information, but they do not satisfy the aspiration of the users. Therefore, in the position of the users, it suggests the technology information space as a now paradigm, which supplement the function of science information DB. ICPIS which inputs described papers with keywords, offers the itemized summary of these contents, the visual indication and comparison of similar thesis, and it also supplises the abundant summary information, survey information, more than ten volumes of info communication thesis with starting the casual relation extraction for the users, playing a significant role in ICPIS is called KP, and it is package of domain knowledge that unifies the extraction and structure narration of the technology information. ICPIS extracts the technology information among the thesis that are deserved by the natural language treatment in the itemized KP keywords described, and form the prescribed summary structure in KP.

경상북도는 경상도 개도 700주년인 2014년 완공을 목표로 새로운 도청 청사를 경북 안동시 풍천면과 예천군 호명면 일원에 건설 중에 있다. 경북도청 이전사업은 지난 1981년 대구시가 직할시로 승격 분리되면서 경북도민의 자긍심을 세우기 위해 신비의 가야문화, 천년의 신라문화, 지조의 유교문화가 융합된 민족문화의 본산지이자 한국의 정신 및 문화수도를 계승하는 한편 새로운 천년을 준비하기 위한 사업으로 추진되었다. 이에 따라 경상북도는 지난 2008년 안동시 풍천면과 예천군 호명면 일원을 도청 이전 예정지로 정하고 기본계획 수립 및 설계 시공을 일괄발주(턴키)하여 2011년 2월 (주)대우건설 컨소시엄[대우건설 지분 50%, 풍림산업, 세원건설(구미), 우석종합건설(경주), 동일건설(문경), 주일건설(경산), (주)진영종합건설(포항) 등 6개 업체의 50% 참여지분]을 실시설계 적격자로 선정, 2011년 10월 첫 삽을 떴다. 경상북도는 오는 2027년까지 경북도청 행정타운을 중심으로 3단계에 걸쳐 주거, 산업, 교육, 레저 및 문화단지 등 10만명의 인구가 거주할 신도시를 건립할 계획이다. 또한 이 지역은 지리적으로 세계문화유산이자 한국 정신문화의 수도인 안동 하회마을과 가깝고 한국적 우아함을 느낄 수 있는 지역이자 중앙고속도로, 고속국도 및 철도 등이 관통하고 있어 도내 주변도시와의 연계성이 높아서 경북지역의 신성장 거점도시로 성장할 전망이다.

1967년 우리나라에 국립공원제도가 도입실시된 이래 20년동안 전국의 국립공원은 주무부처인 건설장관으로부터 각시.도지사가 관리권을 위임받아 해당 시장.군수에 의해 실질적으로 관리돼 왔었다. 1970.9.9 설악산, 1980.8.8. 내장산 그밖의 자연공원에 케이블카가 시설된것도 잘아는 일, 또한 탐방객이 많은 공원일수록, 심지어 대가람의 코밑에까지 집단시설등 용도지구가 설계되고 용돼 왔다. 내장산의 내장사 지구의 경우는 12년전 관리소에서 2.7km 떨어진 아래로 집단시설지역을 변경, 강제이주시킨후 그자리에 "케블카" 를 시설했고, 철거된 잔디녹지가 음성적인 상가로 둔갑되어가도 관리소로선 잡상근절책을 세우지 못한채 작년 8월 국립공원관리공단에 인도됐다. 이와 같이 대부분의 공단관리소들은 지자단분가 물려준 어려운 숙제를 넘겨받아 큰시련을 겪고 있다. 그당시는 심묵또는 양해가 됐던 똑 같은 문제도 공단이 관리를 맡은이후 부터는 몹시 따갑게 비판해 오고 있다. 사사건건제동을 걸고 있는듯 하기고 하고 어차피 해결해야할 문제들도 많아 노출된 것부터 하나하나 단편적일지라도 파고들어 소리의 진의를 듣고 냉정한 대비책을 세워야 한다고 본다.
