The purpose of this study was intended to analyze the effect of the level of self-differentiation in the financial companies on customer orientation, and to find out the mediating effect of job stress between self-differentiation and customer orientation. In addition, this study was intended to suggest implications that can be used for customer management and marketing activities of financial companies. The results of this study are as follows: First, a low level of fusion with others was found to have a negative(-) effect on customer orientation. second, a level of emotional-cutoff did not affect customer orientation. third, a low level of emotional-reactivity had a positive(+) effect on customer orientation. fourthly, a high level of 'I'-positon has a positive(+) effect on customer orientation. Fifthly, job stress was found to partially mediate between customer orientation and fusion with others, emotional-reactivity, 'I'-positon. This study has academic significance in that it identified patterns of customer orientation according to the level of self-differentiation of employees in the financial companies. As for practical implications, in order to improve customer orientation in employees in the financial companies, first, job stress of organizational members must be reduced. second, members with a low level of emotional-reactivity and a high level of 'I'-positon should be assigned to sales positions, and third, there is a need to assign a lot of authority and responsibility to employees in middle and lower positions.

The present study aimed to investigate whether there would be differences in the severity of PTSD symptoms, self and others concepts between trauma types. Among 166 university students, 61 (simple trauma's n = 31, complex trauma's n = 30) finally met the criteria and completed the Life Events Checklist, Impact of the Event Scale-Revised, and the emotional Stroop task. The results were as follows: firstly, PTSD symptoms were higher in complex trauma group than single trauma group. Secondly, response time in the complex trauma group was longer in the condition that the negative word related to 'self' was presented for 2 seconds compared to the single trauma group. These results suggest that the complex trauma group has different features at least in the severity of PTSD symptoms and the concept of the self, compared with the single trauma group. Finally, the therapeutic implications and limitations of the study were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence relationship between the clinical practice stress and professional identity of 171 dental hygiene students from 3 university in Jeollanam-do area. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Professional identity was negatively correlated with clinical practice training environment(r=-0.352, p<0.01), clinical practice work burden(r=-0.185, p<0.05) and conflicts with patients(r=-0.181, p<0.05). The convergence factors influencing professional identity were clinical practice training environment(${\beta}=-0.261$), aptitude(${\beta}=0.238$), advice from others(${\beta}=-0.186$) and clinical practice unsatisfied(${\beta}=-0.176$). The regression model explained 23.7% of professional identity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a program for the smooth labor supply by understanding the relationship between clinical practice stress and professional identity in dental hygiene students.

Purpose: This is a descriptive survey study for identifying the factors affecting the communication skills of nursing students in the current situation where non-face-to-face culture becomes commonplace due to the COVID-19. Methods: The data was collected from June 1-30, 2022, targeting total 160 nursing students(3rd/4th year) of three universities in Daejeon and Chungnam. Using the IBM SPSS/Win 25.0, the collected data was analyzed through the descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Results: In the results, the communication skills showed positive correlations with the acceptance of others (r=.32, p<.001), positive emotions in friendship (r=.44, p<.001), and empathy (r=.38, p<.001), and these variables explained total 32.0% of communication skills. Conclusion: Based on such results, it would be necessary to develop various extracurricular programs and also to establish the application measures for maintaining positive friendships and enhancing empathy.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between perfectionism, self-efficacy, and subjective quality of life of rehabilitation trainers. For this purpose, 206 questionnaire results were obtained from rehabilitation trainers working in hospitals and rehabilitation exercise centers located in the metropolitan area. The SPSS statistics were analyzed with the program, and the following results were obtained. First, in the relationship between perfectionism and self-efficacy of rehabilitation trainers, the sub-factor of perfectionism was used as an independent variable and body confidence, which is a sub-factor of self-efficacy, was used as a dependent variable. explained. Second, in the relationship between perfectionism and the physical ability of self-efficacy, self-orientation, people oriented, and social self-confidence were significantly explained. Third, in the relationship between perfectionism and subjective quality of life, subjective quality of life was significantly explained in self-orientation, people orientation, and social loading. Fourth, in the relationship between self-efficacy and subjective quality of life, subjective quality of life was significantly explained in terms of physical ability and body confidence. Through this study, it is judged that the relationship between perfectionism, self-efficacy, and subjective quality of life has a significant relationship, and subsequent research is needed.

Advertisement is a creation. However, it is not a sort of self-sufficient creation as can be found in the fine arts that start from and end with an artist's personal sense but an inter-subjective creation formed from the dose relationship between the inner senses of other persons as social factor and the meanings of symbols. In this respect, how to systematically express the cultural aspects seen from the convergence of 'words' and ‘images' that are coexisting within the ads expression depends on the inter-subjective mutual sensitivity between ads creator and consumer. Therefore, it is assumed that the quality of impact the ads expression has is not a personal sense of ads creator based on a consumer survey but an intuitive judgement made by both of them who share their lifestyles. In conclusion, the finding of the quality of impact of ads expression through the lifestyle of ads creator is to make sure that, by directly applying the lifestyle exposed from within the prerequisites of customer to that of ads creator, the inter-subjective ads creation needs to be formulated.

High-tech sensibility textile and fashion, in which consumers' emotions and various textile and fashion technologies are converged, is an important industrial group. It is important to develop the ability to apply in practice by gathering the creative by understanding other fields and exchanging ideas through interdisciplinary collaboration in the field of emotional engineering. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration, talent must be nurtured of individuals who would lead the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution with the ability to empathize with others as well as the creative convergence-type intellectual ability necessary for the rapidly changing society. To determine content-creation methods, basic research is conducted. Additionally, this study investigates on the current status and educational process of the emotional textile-fashion industry worldwide. To nurture talents in the textile and fashion sensibility science, the basic contents are created to manage the knowledge that delivers sensibility science and the ICT related to this field, as well as in the intensive, PB-style conceptual design based on sensibility. The process from derivation of consumer emotion analysis and product development can be experienced through smart kit practice. Moreover, various methods are developed to set up intellectual property rights generated while developing ICT convergence products as start-ups. The study also covers new knowledge rights to develop emotional textile fashion.

This study was conducted with 193 pairs of mother-in-law and son-in-law to examine the mediating effect of marital satisfaction on the relationship between interpersonal differentiation and affectual solidarity. Using SPSS and PROCESS macro program, descriptive statistical analysis(frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation) and mediating effect analysis through bootstrapping were performed. The main research results are as follows. First, in the case of the son-in-law, his own marital satisfaction completely mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (fusion with others, emotional cutting) and affectual solidarity. Second, in the case of mother-in-law, the perceived daughter's marital satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between the sub-factors of interpersonal differentiation (connectivity, separability) and affectual solidarity. These findings suggest the functional importance of the marital system for a healthy relationship between mother-in-law and son-in-law.

This study examined the colostrum nutritive composition, immunoglobulin (Ig), and microbial community in Holstein and Jersey dairy cows according to the time after calving. The experiment used seven Holstein and three Jersey dairy cows. Colostrum was collected immediately after calf calving, 12, and 24 hours, and stored at -80℃ until analysis. An analysis of the nutritive composition in colostrum was performed using LactoScop. The immune indicators were analyzed using an ELISA Kit, and the microbial community was assessed using a Macrogen Inc. The protein level was high in all colostrum samples from Holstein dairy cows compared with Jersey dairy cows, but there was no significant difference according to the time after calving. Immune index analysis revealed high IgG and IgA concentrations in the colostrum of Holstein cows immediately after calving and 12 and 24 hours after calving, but the differences were not significant. The microbial community at the genus level revealed Staphylococcus to be predominant at a high rate in the colostrum of Holstein dairy cows and Enterococcus in Jersey dairy cows 12 hours after calving. Pseudomonas was predominant at a high rate in the colostrum of Jersey lactating cows immediately and 12 hours after calving. Chryseobacterium was predominant at a high rate in Holstein dairy cows 12 and 24 hours after calving. In conclusion, these results are expected to be used as research data on the correlation between quality, immunity, and microbial community in the colostrum.
