The purpose of this study is to understand social exclusion experiences with the disabled through a biographical study. It is analysed the interview date conducting an interview about 10 focused on the physical and cerebral palsy disabled with social exclusion experiences. The results show that it is multi-social exclusion including the inequality of approach opportunity of education, labor, education, medical, social participation, information, social service, space, health etc. It shows their life neglected and marginalized resulted from not providing social right as citizenship. And their social relationship is isolated by social exclusion and Other-directed identity is to be shaped in accordance to the method to define as regulated social ideals. Also, there is their painful and heavy life bound with double risky factors of disability and poverty. They share common historical experiences and social events impacted on their recognition and value among participants generation in biographical narrative. On the other hand, their life is reconstructed according to each their resource and standard to interpreter and evaluate on it. It suggests political and clinical implications in order to overcome the disabled's social exclusion, which is based on practical and vivid experiential dates from the participants.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of sports vision training on baseball player's visual performance and baseball records. Methods: All subjects were 21 males of high school baseball players, and they participated on eight weeks of sports vision training program. Pre- and post- test results were obtained for static and dynamic visual acuity, static and dynamic stereo acuity, distance and near phoria, fusional reserves, near point of convergence, contrast sensitivity, visual-reaction time. Results: Statical analysis indicated significant improvement in most of mentioned visual variables and baseball records (p<0.001). Conclusions: It can be concluded that the sports vision training program improves visual skills of baseball players, which could lead to improvement in the baseball records. Vison training will be a promotor for baseball player to enhance their performance if proper test instruments and training course is supplied.

The Viterbi decoders can be classified into serial Viterbi decoders and parallel Viterbi decoders. Parallel Viterbi decoders can handle higher data rates than serial Viterbl decoders. This paper designs and implements a fully parallel Viterbi decoder for high speed multimedia communications. For high speed operations, the ACS (Add-Compare-Select) module consisting of 64 PEs (Processing Elements) can compute one stage in a clock. In addition, the systolic away structure with 32 pipeline stages is developed for the TB (traceback) module. The implemented Viterbi decoder can support code rates 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 using punctured codes. We have developed Verilog HDL models and performed logic synthesis. The 0.6 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ SAMSUNG KG75000 SOG cell library has been used. The implemented Viterbi decoder has about 100,400 gates, and is running at 70 MHz in the worst case simulation.

The purpose of this study was to investigated, On the Effect of Parent's Rearing Attitudes, Social Support On the Children's Emotional Intelligence. 243 Children were surveyed for this study. Spss/pc was run for statistical data analysis. This study abstracted that the most important factors Parent's Rearing Attitudes, Social support, Emotional Intelligence. In conclusion, this study implies that retraining and teaching programs for teachers need to be accessed variably, considered with the results of this paper.

The purpose of this paper is to statistically analyze the effects of on-base and slugging ability on the run productivity in Korean professional baseball. In Section 2, we have investigated the OPS (On-base percentage Plus Slugging average) and introduced new indices of batting ability by modifying the OPS. In Section 3, we have examined the correlation which the batting average, on-base percentage, slugging average, IsoP (Isolated Power), OPS and the indices introduced in Section 2 have with the average runs per game, using the data from all the games of the regular seasons in 2007~2011. In addition, by generalizing the OPS and the indices introduced in Section 2, we have analyzed the correlation of the indices with various weights between the average runs per game. As a result, the weighted OPS consisting of on-base percentage (with weight 57%) and slugging average (with weight 43%) has been found to give the best explanation of the run productivity.

The purpose of this study is to understand student's reading motivation by laying out self-selected reading program and running it at school libraries. The self-selected reading program based on self-determination theory ensures the autonomy of book selection. The self-selected reading program in this study provided a number of scope and recommended book lists in order to ensure the autonomy of book selection and developed integrated reading and writing. After finishing this program, the author measured 6 domains of reading motivation with participated students who completed this course. As a result, it turned out that autonomous motive domains excessively surpassed heteronomous motive domains. Such autonomy of book selection, one of the key features from self-selected reading programs, is expected to help making the best use of school library collections by recommended book lists and stimulating stable and sustainable reading habits driven by self-motivation.

How can Selfish people choose moral behaviors. Xunzi thought it can be done with Human reason. For him, people move for their own interest. So they must follow Yi(禮), if they understand the life that following Yi is better than following x?ngq?ng(性情). Xunzi' theory is going to meet following two problems. One, people do not choose Yi because heir selfish is the only power to do. Second, there is nothing to blame or punishment for violators because it is not the duty. I tried to explain with two solutions for Xunzi.

This article identifies the nature of international relations and education and examines their potential. To achieve this goal, international relations and education can be found in supporting economically deprived regions and contributing to the development of the world based on mutual understanding. Next, the current status of international education exchanges was examined by the Ministry of Education, the National Institute for International Education, and the Gyeongnam Office of Education's International relations and Education Center. The status of international relations and education shown in these three subjects is active in practice, but there was also a limit to theorizing about them and making explanations or predictions. Based on this, the possibility of international education exchanges was discussed by the government or education office, which can bring about educational autonomy, contribute to the growth of the country through support for resource-poor countries, limited development assistance, poor academic development.

Today's society is against the backdrop of rapid development and rapid change. As an important social entity, universities are inevitable to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation to meet changes in society. International exchange and cooperation will be one of the five new professions of universities following talent training, scientific research, community service, cultural transmission and innovation. The study explores various aspects of Qingdao University's international exchange and cooperation status, including organizational operations, international projects, international academic exchanges, and international cooperation schools, and presents problems and implications. To better achieve international exchange and cooperation of universities in the future, we would like to provide a useful reference. The focus is on enriching vocational theory of higher education and further supplementing related theoretical systems such as international exchange and cooperation and internationalization of higher education.

The winning rate is the most important indicator for running a professional baseball team because it directly affects the spectator. James(1980) suggests that the Pythagorean method is almost identical to the actual winning rate, which is known as a way of helping to establish a team strategy. In this study, it was analyzed what kind of detail difference produced difference between real winning rate and winning rate based on Pythagorean method for 10 years from 2005 to 2014. The purpose of this study is to derive a plan to improve the performance of Korean professional baseball team. The results show that the expected winning rate differs from the actual winning rate by +.062 to -.054. In the process of this result, records of base on balls of the hitter, strikeout of the hitter, base on balls of the pitcher, batting average, sacrifice fly, etc. were found to affect the performance of professional baseball team. Therefore professional baseball teams should improve their batting eye so they can get a base on balls and reduce strikeouts. In the case of a pitcher, it should be instructed to reduce the base on balls by improving the control.
