The Author have had a case of Salivary-stone in the posterior of Warton's duct in the right Side . 1. The patient was 24 years-old R.O.K.a Soldexr. 2. The salivary stone was 1.6cm by 2.11 cm in big size. 3. There was a History of pain at meal-time, and swelling of mandible of Right region.

Venous malformation with phleboliths is uncommon cause of unilateral parotid swelling. The clinical and radiographic appearance of venous malformation with phleboliths may masquerade as sialolithiasis. A 49-year-old female complained about unilateral parotid swelling for 6 years. Preoperative evaluation including computed tomography and sonography showed the suspicion of venous malformation with phleboliths. Superficial parotidectomy was performed. Pathological examination confirmed that the mass was venous malformation with phleboliths combined with sialolith in the parotid gland. We present the case of unilateral parotid swelling caused by a venous malformation combined with sialolithiasis.

The author have had a case of salivary stone in the anterior half of Wharton's duct in the left side. 1)The patient was 32-year=old Korean male .2)There was a history of severe pain at mealtime, pus discharging and marked swelling of the left submandibular region.3) The patient was sebmandibular region. 3)The paient was sedated with 100mg .of Seconal and anesthetized with 2% Xylocaine Hydrochloride. The surgical procedure was performed in the usual manner. 4)THhe stone was ellowish-white, single wheat-shaped and 9mm. by 3mm. in size.

본 논문에서는 스크린 골프 콘텐츠에 적용을 위한 골프공 비행 데이터 추출 카메라 시스템을 제안한다. 기존에 존재하는 스크린 골프 콘텐츠에 적용된 골프공의 비행데이터 추출 시스템의 경우 좌우 타석이 나눠져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 카메라 시스템을 골프공이 지나가는 영역을 볼 수 있도록 천정에 설치하여 타석에서 왼손잡이와 왼손잡이의 제한이 없도록 하고, 비행하는 골프공의 촬영이 가능한 고속 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 골프공의 초기 비행 속도와 날아가는 방향, 떠오르는 각도를 추출하는 시스템을 스크린 골프 콘텐츠에 적용한다. 본 시스템은 향후 야구, 축구, 테니스 등 구형 물체를 이용한 스포츠형 콘텐츠에서 인식 디바이스로써 활용이 가능하다.

본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 분석 방법을 활용하여 스포츠 기록과 기상 데이터의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 API와 크롤링으로 데이터를 수집하고, 가공한 다음 이것을 토대로 통계를 낸 후에 데이터 시각화를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 대상으로는 2019년 KBO 리그에 출전한 외야수 중에서 규정타석에 진입한 선수를 대상으로 하였다. 또한 기상 데이터는 불쾌지수를 활용하였으며 70이상과 70미만을 기준으로 하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과로는 투수가 개입하는 기록인 각종 타격지표에서는 불쾌지수가 높을수록 외야수의 기록이 향상하였으나, 투수가 개입하지 않는 도루, 볼넷, 투구 수, 도루 성공률, 타석 당 투구 수, 경기 당 투구 수 등의 기록에서는 외야수가 투수를 힘들게 하였음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 스포츠 데이터 산업의 발전과 야구 선수, 구단, 코칭스태프의 경기력에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

Primary squamous cell carcinoma occuring in the salivary glands involves a grave prognosis since the tumor exhibit infiltrative properties, metastasizes early and recurs readily. But it is so rare that the clinician may see only a few in a lifetime of practice. The following report describes a case of primary squamous cell carcinoma arising from the submaxillary gland treated by combined therapy including surgery, radiotherapy and hyperthermia. The biologic behavior of the tumor was quite abnormal that immediate recurrence was noticed in two weeks after surgery. The progress was dismal and the disease became overwhelming before long.

The Sialolithiasis is one of the most common disease that is found in the submandibular gland and they can be usually observed in the extra glandular area. As the lumen of Wharton's duct is larger and more expandable than that of Stensen's duct, the symptom of them is initially painless. As increasing their size, the sign and symptom are pain and sudden enlargement of gland. It can be observed with clinical exam and the scintigraphy. After removal of sialoliths, the majority of them can get the recovery of function. Our department performed the transoral sialolithotomy and the extraoral sialoadenectomy for three patients of sialolithiasis and all of them showed no complication after operation.

Sialolithiasis is the common pathology of salivary gland. The size of sialoliths vary from 1 mm to a few cm, but most of that are less than 10 mm. Large sialoliths (larger than 15 mm) are extremely rare. It is called Giant sialolithiasis or megalith. Symptom of the giant sialolithiasis is similar to that of regular sialolithiasis. First choice of treatment is removal of the stone. Many literatures reported various methods to remove the sialoliths. For this case report, we accidentally found the giant sialolith on the computed tomography taken for dental implant, and successfully removed the stone by minimal invasive surgical approach. Base on this result, we report this case with literature reviews.

We report a false positive case of I-131 scan due to a sialolithiasis in right submandibular gland. I-131 images showed not only remnant thyroid tissues and functional metastases in the anterior neck but also a hot uptake near right submandibular gland. We confirmed the sialolithiasis by radiologic studies. Sialolithiasis should be regarded as a false positive cause when I-131 scan shows a hot spot near salivary bed.

Salivary gland calculi account for the most common disease of the salivary glands. We experienced a rare case of submandibular duct(Wharton's duct) calculi of unusual size and shape in a 40 year-old male patient, who presented with pain and swelling in the region of submandibular gland. The author describes the management of this patient and reviews the literature.
