우리나라에 있어서 열병합 발전 지역난방이 1960 년대에 거론되어, 당인리 화력발전소의 폐열을 여의도 지역난방으로 이용하자는 이야기가 있었다. 그러나 이러한 "이야기"가 경제성이 있는 것 으로 판단된 것은 적극적인 연구사업인 1978 년도 과학기술원의 반월공단에 대한 타당성 검토와 여의도 강남지역의 타당성 검토를 통하여 비롯되었다. 이러한 일련의 연구검토를 토대로 우리 나라 환경에 맞는 기술의 국내 도입을 위하여 이 분야에 오랜 전통을 갖는 해외 전문용역회사 BRUNN '||'&'||' SORENSEN A/S와 한국 동력자원연구소 에너지분소가 공동으로 국내 열병합발 전지역 난방 타당성 조사사업을 1980. 9-1981.7까지 수행하였다. 본 타당성 조사의 기술 및 경 제성 분석 과정과 결과를 서술하고 향후 추진방향을 제시코자 한다.다.

Economic feasibility analysis for the public projects such as sewer improvement project differs from the one for the project by profit organization in that the former has to take into consideration the public benefit that cannot be priced in the market. This study presents a model case study for the economic feasibility analysis for the sewer improvement project by the City of Gumi, Korea. The project is planned for the period of 2003~2021. It utilized Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) to assess the public benefits such as improvement of environmental quality and quality of life that can not be priced in the market. WTP(Willing-to-pay) of a household of the Gumi was estimated at 2,865 Korean Won on average. The result of an economic feasibility test including the estimated WTP indicates that B/C ratio of the project turned out to be 0.97, slightly less than 1. This study is the first application of WTP estimated by CVM to the economic feasibility analysis of public project in Korea. It is expected to contribute to the decision makings in the public policy domain as well as academic development.

The goal of this study is to analyze the feasibility of establishment of the collaborative repository for public libraries in Korea. To that end, its feasibilities were analyzed from the sides of the relevant laws, national policy, library's recognition, and actual collection space. As a result, the feasibility of establishment of the collaborative repository was revealed by enough. Accordingly, based on the this basic research, there is a need to develop immediately the construction and operation model of the collaborative repository. And the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and metropolitan city and province must grant priority of cultural policy in the establishment of the collaborative repository.

This research was conducted to investigate the feasibility of aviation safety technology development. The important subjects of aviation safety technology development, aviation accident prevention and damage reduction technique, aircraft safety certification development, BASA promotion in an aircraft class, were included to investigate the the feasibility of aviation safety technology development. The survey technique using Benefit-Cost Anlysis was performed and the results showed that aviation safety technology development brought scientific technique effect, industrial and economic effect, and the rest effects. Also, the benefits from aviation safety technology development were much greater than the costs.

Recently, the Busan Economy has been depressed because of the constant economic slowdown. This also causes severe damage to the construction industry. This study focuses on The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator in the university paying attention to the construction company who struggles to make a new item of business in this aggravated state of the building business. There are no universities who operate The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator until now and there are no related data or researches at all. With this in mind, this study is to perform a feasibility study on inducement of The Apartment Building Type-Factory Business Incubator in the University in Busan area. In consequence, feasibility of Policy was sufficient and this study could draw a result of stable returns. Through this business, this study expects that schools, construction companies and enterprises who want to start a business can get the synergy among each other.

The purpose of study was to evaluate the economic evaluation of Chuncheon curling stadium. In oder to estimate economic evaluation, benefit/cost ratio, net present value and internal rate of return were used. Additionally, in order to investigate the socio-economic spread effect, literature review and input-output analysis were used. The results of study were as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the demand for curling stadiums in Chuncheon, it was believed that the construction of the stadium will attract athletes from the Chuncheon region as well as athletes from Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi Province and North Chungcheong Province. Second, economic validity analysis showed that the initial investment did not make sense, but the players' training and competitions and the advantages of the potential experience of curling events for citizens in nearby areas, including Chuncheon, make the construction and operation reasonable. Third, as a result of the review of the social and policy validity of the curling stadium, the project to build a curling stadium in Chuncheon was secured with a policy validity as a public sports facility necessary for both professional and living athletes. Finally, the analysis of socio-economic spread effect of curling stadiums had shown that it would have a positive effect on the level of satisfaction of the general public as well as the discovery of elite athletes.

본 연구의 목적은 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석을 하는 것이다. 구체적인 경제성 분석방법은 순현가와 투자수익률(내부수익률)을 이용한 기본적인 경제성분석과 손익분기점분석, 그리고 주요변수들의 변화에 따른 순현가의 변화를 파악하기위한 민감도분석이고, 정책적 분석은 감귤기능성 물질산업화가 감귤산업 전체에 미치는 파급효과를 계량적, 정성적으로 분석하였다. 감귤 기능성물질의 산업화 타당성 분석결과에 따르면, 미숙과 감귤 2만톤과, 감귤박 2만톤을 처리한다고 가정했을 경우 감귤산업에 미치는 경제적 효과는 연간 5백억원으로 나타났다. 이러한 막대한 경제적 효과는 본 사업에 투자되는 전체비용 약 1백억원, 10년 사업기간을 가정하면 연간 10억원의 설비투자비로 그의 50배의 경제적 파급효과를 나타날 수 있기 때문에 감귤기능성물질의 산업화효과는 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.

최근 들어 기술을 담보로 하는 신용금융의 역할이 증대되면서 자금지원 대상기업의 기술평가 시스템 구축이 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 국내에서는 기업 보유의 기술경영성과를 측정하여 한정된 자원의 효율적 배분을 위한 민간 투, 융자를 위한 기술신용평가모형'이 제시되었다 본 연구에서는 기술신용평가모델의 평가항목 타당성을 실증 분석한다. 모형의 항목 분류가 적절하게 되었는지를 검증하기 위하여 구조적 타당성을 평가하며 통계적 유의성을 검증하여 신뢰성을 평가한다. 구조적 타당성 검정을 위해 확인 요인분석을 수행하며 평가모형의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위해서는 다변량 통계방법 중의 하나인 판별분석을 수행한다. 본 연구는 기술개발 성공 및 부실발생의 예측력을 갖는 기술신용평가 시스템 구축을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

연구에서는 기존의 업종구분 없이 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 상관관계 분석과 관련된 연구들을 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 그래서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위하여 설문조사는 경기도 문화콘텐츠분야 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 설문 데이터의 실증분석 방법으로는 SmartPLS 2.0를 이용해 빈도분석(頻度分析), 신뢰도분석(信賴度分析), 그리고 구조모형을 통하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.
