The commercial arbitration is considered an effective and rapid means in solving problems and finding solutions for disputes between the business partners. For the development of commercial arbitration, there is a need to study arbitration in practice as well as in theory. This paper analyse the situation of commercial arbitration system in Pakistan both with respect to domestic laws and international laws applicable in Pakistan. The Arbitration Bill 2009 aims to consolidate law relating domestic arbitration, international commercial arbitration, recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards as well as settlement of international investment disputes. Pakistan while defending investment claims and in order to restore investor's confidence, in 2011, Pakistan introduced a law to secure foreign investments. This study explains the relationship of old and new Pakistani arbitration laws and elaborates the changes brought about by the new enactments and gives a comprehensive analysis of Pakistani arbitration laws, rules and procedures dealing with arbitration agreements and awards. In the absence of relevant trade information in Pakistan, this paper is designed to meet the needs of a Korean international trade scholars to obtain an understanding of Pakistani commercial arbitration system quickly.

인간 활동의 영향으로 인한 기후변화는 지구의 물 순환을 변화시키며 결과적으로 수문학적 재해의 발생빈도와 강도를 변화시킬 것으로 전망한다. 파키스탄은 기후변화에 대한 기여도가 적음에도 불구하고 기후변화로 인한 피해가 큰 나라 중 하나이다. 파키스탄은 2022년 여름 국가의 30% 이상의 지역이 침수되며 3300만명이 피해를 받은 기록적인 홍수를 겪은 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천 물리 모델인 Catchment based Macro-scale Floodplain (CaMa-Flood)를 사용하여 2022년 파키스탄에서 발생한 홍수에 대하여 인간 활동에 의한 기후변화 영향을 평가했다. 결합모델간 상호비교 프로젝트 (Coupled Model Intercomparision Project Phase 6, CMIP6)에 참여한 모형들 중, 일 유출량을 제공하는 4개의 전구기후모델 (CanESM5, CNRM-CM6-1, HadGEM3-GC31-LL, IPSL-CM6A-LR)을 선정하였다. 본 연구는 선정된 모델을 기반으로 지난 1950-2014년의 총 65년간, 인간의 영향을 제외한 hist-nat과 인간의 영향이 포함된 historical 시뮬레이션 결과를 비교하여 홍수에 대한 인간 활동의 기여도를 평가하였다. 각 hist-nat과 historical 시뮬레이션에서 산출된 일 유출량을 CaMa-Flood의 입력 자료로 사용하여, 파키스탄 지역의 자연 변동성 및 인위적 강제력이 영향을 미치는 하천 유량, 저수량, 범람 면적 및 수위 등을 계산하였다. 연구 결과, 인간 활동이 2022년 파키스탄 홍수의 하천 범람 면적 및 총 하천 유량 증가에 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 자연 변동성만을 고려한 hist-nat 시뮬레이션과의 비교를 통해 차이를 확인하였다. 이는 향후 파키스탄 지역에서 발생하는 홍수 사례 전망 및 유엔 기후변화협약당사국총회(COP27)에서 의제로 채택된 기후변화로 인한 손실과 피해의 보상에 대한 구체적인 근거에 도움이 될 것으로 보인다.

지난 10월 강진으로 파키스탄 북부지역은 8만 여명이 사망하고 35만 명의 이재민이 발생하는 엄청난 피해를 입었다. 사회기반 시설이 무너져 어린아이들조차 얇은 여름용 텐트 하나에 의지해 추운 겨울의 혹한을 견디며 우리의 도움을 필요로 하고 있다. 이게 한국사회복지사협회는 ‘파키스탄 희망의 워크캠프’를 통해 한국 최초로 사회복지사가 직집 해외로 나가 구호활동을 펼치게 하였다.

The infestation status of anisakid type larvae was investigated in migrating chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta), with different condition (captured area, sex, body portion) during 2006~2008. The mean infection number of anisakid larvae per individual female and male fish captured from Namdae river was $98{\pm}27$, $103{\pm}27$, respectively. The mean infection number of anisakid larvae per individual female and male fish captured from the coastal area of Yangyang was $63{\pm}18$ and $108{\pm}17$, respectively. The anisakid larvae were mainly found in abdominal muscles (85%) but only a little in the visceral portion. Two types of anisakid larvae (A. simplex, Contracaecum type) were identified but other anisakid larvae were not detected. To investigate the effect of storing temperature on the viability of anisakid larvae, the section of abdominal muscle were stored at different temperature (room temperature, $4^{\circ}C$, $-20^{\circ}C$, $-80^{\circ}C$). As a result, it was necessary to store at $-20^{\circ}C$ for more than 6 hrs to kill the larvae. The present results revealed that chum salmon caught in Korea are heavily infected with anisakid larvae, mainly in the abdominal muscle, and A. simplex was dominantly found in this study.

The state behavior has a strong consequence with the national strategic culture. However, different scholars hold different views on the classification of the national strategic culture. As one of the most significant land neighbors in West China, Pakistan is China's all-weather strategic cooperative partner. Understanding Pakistan's strategic culture will not only help understand Pakistan's national policies and state behavior, but also help deepen China-Pakistan cooperation. Cutting in from the perspectives of geography, social economy, culture, history and military, the author believes that the formation mechanism of Pakistan's strategic culture is mainly affected by the following four factors: geopolitical environment, production mode and lifestyle, cultural tradition, historical experience and diplomatic relations. The analysis has found that Pakistan's strategic culture has been shaped by Islam and can be classified as an outward-oriented strategic culture, the state behavior also shows a strong Islamic identity.

Livestock production is the second largest economic activity of Pakistan's rural population, more specifically; sixty-seven percent of Pakistan's total population that live in rural areas sources their income from livestock activities. As this subsector of agriculture within rural Pakistan is so critical to Pakistan's economy it is especially important to further develop the sector through the introduction of cost effective, efficient, and practical technologies. In an effort to improve such an important sector within the agriculture sector in Pakistan research has been carried out to better understand the capabilities and feasibility of leveraging Internet of Things based technologies, such as, microprocessors and microcontrollers within Pakistan's livestock production and management. The internet of Things can potentially allow for the scaling of small-scale rural livestock production to larger operations through cost effective and efficient livestock management through the application of IoT technologies. This paper discusses the architecture models of IoT based smart animal farms and delves into the pitfalls and advantages of applying IoT technologies in this sector. In this work we will explore the cheap sensors to monitor the internal activities of cattle farm with the aim of using these sensors as part of system to detect the important operations that need on the time response. This system should provide the feed and water as required, and control the temperature in sheds to protect the cattle being ill and on heat, and humidity level .internet connection used to connect these devices with smartphones or computers. In this paper we proposed the architecture model of IoT based smart animal farm.

최근 핸드폰 같은 휴대용 단말기의 용도는 통화 이외에도 예금, 증권, 결제, 신원확인 등과 같은 다양한 어플리케이션으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 키스트로크 기반의 사용자 인증을 이용한 모바일 보안강화 방안에 대하여 논의한다. 키스트로크 다이나믹스 패턴분석은 사용자가 특정 문자열을 타이핑할 때의 입력 패턴을 고려한 분석 방법이다. 본 연구는 휴대단말기의 짧은 암호사용의 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 인공리듬과 템포 큐를 활용하였으며, 높은 분류 성능을 보여주었다.
