하중 가변형 전동 프레스를 이용한 차량용 클러치 디스크 쿠션 변위량 측정 장치 개발 (Development of Vehicle Clutch Discs Cushion Variation Measurement Device Using a Variable Load Electric Press)

  • Vehicle clutch measurement for disc cushion variation was developed for the production of high quality Dual clutch transmissions. The developed device is composed of load cells for load measurement and LVDT for measuring the distance variation measurement in cushion variation. The servo motor-driven electric press for flexible loads that was developed was controlled by a PC-based HMI system, LabVIEW, and the device was able to continuously record real time measurement data with the accuracies of ${\pm}0.1\;kgf$ load and ${\pm}5{\mu}m$ cushion amount, which is far above the requirements of commercial vehicle standards.

자석 척력의 자전거 쿠션장치 적용 및 비선형성 고찰 (An Observation of the Application of a Magnetic Force to the Bicycle Cushion System and its Nonlinearity)

  • This paper describes the dynamical behavior of the bicycle and its nonlinear effect when magnetic repulsive forces are applied to the bicycle cushion system. A finite-element method was used to obtain its reliabilities by comparing the experimental and numerical values and select the proper magnet sizes. The Equivalent spring stiffness values were evaluated in terms of both linear and nonlinear approximations, where the nonlinear effect was specifically investigated for the ride comfort. The corresponding equations of linear and nonlinear motion were derived for the numerical model with three degrees of freedom. Dynamic behaviors were observed when the bicycle ran over a curvilinear road in the form of a sinusoidal curve. The analysis in this paper for the observed nonlinearity of magnetic repulsive forces will be a useful guide to more accurately predict the cushion design for any vehicle system.

공압 쿠션 실린더의 충격압 흡수를 위한 스프링형 니들밸브의 동특성에 관한 연구 (Simulation Study on Dynamic Analysis of Spring Type Needle Valve to Absorb Surge Pressure in Pneumatic Cushion Cylinder)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the effective dynamic characteristics of an improved pneumatic cushion cylinder with a spring type needle valve. The dynamic model represented the peak pressure control method when the pneumatic cushion cylinder is moving forward or backward in the horizontal direction. It was found from the simulation results that the peak pressure in the cushion chamber is affected by the spring, which helps to understand the performance of the pneumatic cushion cylinder and to improve or design a better cushion needle valve component. From the simulation results, the stability of pneumatic cushion cylinder with a spring type needle valve was superior and its cushion capability was also better than that without the spring.

  • This paper aims to DNC application of car seat cushion die. DNC systems are consist of CAD(CATIA1, CAM(Z-MASTER, OMEGA) software and CNC milling machine. CAM software is purpose to G-code generation for CNC programming. Then CAM software and CNC milling machine are connect to RS-232-C cable for networking.

고속 공기압 쿠션 실린더의 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of a High-Speed Pneumatic Cushion Cylinder)

  • Of all of pneumatic components utilized in the make up of pneumatic circuits on either automatic assembly machine or industrial equipment, the pneumatic cylinder is more oriented toward being a structural as well as a pneumatic member. The structural design must be based to a large degree on the end of application of the cylinder on the equipment it is operating. In this paper, design studies of a double-acting pneumatic cushion type cylinder with low-friction and high-speed driving have been developed. Of interest here is to investigate the stress and strain analysis of cylinder tube, piston rod, end cover, and to analyze the buckling of piston rod. A finite element analysis is carried out to compute the distribution of the displacement, stress and safety factors by using ANSYS. As a result, the structural safety factors of each parts in pneumatic cushion cylinder are evaluated and confirmed at the design specifications.

  • Hydraulic actuator is a primary component of the hydraulic valve systems. This paper describes a motion characteristic of hydraulic actuator with various configurations of cushion. It plays an important role in protecting the actuator from the shock when the piston reaches the end position. Numerical analyses were conducted by using commercial code, ANSYS with k-${\varepsilon}$ turbulent model. The results for pressure and velocity distributions in the hydraulic actuator with different cushion shapes were graphically depicted.

  • 본 논문에서는 영상 처리 라이브러리 OpenCv를 이용하여 3구 당구 스포츠의 당구공 및 쿠션 인식과 공끼리의 충돌 여부, 각도, 쿠션과의 충돌을 실시간 영상 분석하고 이를 활용하여 시스템이 사용자의 차례에서 득점을 판별하고 자동으로 채점하여 모니터 할 수 있는 자동 채점 시스템을 개발한다. 기존의 공에 센서를 삽입하는 것과 달리 본 연구에서는 기존 당구 시스템에 카메라와 보드만을 추가하여 득점 여부를 분석함으로써 보다 실용적이고 호환성을 가능케 하였다. 실제 프로토타입 개발과 테스트를 통해 개발된 시스템과 사용자 제공 디스플레이를 통해 기능 및 성능을 검증하였다.

월동 피복재 종류에 따른 참다래 주간부 표면 온도변화 (The Influence of Insulation Wraps on the Temperature Change of Kiwifruit Trunk Surface During Winter)

  • 난온대성 낙엽과수인 참다래는 겨울철 동해에 민감하여 주산지역에서도 월동기에 주간을 피복하고 있다. 본 연구는 참다래 재배에서 월동기 주간부 동해 예방을 위해 사용되고 있는 피복재의 온도특성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 실험은 경남 사천의 5-6년생 '헤이워드' 과수원에서 이루어 졌다. 사용된 피복재는 볏짚과 은박쿠션 2종류였으며, 낙엽후인 12월 하순에 설치하여 이듬해 4월 중순에 제거하였다. 피복재 내부의 온도 측정은 WatchDog 2450 (Spectrum Technologies, Inc.)을 이용하여 2013-2014년1-3월에 측정 비교하였다. 1월과 2월 최저기온이 각각 $-10.2^{\circ}C$, $-10.9^{\circ}C$로 추웠던 2013년에 은박쿠션 내부의 최저기온은 1, 2월에 각각 $-6.3^{\circ}C$, $-2.6^{\circ}C$로 보온효과가 뛰어났다. 반면, 볏짚 내부의 1, 2월 최저기온은 각각 $-9.8^{\circ}C$, $-9.9^{\circ}C$로 대기 온도와 큰 차이가 없어 보온효과가 미미했다. 측정 시각에 따른 평균기온의 변화에서도 은박쿠션이 볏짚에 비해 낮 동안의 열을 피복재 내부에 잘 간직하여 야간 온도를 상대적으로 높게 유지했다. 따라서 참다래 나무의 월동 피복 자재로써 은박쿠션이 볏짚에 비해 보다 효과적일 것으로 판단되었다.
