A Development of M-Learning Contents for Improving the Learning Ability of Military Education (군 교육의 학습 능력 향상을 위한 M-러닝 콘텐츠 개발)

  • In this paper, we proposed a development of M-learning smart-trainer content for improving the learning ability of military education. Learners of time and space constraints beyond quickly and accurately can learn with the goal, each subject by partial learning, and repetition, the whole learning quickly and easily by selecting efficiently to help you learn a m-Bizmaker with applications was designed. Experiment targets the military company of two, first aid courses were conducted for the evaluation. Traditional collective comparison group teaching methods, the proposed content, teaching methods applied in the experimental group were selected. The proposed learning applications using smart instructor for verification of learning, with which to compare, test subjects were compared with each of 49 subjects, the results p<.005 level, there was difference among the two groups. Therefore, the proposed application using a smart trainer after class proved that contribute to improving achievement.

Analysis of Learning Effects MRI Education Content based on Virtual Reality (가상현실 기반 MRI 교육 콘텐츠 학습효과 분석)

  • In order to overcome practical limitations in installing, managing and operating MRI machines with expensive equipment, this study developed and utilized virtual reality (VR) experience education by combining virtual reality (VR) with magnetic resonance imaging devices. The Students who experienced virtual reality-based educational systems were surveyed to identify possible side effects during the experience and self-directed learning ability and academic self-efficacy surveys were conducted to analyze the impact of virtual reality-based practice on learning. In the analysis of the self-directed learning ability survey there was no difference in the average between the student group who experienced education and the student group who did not but there was a significant difference in the average for each group. Virtual Reality-based practical education is expected to provide an efficient practice system by providing new learning methods and opportunities for education that can be repeated anytime, anywhere regardless of time and space.

  • Unlike in the past, a new paradigm has been presented which the use of records is much more important than the preservation of those in the present. It will be necessary for users to signalizes the value of records and to make themselves easily accessible to records in order that records should be more effectively used. To meet the needs of the times, it is the very 'Contents' that starts to attract public attention. National Archives in England produces and provides contents utilizing multi-media by using digital technology on various sorts of archives which England has. In addition to England, Asian Historical Records center in Japan in Japan makes Archival Contents Service reflecting users' needs and continues to update the latest contents. What is more, National Archives of Korea has recently promoted the introduction of digital archive by the change of archival paradigm in records management, and it is giving an impetus to the development of contents in the digital archive. In fact, it is crucial to keep as many contents as possible and to give service to public, but it will not be possible to get positive response from public and to offer much higher level of archival information service until the quality of contents is highly improved. Accordingly, this manuscript analyzed the feature and type of contents which National Archives of Korea provides with cases of both TNA in England and Asian Historical Records center in Japan, each of which has different characteristics. Also, it dealt with several methods of the usage of contents in those organizations. Furthermore, this study explained what kind of contents and feedback are given to users. Moreover, it divided the components of contents of three institutions as mentioned into three by information provided and evaluated the quality of contents by establishing the details of contents. In addition, there were implications for archives with regard to reference for building contents.

Impact of Conflict within Social Welfare Organization on Job Performance : Moderating Effect of Participatory Decision-making (사회복지조직 내 갈등이 직무성과에 미치는 영향 : 참여적 의사결정의 조절효과)

  • This study sought to find out the impact of conflicts in social welfare organizations on job performance and to find out the effects of controlling participatory decision-making in their relationships. To that end, a survey was conducted on workers at social welfare centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province, and 360 copies were finally used for analysis and Correlation and hierarchical regression and statistical significance analysis of the adjustment effects were performed. As a result, conflicts within the organization, job performance, and participatory decision-making showed a negative correlation, and as participatory decision-making in the relationship between conflict within the organization and job performance showed a controlled effect, the impact of conflicts within the organization on job performance was reduced. These results suggest that participatory decision-making can alleviate conflicts within an organization and at the same time increase job performance. Based on this, the following suggestions were proposed: They include conflict management strategies in the guidelines for social welfare subjects, establish guidelines for conflict management, provide training for workers, engage workers in employee evaluation and compensation system development, and operate permanent organizations such as the Conflict Handling Committee after investigating conflicts within social welfare organizations.

Effects of the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Group Program (ACT) on the Psychological Flexibility, Self-Compassion, and Recovery in Alcoholics (수용-전념치료(ACT)가 알코올중독자의 심리적 유연성과 자기-자비 및 회복에 미치는 효과 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of the acceptance commitment therapy program (ACT) on the psychological flexibility, self-compassion, recovery in alcohol dependents. The ACT program contains skills that establish acceptance and willingness, defusion, self-as-context, contact with the present moment, clarifying values, and committed action. This study was intended to enhance the effects on the psychological flexibility, self-compassion, recovery in alcohol dependents with ACT program. Fifteen inpatients with alcohol dependence were participated in the ACT group and the same number of participants were in the both CBT control group and TAU control group. The ACT program was held once a week, eight times, and each session was 90-minute long. Repeated measure of MANOVA and post-hoc were used to compare pre-test mean with post-test and with follow-up test mean. As a result of ACT program, positive changes were assured in the psychological flexibility including acceptance, cognitive defusion, being present, committed action and the increase of self-compassion and of recovery in alcoholics.

Effect of Learning Korean Vocabulary with the Use of Mobile Applications -focused on Korean beginner learners- (애플리케이션을 활용한 한국어 어휘 학습의 효과 -초급 한국어 학습자들을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the effects of Korean beginner learners' perception of vocabulary learning and comparison of vocabulary learning methods between the use of vocabulary application Classcard and rote learning with writing. This experiment was conducted by 24 beginner Korean learners who were at the 1st and 2nd level in Institute of Korean Language of D University. These students were dividing into 2 groups for the test - 12 in the control group and 12 in the experimental group. They took the vocabulary tests which were designed for examining the differences between before and after learning. Study results showed that vocabulary learning using the application Classcard significantly improved learners' vocabulary scores which were statistically significant. These results demonstrated that the method using Classcard has a greater learning effect than the method of rote learning with writing. Furthermore, the survey showed that learners did not feel uncomfortable in learning vocabulary using the application Classcard, and they thought it was one of the ways to learn vocabulary easily, which means that vocabulary learning using this application has a positive effect on learners' learning achievement. This study is significant in that it suggested a vocabulary learning method that can increase learners' interest and vocabulary by proving the effect of vocabulary learning using applications.

  • 디지털 기술에 기반하여 출현한 DMB 방송서비스는 이동 TV 수신이라는 강력한 경쟁력을 보유하였으며, 아울러 CD 수준의 음질과 문자방송 수신이 가능한 방송 서비스이다. 국내에서는 DMB 서비스 제공을 위하여 방송법 개정이 논의되고 있으며, 2004년에 수도권을 대상으로 TV의 12번 채널(6MHz 대역)에 3개의 지상파 사업자 허가를 준비중에 있다. 또한 위성 DMB 부문에서는 사업자 차원에서 서비스가 준비되고 있다. 지상파 DMB 방송은 무료로 제공되며, 주로 광고 수익 등으로 운영되는 반면 제공되는 채널 수가 한정되어 있다. 그러나 위성 DMB 방송은 지상파에 비해 채널이 다양한 반면 월 일정액의 이용요금을 추가로 징수할 예정이다. DMB 서비스는 방송. 통신 융합시대를 이끌어 갈 주역으로, 방송 .통신 업계의 새로운 성장동력으로 평가받고 있다. 그러므로 DMB 서비스의 성공은 전후방 산업의 활성화를 통해 국민경제 파급효과가 클 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 DMB 서비스에 대하여 시장에서 요구하는 잠재적인 수요요인을 파악하기 위하여 잠재 소비자 1,000명에 대하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이를 통하여 경쟁 서비스에 대하여 DMB 서비스 포지셔닝(positioning)을 시도하였으며, DMB에 대한 홍보활동의 필요성, 콘텐츠에 대한 수용도, 사업자의 초기 시장진입 전략 등을 제안하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 보다 효율적인 실습을 위한 스토리텔링형 증강현실 기반의 협업 교육 시스템을 설계한다. 수행평가로 대표되는 기존의 실습은 실제 환경이라는 한계가 있기에 비용과 통제 불가능한 여러 요소 및 비용으로 인한 여러 가지 문제가 발생 할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 증강현실을 도입함으로써 비용 절감 및 통제 변인 이외의 여러 가지 요인을 배재함으로써 보다 효율적인 실습이 가능하도록 설계하였다. 또한, 기존의 다른 방식들과 달리 문제를 푸는 과정에 대한 고려를 함께 하여 스토리 기반의 학습효과 증진이 가능하도록 설계하였다.

  • The core technology of augmented reality is object recognition technology. Recently, due to the development of various artificial intelligence algorithms such as CNN, it has become possible to effectively distinguish specific objects from images. It is possible to realize more realistic and immersive augmented reality contents only when technology for recognizing objects quickly and accurately is secured. In this study, an object recognition model using SSD (single shot multibox detector) and an object recognition model using YOLO were compared and evaluated.

  • e-러닝의 활용도와 역할이 커져 가면서, 온톨로지(Ontology)나 컨셉맵(Concept Map)을 이용하여 e-러닝의 학습효과를 높이는 방안들이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 e-러닝에 온톨로지나 컨셉맵 개념을 적용한 연구 사례는 미미한 수준이며, 이들간의 연계에 대한 고려 없이 별개의 대상으로 다루어져 왔다. 본 연구는 온톨로지와 컨셉맵의 상호 연관 관계와 각각의 장점들을 분석하여 학습에 있어서 시너지(Synergy)를 가져올 수 있는 새로운 e-러닝 시스템 구축 방안을 제안한다. 제안 시스템에서 온톨로지와 컨셉맵 간의 연계는 컨셉맵 에이전트에 의해 이루어진다. 컨셉맵 에이전트는 학습자의 수준이나 관심영역(주제와 범위)에 맞게 온톨로지로부터 추출한 학습 콘텐츠를 재구성해 준다. 학습자는 제안 시스템의 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 자신이 이해하고 있는 지식을 컨셉맵 형태로 표현할 수 있고, 컨셉맵 에이전트에게 요청하여 제공 받은 모범답안 컨셉맵과 자신이 표현한 컨셉맵을 비교하여 학습자가 스스로 자기 평가를 할 수 있다. 본 e-러닝 시스템이 제공하는 이러한 새로운 형태의 학습 환경은 학습자가 학습 지식에 대해 보다 체계적으로 접근하여 효과적으로 학습할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 학습에 있어서 컨셉맵을 이용하므로 학습 형태의 특성상 보다 원천적으로 암기 위주의 학습에서 탈피하여 구성주의적인 학습을 가능하게 한다.
