테마파크가 다양해지면서 지역특성과 자원을 활용한 지역특화형과 같은 소규모 테마파크가 주목받고 있다. 이에 따라 소규모 테마파크는 그만의 차별성을 확보하고, 생존전략이 필요해졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 테마파크에서의 진입공간에서의 콘텐츠 제공을 위해 이동형 미디어 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데 있다. 안동지역의 '원이엄마 테마파크'를 대상으로 소규모 테마파크 진입 공간에서부터 방문객들이 테마의 확장을 경험하고, 몰입하며 흥미를 느낄 수 있는 하나의 방법으로써 이동형 인터랙티브 미디어 콘텐츠 개발에 대해 논의하였다.

대한인쇄문화협회(회장 김남수)는 8억원의 국고를 지원받아 품질표준화 친환경 인쇄를 위한 PUR접착제, 인쇄세척액, 한자서체, 인쇄품질 공정진단 프로그램 개발 등 4개 부문에서 문화체육관광부 2013년도 콘텐츠산업기술지원사업을 주관하고 있다. 2013년도 콘텐츠산업기술지원사업은 한국콘텐츠진흥원(원장 홍상표)이 주관하는 프로젝트 사업으로 글로벌 진출이 가능한 차세대 전략 R&D 과제 개발로 콘텐츠산업의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화를 목적으로 추진된다. 2013년도 콘텐츠산업기술지원사업 콘트롤타워 역할을 하는 유창준 전무이사가 소셜네트워크 뉴스 서비스 업체인 (주)소셜뉴스가 운영하는 인터넷뉴스 위키트리와 진행한 인터뷰 내용을 전재한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the elaboration strategy associated with multimedia learning for children. Main subjects of this study, which were 157 eight-, 150 ten- and 152 twelve-year-old children(total: 459). As a result, the elaboration strategy could find the facts to be effective to twelve-year-old children. And the elaboration strategy at cognitive style was not significant. We would suggest that the age is a significant variable to apply the elaboration strategy in multimedia learning.

한국과학기술정보연구원(이하 KISTI)은 지난 6년 간 전사적으로 품질제고전략, 서비스만족전략, 이미지제고전략 등 3대 고객만족추진전략을 수립하여 체계적인 고객만족경영시스템을 구축하고 이를 강화하기 위한 노력을 기울여 왔다. KISTI는 고객을 대상으로 서비스하는 부분을 크게 5개 업무유형 11 세부 서비스로 구분하여 있다. 각 업무유형별로 산업계, 학계, 연구계, 관계 등 핵심 고객군을 세부적으로 설정하고, 각각의 업무 프로세스 및 서비스 청사진을 표준화하여 이행표준체계를 수립하였다. 국가 과학기술 연구망 업무를 수행하는 담당자별로 실명제를 통한 책임경영을 하고 핵심 고객의 니즈를 반영하기 위한 심층 FGI(Focus Group Interview) 및 DI(Depth Interview)를 진행하였다. 또한 정기적인 고객 Needs 및 VOC 문제점을 파악하기 위한 워크숍을 개최하여 활발한 개선활동을 진행하였다. 향후 연구로는 체계적인 정보서비스의 향상을 위해서는 일부 직원이 아닌 내부 직원 구성원이 모두 고객 지향적 마인드 형성을 해야 한다. 단순한 친절과 고객 편의 제공이 아닌, 전문성을 중심으로 서비스의 질적 수준을 향상 시켜야 한다는 "프로의식"이 내부 구성원들 사이에 확산되어야 진정한 고객중심의 경영이 이루어 질수 있다고 본다.

본 연구는 일반학생과, 수 과학 영재학생의 영어읽기에서의 메타인지 읽기전략의 차이를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 일반학생 98명, 과학영재 79명, 수학영재 86명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 이들의 메타인지 읽기전략을 알아보기 위해 MARSI설문지를 사용하였고, 그 자료는 one-way ANOVA로 분석하였다. 그 결과 수학과 과학영재 사이의 영어읽기 과정 중 메타인지 읽기전략의 사용에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 보이지 않았지만, 수 과학 영재학생들과 일반 학생들 사이의 메타인지 읽기전략사용에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다.

브라질은 최근 심해유전(Pre-Salt)개발 등 해양자원개발 등을 통해 신흥자원부국으로 각광받고 있다. 올 해 6월 국영석유기업인 페트로브라스가 '2012-2016 Business Plan'를 통해 향후 5년 간 E&P, 정제 및 운송 분야에 2,073억 달러를 투자한다고 밝히면서 향후 해양플랜트 및 OSV 수요가 커질 것으로 예상된다. 브라질이 우리나라 조선, 해운, 전문 인력 분야에서 협력대상으로 한국을 염두에 두고 있어 특히 OSV 건조 및 운영과 관련해 우리나라 기업의 진출 전략 수립이 필요하다. 이 글은 브라질 OSV 시장 현황 및 정부 정책, 그리고 우리나라 진출 전략을 크게 현지네트워크 강화를 통한 페트로브라스 공략, 로컬 콘텐츠 대응 전략 수립, OSV 운영에 특화된 전문인력 양성, 선사 조선소 기자재 업체 협력체계 구축, 정부 지원 확대 등으로 제시한다.

최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 IoT(Internet of Things, 사물인터넷)기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 센서를 활용한 플랫폼 및 서비스 시장 규모가 급격하게 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 건강걷기 게임콘텐츠에 비콘을 이용하여 서비스 이용자와 제공자 모두에게 만족과 가치를 부여할 수 있는 맞춤형 마케팅 설계 전략을 제안하고 4차 산업 시대에 맞는 신기술을 이용하여 정확한 통계정보를 얻어 내는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 다양한 영역 및 방법으로 확장 가능성이 큰 마케팅 설계가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

인터넷과 스트리밍 기술의 발달로 온라인 방송서비스가 출연하면서 디지털 온라인 콘텐츠 서비스 사업은 기존 오프라인 방송인 지상파 케이블 위성 IPTV 방송에 콘텐츠 제작과 수익면에서 상당한 영향을 미치고 있다. 지금까지 보편적 대중에 전달하던 일반적인 콘텐츠 제작 및 보급이 전통적 방송의 역할이었던 반면, 디지털 온라인 방송은 특정한 분야별 그룹과 연령별 그룹에 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 제작하고 이를 방송하면서 개성있는 ?춤형 방송을 진행하며 레가시 미디어(legacy media)를 위협하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이제 기존의 방송국들은 더 이상 전통적 방송 제작의 특성을 고수하기 어렵게 되었고 새로운 미디어 세계에서 살아남기 위해 디지털 온라인과 오프라인의 경계를 허물고 융합해야 하는 것이다. 왜냐하면 기존 방송국들은 TV플랫폼만 의존하던 시청자들이 온라인 채널로 이동으로 시청률 하락과 광고 및 부가서비스 수입의 위축으로 경영의 어려움이 현실화 되고 있기 ?문이다. 본 논문은 디지털 온라인 방송환경이 기존의 오프라인 방송국에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 기존 방송국의 위기를 타개하기 위한 대응전략을 연구하였다.

As vocabulary acquisition has become one of the emerging key issues in the foreign language education field, interest in vocabulary learning strategies (VLS) has also increased. However, little has been done to investigate the vocabulary learning strategies of young learners. Therefore, this study attempts to investigate VLS use in elementary school English language textbooks. A total of three fifth grade English textbooks and teachers' guidebooks were chosen and analyzed with the vocabulary learning strategies taxonomy suggested by Scbmitt (1997). The researcher identified there were only a limited number of vocabulary learning strategies in the textbooks and most of them were consolidation strategies. It was concluded that a variety of VLS should be introduced in multiple ways in consideration of learner preference, styles, culture and level of English proficiency. Some implications for the teaching and learning of vocabulary for EFL instruction amongst young learners are discussed.

This study examines university students' reading strategies based on English proficiency and reading anxiety. A total of 86 university students participated in the study and completed two questionnaires related to reading strategies[9] and reading anxiety[10]. The collected data was quantitatively analyzed using SPSS 21. The results indicated that advanced and intermediate students preferred to use Problem Solving Strategies(PROB), whereas beginning level readers tended to use and Global Reading strategies(GLOB). There was no significant relationship between reading anxiety and reading strategies. However, there were some differences between two groups. High anxiety students preferred to use reading materials and textual clues and try to focus on their reading when they have a difficulty. Low anxiety students tended to adjust reading pace and try to focus on comprehension and reread when they lost their focus. Based on the results of the study, several implications and limitations were discussed.
