  • 질병의 발병기작과 같이 생명현상을 이해하기 위해서는 질병관점에서 생명현상을 분석하는 연구가 필요하며, 이를 지원하기 위한 질병과 관련된 임상 및 바이오 정보의 통합된 데이터베이스가 필요하다. 통합된 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서는 다양한 출처로부터 수집되는 다양한 임상 및 바이오 정보를 하나로 통합하여 저장 및 관리하는 기법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임상 및 바이오 정보 통합 데이터베이스를 위한 범용적 임포팅 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 사용자는 다양한 출처로부터 수집되는 임상 및 바이오 정보를 데이터 형태에 상관없이 하나의 통합 데이터베이스에 입력할 수 있다.

Location-based System for Tracking Similar Trajectories Using Hybrid Method (하이브리드 기법을 이용한 LBS기반의 유사궤적 추적시스템)

  • In this paper, the hybrid methods are suggested, which use the direction angle information to present running trajectory and track the past locations through a small amount of vehicle's location information. In order to prove the effectiveness of the new technique suggested here, vehicle's location information are collected by running the vehicles moving objects under various conditions. Using the location informations and direction angle information collected with time intervals, the vehicl e's location information is abstracted, compared and analyzed. and I have proved that the suggested techniques are more effective by comparing them with others in various methods such as GPS TrackMaker, difference image techniques, consistency comparison, quantity comparison, vehicle's running distances and so on.

The Relationship among Influencer Interpersonal Trust, Brand Image and Purchase Intention for SNS(Social Network Service) Users (SNS 이용자들의 인플루언서 대인신뢰, 브랜드이미지 및 구매의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among SNS users' interpersonal trust, brand image and purchase intention. A total of 335 questionnaires were collected during 6 days by Embrain online research company. Collected data were analyzed by SPSSWIN and AMOS program and frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity test, correlation analysis and structural equation model analysis were performed. The results of verifying the relationship among variables are as follows. First, SNS users' interpersonal trust in influencers had positively influenced by brand image. Second, brand image sold by influencers had positively influenced by purchase intention. Third, SNS users' interpersonal trust in influencers had a significant effect on purchase intention.

  • In this paper, we propose a web crawler service method for collecting information efficiently about college students and job-seeker's external activities, competition, and scholarship. The proposed web crawler service uses Jsoup tree analysis and Json format data transmission method to avoid problems of duplicated crawling while crawling at high speed. After collecting relevant information for 24 hours, we were able to confirm that the web crawler service is running with an accuracy of 100%. It is expected that the web crawler service can be applied to various web sites in the future to improve the web crawler service.

Plastic surgery experience and addiction of female college students (20대 여성의 미용성형 경험과 수용성)

  • 본 연구에서는 20대 여성의 미용성형 경험과 미용성형수술 수용성(ACS)의 관계와 영향요인을 조사하였다. 무작위 표집한 20대 여성 330명을 대상으로 2017년 11월에 자료 수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 서술적 통계, t-test, crosstabs, chi-square test, ANOVA, correlation, binary logistic regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 97.9%는 미용성형의 부작용에 대해 들어본 경험이 있었고, 정보원으로는 인터넷이 57.3%로 가장 많았다. 124명(37.6%)은 최소 1회 이상의 미용성형 경험이 있었고, 최초 성형을 한 연령은 21.81(${\pm}2.83$)세였다. ACS는 외모만족도와 음의 상관관계(r=-0.18, p=.001)가 있었다. 미용성형 경험 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, ACS와 BMI였고, 변수들의 설명력은 28.9%였다. 연령이 1살이 높아질수록 미용성형 경험이 있을 확률이 1.17배 높아지고(OR=1.17, p=.002), ACS가 1점이 높아질수록 미용성형 경험이 있을 확률이 1.06배 높았으며(OR=1.06, p<.001), BMI 점수가 1점이 높아질수록 미용성형의 경험이 있을 확률이 0.84배 낮아졌다(OR=0.84, p<.001). 대상자의 심신건강을 위한 관련 정책을 위하여 점차 증가하는 20대 여성의 미용성형수술과 관련한 다양한 영향요인을 조사 등 후속연구를 제언한다.

The difference of DISC Behavioral Style on Nursing Student's Clinical Performance (간호대학생의 DISC행동유형에 따른 임상수행능력 차이)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생이 성공적으로 임상실습을 경험하여 전문역량을 갖춘 전문인으로서 성장하기 위해 간호대학생의 DISC 행동유형에 따른 임상수행능력을 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G도 J시 소재 J대학의 간호학과 4학년 학생들이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 11월 5일부터 11월 9일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석항 결과 대상자의 DISC 행동유형별 임상수행능력 하위 영역별 살펴보면 간호과정은 D형(주도형) $3.67{\pm}0.43$, C형(신중형) $3.66{\pm}0.40$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.55{\pm}0.43$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났고(F=4.03, p=.005), 간호기술은 D형(주도형) $4.03{\pm}0.45$, C형(신중형) $4.02{\pm}0.41$, I형(사교형) $4.01{\pm}0.47$, S형(안정형) $3.91{\pm}0.37$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(F=5.07, p=.001), 전문직 발전영역은 D형(주도형) $3.77{\pm}0.47$, I형(사교형) $3.61{\pm}0.53$, C형(신중형) $3.60{\pm}0.37$, S형(안정형) $3.56{\pm}0.49$의 순으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다(F=5.07, p=.001). 이상의 결과로 간호대학생의 다양성을 이해하고 강점을 개발할 수 있는 기회를 제공해야 할 것이다.

Contents Recommendation Scheme Considering User Activity in Social Network Environments (소셜 네트워크 환경에서 사용자 행위를 고려한 콘텐츠 추천 기법)

  • With the development of smartphones and online social networks, users produce a lot of contents and share them with each other. Therefore, users spend time by viewing or receiving the contents they do not want. In order to solve such problems, schemes for recommending useful contents have been actively studied. In this paper, we propose a contents recommendation scheme using collaborative filtering for users on online social networks. The proposed scheme consider a user trust in order to remove user data that lower the accuracy of recommendation. The user trust is derived by analyzing the user activity of online social network. For evaluating the user trust from various points of view, we collect user activities that have not been used in conventional techniques. It is shown through performance evaluation that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing scheme.

  • In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors affecting the purpose intentions to the online paid knowledge contents in China. The research model includes the contents characteristics, recognition of copyright, recognition of paid, the theory of planned behavior factors. In this research, the data was collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 457 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the contents characteristics partially give positive effects to attitude. In addition, recognition of paid and planning behavior theory factors have positive effects to purpose intentions. This paper provides a useful scheme to promotion the purpose of purchase for paid online knowledge contents.

  • With the emergence of smart media and devices which are able to continuous data monitor, the usage patterns of access and acquire health information are changed. Health contents should be provided to promote intrinsic motivation considering the way of cognizing and processing data in human information interaction. For this, planning for prevention centered health contents is required to utilize personal information and medical big data for engagement with the contents. Therefore, this paper reviews previous studies of health communication dealing with users' information literacy like e-health literacy. In addition, the paper classifies ways of communication when mediate IT as immediacy, interaction and data capturing. In conclusion, strategies of health contents for promoting users' intrinsic motivation are explored and its implications are discussed.

The Study of the System Development on the Safe Environment of Children's Smartphone Use and Contents Recommendations (유아들의 안전한 스마트폰 사용 환경 및 콘텐츠 추천 시스템 개발)

  • This study has developed a preventive launcher from smartphone addiction for the digital generation and the contents recommendation based on machine learning which used multiple and collective intelligence. This could provide convenient digital nurturing experience for the parents who fear their children's over use of digital devices and also suggest individually adaptive digital learning methods that enhance the learning efficiency and pleasurable and safe learning environment for the children. Suggested application is a kind of gamification launcher that protects children from harmful contents and from smartphone addiction with time limit settings. For parents who find difficulty choosing from various kinds of contents and applications for education, this suggested system could provide a learning analytic report based on big data after collecting and analyzing the data of their children's learning and activities and recommend contents necessary for their kids using recommended algorithm by collective intelligence.
