Derivation of Key Success Factors for Can Art Culture Commercialization and Blue Ocean Strategy (캔 아트 문화사업화 성공요인 도출 및 블루오션 전략)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive key success factors' priorities to industrialize can art using AHP methodology and to suggest blue ocean strategy of can art. First, the survey result showed that the most important factor was eco-commercialization(0.227). And cultural value(0.223), distribution(0.217), experience learning(0.202) are presented in order in terms of the importance. Second, it also suggested eco-design(0.118), recycling improvement(0.118), education value increase(0.117), viral marketing(0.113), and various experience learning(0.105) as detailed important factors. Moreover, this study implies that can art needs to focus on intensifying environmental craft education and eco-commercialization as blue ocean strategies.

  • 2.3GHz 휴대인터넷이 차세대 통신산업으로 부각되는 가운데 통신업계의 최대 이슈로 떠올랐다. 현재 국내에서는 KT, SK텔레콤, 하나로통신 등이 휴대인터넷 사업준비에 치열한 경쟁을 준비해나가고 있으며, 세계 각 국 역시 휴대인터넷의 서비스 상용화를 위해 박차를 가하고 있다. 정보통신부 역시 지난 7월 차세대 통신산업으로 부상하고 있는 2.3GHz 대역의 휴대인터넷 서비스 사용화 일정을 2005년 말 전후로 공식적으로 제시한 바 있다. 주파수 할당, 표준화, 사업자 선정 등의 쟁점 현안을 가지고 있는 휴대인터넷 서비스 관련 논의는 앞으로 더욱더 뜨겁게 달구어질 전망이며, 통신시장뿐만 아니라 디지털콘텐츠 산업에도 커다란 파장을 몰고 올 것으로 전망되고 있다.

  • 월간『디지털콘텐츠』는 지난달 3일‘ 출판의 디지털화 그 의미와 방향’을 주제로 창간 13주년 기념 좌담회를 개최했다. 본지 이창한 편집장의 사회로 진행된 이번 좌담회는 권택민 KIPA 디지털콘텐츠사업단장, 김학원 휴머니스트대표, 오재혁 북토피아대표, 정청래 열린우리당국회의원, 최재현NHN 국내총괄이사(가나다순) 등이 참석, 전자출판산업전반에 대해 열띤 토론을 벌였다. 참석자들은 전자출판시장의 활성화에 따른 저작권문제,이용자들의 인식확산, 나아갈 방향 등 다양한 주제로 폭넓은 의견을 교환했다.

A Study on Long-term Preservation of the Cultural Archetypes in Digital Audio Format (문화원형콘텐츠의 장기보존에 관한 연구 - 디지털 소리자료를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to present some basic information essential for planning long-term preservation of digital audio files, which have been collected through 'Cultural Archetypes Digitization Project' by the Korea Culture & Content Agency. Needs and limitations of digitization of audio resources for their long-term preservation, digital audio archiving models(OAIS Reference Model and AHDS Model), some technical principles for audio digitization and preservation, preservation metadata and storing media for digital audio files were discussed. Compliance to the requisites listed in Audit Checklist for the Certification of Trusted Digital Repositories of RLG & NARA was suggested. It was also recommended to review the appropriateness of collaborating on digital preservation project with other institutions.

  • According to the IT839 strategy which was announced by the Ministry of Information and Communication(MIC) in 2004, the convergence trend of the broadcasting and the communication would be much more promoted. Thus, the methods for protecting the broadcasting contents will be indispensible elements for the successful IPTV service achievement. This paper describes the characteristics of IPTV and the related contents protection techniques. To evaluate several security issues, we suggest a security model for IPTV, and speculate the most widespread, two security technologies for IPTV such as CAS and DRM. Moreover, candidate models of IPTV protection system are suggested based on these technologies.

  • A smart TV is able to show terrestrial broadcasting and also can be used as a computer -VOD, games, image communications, application utilities and so on. In order to carry out Smart TV business, it has to contains contents, platforms, network terminal unit. If ill-equipped with any of these aboves, it must cooperate with other licensee. Therefore, Smart TV business is necessary to cooperate with each business agent. In this paper, we will look into domestic/foreign country Smart TV market, policy, vitalization strategy, and suggest the application of big data analysis methodology for Smart TV vitalization method - 1) hardware infrastructure building based on cloud computing 2) Network upgradability acceptable traffic increase 3) Technical development cooperation between each licensee 4) Variable Smart TV contents supply 5) Cooperation with party interested individuals in using UX/UI for N-Screen, network traffic estimation may increase, customized supply smart contents for consumer in real time.

  • The online performance market is increasing due to recent pandemic events. However, due to the short introduction time of domestic online performances, there is a lack of related prior studies or success stories. In addition, most of these projects are short-lived projects or poor profits, so it is necessary to study how to activate them. The Sac on Screen project, which has been in progress since 10 years ago, has its own imaging experience, and the screening works and screening venues are also diverse, so it is an object of study. In addition, since annual satisfaction surveys are conducted, the business was evaluated based on the voice of customers from the data of the past three years. Based on the analyzed results, a free and paid version of the business model canvas was drawn through a group of experts. As a result of this synthesis, the following major implications were drawn. First, expanding research on online performances, second, needing a sense of responsibility for quality management of content, third, increasing diversity in content selection, and fourth, enhancing the liveliness of online performances, Fifth, efforts are needed to attract private investment and develop value-added products.

  • The management of user requirements for information system development is a key element. The traceability has been studied in a specific method as using a traceability table or SOA related to the requirement management. But there are few case about proposing a objective and quantified evaluation method and judgement criterion for none-technical business managers. This researcher has proposed, easy to access by unprofessional and objective and qualifiable, evaluation methods and criteria of Judging for adequacy of requirements reflection in the development process of information system for the government office through a previous case study. In this study, I will give consideration to study the limitations of previous studies and improve the evaluation formula for measuring the reflection of the requirements and derive, reviewed to provide a variety of criteria for each business, through business case analysis.

  • 우리나라는 그동안 하드웨어와 정보통신 인프라에서 세계적 수준의 성장을 이루었고 세계가 주목하는 IT 강국으로 발돋움해 왔다고 평가받고 있다. 하지만 디지털콘텐츠 산업이 갖는 중요성에도 불구하고 객관적 현황을 다룬 기본적인 통계자료는 거의 없는 상태이다. 이에 정통부에서 한국소프트웨어진흥원에 의뢰해 조사한 <국내 디지털콘텐츠 시장동향>을 조사 분석한 보고서를 발표했다. 국내 디지털콘텐츠 업계의 매출 및 유료화 현황과 자금확보 및 수출현황에 대한 폭넓은 조사가 진행됐다. 월간<디지털콘텐츠>에서는 본 보고서를 게재하면서 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 현상에 대한 정확한 이해와 미래 계획의 수립, 이를 위한 필수 자원의 확보 등에 대한 가이드라인을 제공하고자 한다. 그리고 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 구성원들에게 필요한 정보를 체계적으로 제공하고 이를 토대로 경쟁력 있는 '사업계획 수립'과 미래 발전 방안'을 모색할 수 있기를 바란다.

Understanding Business Model and R&D Project Selection (비즈니스 모델 지식이 연구개발 선택에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Selection of profitable research and development (R&D) projects is one of the major factors affecting sustained growth of firms and countries. This paper analyze what influences the knowledge on the business model exerted on selection of a R&D project. A business model converts the technology value to the customer value, and comprehensively describes the target customers for commercializing a new technology, core values, behaviors within organizations, resources, and external partners. Thus, understanding a business model would make R&D project evaluators place the feasibility and profitability of the business above the merits of the proposed technology in evaluating the technology development. To verify this hypothesis, we had 78 R&D project evaluators acquire the knowledge on the business model and measured how their criteria for R&D project selection have changed using the AHP method. The results shows that feasibility and profitability are more important than the merit of proposed technology, especially capability of company and business development are more important than the levels of technology innovation.
