Although the amount of UCC(user created content) rapidly grows nowadays, there are various problems in authoring, distribution and management of this abundant content because the platforms for fabrication and replaying content are not compatible and the authoring environments are not sufficiently interoperable with other site or with each other. In this paper, we propose a CMS(content management system) scheme improved in interoperability to solve these problems, and we design a novel system enhancing the efficiency and speed of content distribution and management by minimizing the repetitions in the processes of production, reshaping, and publication. Moreover the proposed system adopts an improved content management technology by changing from simple point-to-point method to the centralized distribution method, and as for the service scheme, we change from the site link method to the database link method, and we also take duplex interlink scheme instead of simplex one. We finally compare the proposed system to the conventional ones as points of view of compatibility and interoperability to prove the improved performance of our system.

As Internet evolves, web sites are becoming more and more complex, and it costs a lot of time and money to update web sites. The explosive growth of a large amount of content has resulted in an excessive server load and high network traffic, and thus it decreases the quality of service. In this research, we designed and implemented an integrated content management system which can be constructed and managed the content easily, and which is combined a merchant system with a personal information system based on the distributed content gathering and searching in order to optimize the utilization of the content itself.

Korean wave 3.0 is focused on 'K-Culture' which includes traditional culture, cultural art as well as existing culture contents as a keyword. It considers everything about Korean culture as materials of Korean wave culture contents. Since Korean wave culture contents reflect contemporary social aspect, it needs to preserve those contents as archives and records which have the important value of evidence. With this social environment, this study aims to implement RMS based on AtoM that manages various kinds of Korean wave culture contents through analysis of management situation of those materials. Recently, it is in progress individually to manage them through organizations dealing with korean cultures such as K-Pop, K-Food, K-Movie. However, it has problems in accumulating information and reproducing high quality contents because of lack of coordination among organizations. To solve the problems, this study proposed RMS based on open source software Access to Memory(AtoM) for managing and recording Korean wave culture contents. AtoM provides various functions for managing records and archives such as accumulation, classification, description and browsing. Furthermore AtoM is for free as open source software and easy to implement and use. Thus, this study implemented RMS based on AtoM to methodically manage korean wave culture contents by functional requirements of RMS. Also, this study considered contents relating K-Food as an object to collect, classify, and describe. To describe it, this study selected ISAD(G) standard.

인터넷의 급속한 확산은 이른바 주소관리로 이어지는 도메인이름, IP주소 할당, 프로토콜 관리를 포함한 기술 정책의 수립을 통해 사이버 공간상의 새로운 질서를 요구하게 되었다. 지금까지 다양한 관점에서 논의되어온 인터넷 정책은 새로운 디지털 콘텐츠 식별체계의 도입에 있어 시사하는 바가 크다. 새로운 디지털 콘텐츠 식별 체계로 부각되고 있는 DOI는 단순한 식별체계로서만이 아니라 디지털 콘텐츠의 관리·유통을 포함하는 모든 측면에 영향을 끼칠 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 지금까지 수행되어온 인터넷 정책, 특히 주소관리 정책을 기반으로 한 효율적인 DOI 관리 정책 수립이 시급히 요청되고 있다.

This study explores the success factors of post-investment management in content projects, which have recently seen increasing quantitative and qualitative status. The dependence on investment is huge in projects in the domestic content industry. As a result, unlike other industries, the content industry has a large role and contribution of investors in terms of project management. This study is conducted on 15 venture capitalists who have a key function in domestic content investment, and draws on their successful experience, what factors are successful in management(project management). To this end, 10 representative project management areas at the research and practice level are manipulated to suit content projects, and success factors by management area are derived in a qualitative manner for films and games with genre and industrial representation. For each area of management, a total of 38 success factors were derived, ranging from as little as three to as many as five. Given the theoretical and practical implications of research and the limitations of research, we present future research directions.

Application contents verifications and operations are essential for using a secure smart phone environment. In the existing smartphone environment, application verification was performed only in the application company and users has direct management application. However these application verification and management practices have been caused by a variety of security vulnerabilities. Therefore, we will analyze the security vulnerabilities in the existing methods and then we propose an application contents management of smart phone using pre-qualification method.

최근 초고속 통신망과 같은 우리나라의 발달된 인터넷 인프라를 활용할 수 있는 e-Learning 콘텐츠 활발히 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 콘텐츠와 평가를 포함한 교수,학습 활동 계획을 관리할 수 있는 ICT 교육 통합 지원 시스템을 구성하는 서브시스템 중 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계, 구현하였다. 이를 위하여 이미 개발되고 중앙교수학습센터 및 시,도 교수학습 지원센터 등에서 제공되고 공유되는 학습자료를 활용하기 위해 KERIS 등에서 제시한 표준을 본 시스템의 설계에 반영하였다. 교수,학습 콘텐츠 관리 모듈은 학습객체를 분류 저장 데이터베이스화 하였으며 실제 활용이 매우 쉬어 특별한 훈련이나 교육을 받지 않아도 기초적인 수준의 PC 활용 능력만 있다면 누구나 쉽게 교수,학습 콘텐츠를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 시스템은 기 개발된 학습객체의 재사용으로 인한 효율성 증가는 물론 교과, 단원 학습 주제별로 구조화하여 저장 관리하여 교사의 교수활동 준비 시간을 줄임으로써 실제 학교 현장에서 활용하여 ICT 활용 교수,학습 활동 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The rapidly increasing use of the Internet and advancement of the communication network, the explosive growth of digital contents from personal home pages to professional information service the emerging file exchange service and the development of hacking techniques . these are some of the trends contributing to the spread of illegal reproduction and distribution of digital contents, thus threatening the exclusive copyrights of the creative works that should be legally protected Accordingly, there is urgent need for a digital copyright management system designed to provide centralized management while playing the role of bridge between the copyright owners and users for smooth trading of the rights to digital contents, reliable billing, security measures, and monitoring of illegal use. Therefore, in this study, I examined the requirements of laws and systems for the introduction of the centralized management system to support smooth distribution of digital contents, and also researched on the current status of domestic and international centralized management system for copyrights. Furthermore, 1 tried to provide basic materials for the standardization of digital contents copyright management information through the examination of the essential elements of the centralized digital contents management such as the system for unique identification the standardization for data elements, and the digital rights management (DHM) .

During the COVID-19 period, public libraries produced and provided a variety of online contents to users as an alternative to offline services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the overall management of online contents in public libraries in the post COVID-19 period and to provide a methodological basis for improving online contents management. This study surveyed the overall current state of online content management in 305 public libraries in terms of production, services, and preservation. We also analyzed the librarian's perception of the online contents management process. As a result of the analysis even after the COVID-19 period, public libraries are efficiently producing and providing online contents and are actively providing this through the library website and social media. In addition, librarians recognized that online contents produced by public libraries are valuable as library resources and predicted that the online content would be produced more in the future. Also, they faced difficulties in production and management due to a lack of professional capabilities and extra workload, but they have recognized the high need for online contents management. Online contents is leading a paradigm shift in public library services. Therefore, attention and effort to activate online content is no longer an option but a necessity.

It was investigated to develop the contents for the local government for the purpose of providing various and correct information. Especially it was focused to take advantage spatial information techniques, Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing. The research site for this study was Muan-gun located at the south-western part of Korea and this site has very high opportunities to became the central point for the economical and tourist industry. The regional information contents for Muan-gun was developed and composed of three elements； internet related, geographic information related and satellite image related elements. These contents will make a contribution for the local government to present the regional information effectively and efficiently.
