  • In Concrete, shrinkages occur like plastic shrinkage and drying shrinkage in the early age because of evaporation and transfer of moisture. Within the country, the crack test standardized by KS is used to test the drying shrinkage of the concrete by using the restricted drying shrinkage of Dumbbell type mold, but this test is for the cracking-point and the restricted shrinkage stress. Thus it is difficult to valuate the crack quantitative test. In this study, it is intended to develop the Flat-ring type restrained test method for the shrinkage deformation movement of the concrete and to provide the quantitative data for evaluating the cracks in concrete. And it suggest the proper specimen diameter and quantitative test method about shrinkage crack properties on Flat-ring type restrained test method. And Verified the suitability.

Evaluation of Engineering Properties in Early-Age Concrete with TDFA (TDFA를 혼입한 초기재령 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 평가)

  • This paper presents an evaluation of engineering properties in TDFA(Tire Derived Fuel Ash)- based concrete in early age. Concrete containing 0.5 of w/b(water to binder) ratio and 20% of FA(Fly Ash) replacement ratio are prepared, and FA content are replaced with TDFA from 3% to 12% for evaluating the effect of TDFA on fresh and hardened concrete properties. With higher than 6% of TDFA replacement ratio, workability is significantly worsened but it is improved with more SP(Super plasticizer) and AE(Air Entrainer) agent. Concrete with 6~12% of TDFA shows reasonable strength development and better resistance to carbonation and chloride attack in spite of early-aged condition. However concrete with 6% TDFA shows poor resistance to freezing and thawing action due to insufficient air content. If air content and workability are obtained, replacement of TDFA to 12% can be used for concrete with FA.

  • This study provided the engineering properties of the recycled aggregate concrete with fly-ash and silica-fume. There are considered recycled aggregate substitution ratio, and fly-ash silica-fume mix ratio as the experimental variable. From the experimental result, we could know that the recycled aggregate concrete mixed silica-fume is superior on the compressive strength but, is poor on the construction property than fly-ash. The optimal mix ratio of the fly-ash and silica-fume is 10% in all.

  • The effect of superplasticizers on the fluidity performance in fresh concrete and physical properties in hardened concrete have been analyzed and investigated under mix proportions of water cement ratio of 0.4, 0.6, crushed stone aggregates, and addition rates of superplasticizers of 0.0, 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 in the practical range. It is the aim of this study to provide the fundamental data on the workability improvement and engineering properties of crushed stone concrete using superplasticizers comparing with conventional concrete for the practical use and research data accumulation of superplastized concrete.

  • 이 논문은 시공단계를 고려한 콘크리트 프레임 구조물의 거동 해석을 다루고 있다. 고층건물의 경우 하루에 시공이 완료되지 않으므로 각 시공단계에 따라 콘크리트의 시간의존적 현상은 다르게 발생된다. 이를 위하여 이 논문에서는 일반적인 프레임 해석기법에 콘크리트의 시간의존적 특성을 고려하였다. 이 연구에 도입된 해석기법은 단면을 가상의 층으로 나누고 각층은 일축상태로 가정한 적층단면을 사용하였다. 요소는 평면 보요소를 사용하였으며 강성행렬은 변위법을 바탕으로 유도하였고 전체적인 구조해석은 비선형 구조해석 방법의 하나인 복합법을 사용하였다. 콘크리트의 시간의존적 특성을 고려하기 위하여 단면의 각 층에서 크리프와 건조수축에 의한 변형률을 계산하였으며 크리프는 크리프 Compliance의 전개에 기본을 둔 1차 순환적 단계 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 끝으로 이 연구에서 제안된 해석모델을 이용하여 프레임해석 및 기둥축소에 관한 예제를 해석하였다.

Experimental Study on the Spalling Properties of Ultra High Strength Concrete containing Amorphous Metallic Fiber (비정질강섬유를 혼입한 초고강도콘크리트의 폭렬특성에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • This study examined the effect of amorphous metallic (AM) fibers on the spalling properties of ultra high strength concrete. Six specimens with concrete strengths of 100 MPa and 150 MPa were evaluated with mix proportions of polypropylene (PP) fibers of 0.15% by concrete volume, and proportions of AM fibers of 0.3% and 0.5% by concrete volume. These specimens were then heated in accordance with the ISO-834 heating curve. The movement of water vapor through a pore network formed by molten PP fibers was found to be a dominant factor controlling the spalling of high-strength concrete. Spalling control was not found to be significantly affected by the addition of 0.3% AM fibers; however, when 0.5% AM fibers was added, cracking was limited and so were paths for water vapor migration, increasing the likelihood of a moisture clog and creating the differential internal pressure often blamed for concrete spalling.

  • In this study, the mechanical properties of concrete with recycled coarse aggregate (RG) selected by multi-stage wind pressure (MSWP) treatment were evaluated. After evaluating the basic properties of natural and recycled coarse aggregates, the mechanical performance of the recycled coarse aggregates concrete was experimentally investigated. As a result, it was found that the MSWP technique could improve the fundamental properties such as density and water absorption of RG. In addition, the concrete with RG selected by MSWP showed a better mechanical performance, indicating a higher strength values, surface electric resistivity and a lower absorption. Thus, it seems that the MSWP technique can be effective for the production of high-quality RG.

  • 본 소고는 철근콘크리트 구조물에 관련된 현재의 실험적, 해석적 연구의 수준을 정리 요약한 것으로서 이력모델에 따른 철근콘크리트 구조물의 응답과 모델의 선택시에 빈번히 만나게 되는 문제점 및 해석시 응답모델의 선택 등에 대해 기술하였다. 실제적으로 R/C 구조물의 비선형 이력모델은 그 범위가 매우 넓고 다양하기 때문에 일률적으로 설명하기가 매우 어려운 점이 있다. 여기서는 철근콘크리트 구조물의 이력모델의 종류 및 범위에 대하여 소개하고 그 특성 및 형성과정에 대해 간략하게 설명하기로 한다.

  • 확률론적 위험성 평가는 하중, 재료특성 등과 같은 불확실성 인자를 고려하여 구조물의 안전성을 평가하는 기법이지만 모든 불확실성을 고려하는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하다. 또한 원전 격납건물은 콘크리트, 철근, 라이너, 텐던이 복잡하게 결합되어 있다. 따라서 전역민감도 분석을 통해 격납건물의 불확실성 인자 검토하고 선정하는 작업은 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 대리모델을 기반으로 축소규모 원전 격납건물의 전역 민감도 분석을 수행하고 격납건물의 주요 영향인자를 분석하고자 한다. 유한요소 해석 모델을 기반으로 대리모델의 학습데이터를 생성하였으며 구축된 대리모델의 성능지표를 분석하였을 때 높은 회귀성능을 갖는 것으로 판단된다. 대리모델을 기반으로 전역 민감도 분석을 수행한 결과 콘크리트의 인장균열이 발생하는 내압수준에서 민감도 지수는 콘크리트의 압축강도가 높지만, 전체적인 내압 구간에서 민감도 지수는 텐던의 탄성계수 및 항복강도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Engineering Properties of Permeable Polymer Concrete (투수성(透水性) 폴리머 콘크리트의 공학적(工學的) 특성(特性))

  • This study is performed to evaluate the engineering properties of permeable polymer concrete. The following conclusions are drawn. 1. The unit weight is $1,883kgf/m^3$, which is decreased 18% than that of the normal cement concrete. 2. The strength of permeable polymer concrete is achieved that it is 170% by tensile strength and 240% by bending strength than that of the normal cement concrete, respectively. 3. The water permeability is $5.917l/cm^2/h$. This concrete can be used to the structures which need water permeability.
