Recently, Construction business is changing from on the ground to underground space because of deficit of developing space, creation of green space and of incremental of land compensation expenses. Meanwhile, 3D Topographic, Marine and Cadastral maps need to have Spatial Interrelation. Also, understanding of the information is also needed. Spatial information object registration system is impossible to contact and understanding intelligence mutually because the former one is managed as automatic ID system. Therefore, 3D Object information ID System of underground space is managed based on Object Identifier. Construction of Spatial information integration ID System is required and it will offer Division Code (Ground, Index, Underground) and depth information. We are defined and classified Under Spatial Information in this paper. Moreover, we developed the integration ID System based on UFID for cadastral information Construction. We supposed underground spatial information DB Construction and a developed the way of exploiting 3D cadastral information system through the study. The research result will be the base data of Standard ID system, DB Construction and system Development of National spatial data which is considered together with spatial interrelation.

본 논문에서는 3상 태양광 인버터의 단독 운전 검출 방법을 제안한다. 국내외 규정에서 10MW 미만의 태양광 인버터는 제한된 시간 내에 단독 운전을 검출하여 계통에 에너지 공급을 중단할 것을 요구한다. 제안된 단독 운전 검출 방법은 역상분 전압 주입 후 접속점(PCC, Point of Common Coupling)에서 관측되는 역상분 임피던스의 크기 변화에 근거한다. 제안된 검출 방법의 원리와 구현 기법을 제시하고, IEEE Std. 929-2000을 기준으로 유효성을 검증한다. 제안된 방법은 국내외 규정에서 요구하는 검출 시간 이내에 단독 운전을 검출할 수 있고, 단독 운전을 계통 지락 사고와 구별할 수 있으므로 계통 연계시 요구되는 그리드 코드(Grid code)에 대한 대응도 가능하다.

인터넷의 급속한 발전으로 인해 네트워크를 통한 텍스트, 이미지, 사운드, 비디오 등과 같은 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통이 점차 대용량으로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 컨텐츠의 유통을 위해 쓰이는 URI는 텍스트의 한 페이지, 사운드 또는 비디오 클립, 정지 화상과 동영상은 물론 프로그램과 같은 컨텐츠를 인식하는데 쓰이고 URL을 이용하여 정보자원의 물리적 위치를 표시하는 문자열을 통해 정보자원에 접근하고 검색하게 된다. 하지만 휴대용 단말기를 이용하는 경우 단점이라 할 수 있는 입력기능의 제한으로 인해 정보이용이 쉽지 않기 때문에 정보 접근을 위한 새로운 URI 체계와 서비스 환경이 필요하다. 새로운 URI 체계에 하나의 대안으로 바코드나 특정 이미지와 같은 화상을 이용할 수 있는 방법이 있으며 이를 화상 URI로 체계화시키는 작업이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ENUM과 화상인식 관련 기술들을 연구하고 ENUM서비스가 실용화될 경우 ENUM서비스와 연계하여 사용할 수 있는 화상 인식 URI용 인식코드를 제안한다.

A CAD-based seamless design system for MEMS named DS/MEMS was developed which performs coupled-field analysis, optimal and robust design. DS/MEMS has been developed by means of integrating commercial codes and inhouse code-SolidWorks, FEMAP, ANSYS and CA/MEMS. This strategy results in versatility that means to include various analysis model, corresponding analyses and approximated design sensitivity analysis and user friendliness that design variables are taken to be selectable directly from a CAD model, that the problem is formulated under a window environment and that the manual job during optimization process is almost eliminated. DS/MEMS works on a parametric CAD platform, integrating CAD modeling, analysis, and optimization. Nonlinear programming algorithms, the Taguchi method, and response surface method are made available for optimization. One application problem is taken to illustrate the proposed methodology and show the feasibility of DS/MEMS as a practical tool.

N-스크린 서비스는 하나의 서비스를 다양한 스크린에서 콘텐츠를 효과적으로 공유하기 위한 기술로 하나의 서비스 및 콘텐츠를 여러 개의 방식으로 제공하는 3-스크린 서비스와는 차별화된다. 가정 내의 모든 단말기기들이 네트워크로 연결되는 지금의 현실에서 다양한 기기들 사이에서 자연스럽게 연결되고 데이터를 쉽게 공유할 수 있는 연계 기술에 대한 기술 요구는 당연한 현상이다. UI/UX 관점에서 자연스러운 입/출력과 더불어 제어 프로그램의 단순화는 서비스 적용과 많은 응용 서비스 개발을 위해서 꼭 필요한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스크린간의 공유 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 다수의 스크린을 가지는 단말들이 하나의 프로그램이 수행하는 것과 같이 동작하기 위해서 하나의 프로그램을 분할하고 이를 실행하는 방법에 대해 연구하고 그 가능성을 제시 한다.

인스턴트 메시징(Instant Messaging: IM) 서비스는 인터넷 또는 IP 네트워크상에서 온라인 상태에 있는 사용자들간에 간단한 메시지를 주고 반을 수 있는 서비스이다. Presence 서비스는 통신을 원하는 사용자들의 온라인 상태 및 최신의 위치 정보를 제공함으로써 IM 서비스와 같은 Presence 정보를 기반으로 하는 다른 응용 서비스와 연계하여 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Presence 서비스와 IM 서비스를 통합한 시스템을 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)를 기반으로 하여 구현하였다. SIP는 텍스트 기반의 호설정을 처리하는 프로토콜로서 혜더 부분의 확장을 통해 다른 응용 서비스에 쉽게 적용이 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 구현된 시스템에서 Presence 서비스의 Presence 정보는 XML로 인코드된 CPIM(Common Presence and Instant Messaging) PIDF(Presence Information Data Format) 포맷으로 하여 처리하였고 IM 서비스는 페이저 모델(Pager Model)로 구현하였다 또한 시스템 내에서 필요한 보든 인증 처리 부분을 RFC 2617에 정의되어 있는 HTTP 다이제스트 인증을 사용하여 보안기능을 높였다.

본 MMI를 통해 개발된 웨스팅하우스 950 Mwe 최적 NPA는 기존의 단순한 Point Kinetics 모델이 아닌 정교한 3D 실시간 노심모델과 RETRAN 코드를 기반으로 하는 실시간 NSSS 열수력 모델(ARTS)이 통합된 모델을 갖추었으며, 해당형식 발전소(Westinghouse 3 Loop PWR Plant)의 여러 가지 과도사고를 실시간으로 정상, 비정상, 비상운전 모의할 수 있도록 개발되었다. 이 NPA는 기존의 유닉스 환경이 아닌 일반 범용 PC 서버와 윈도우즈 환경(Operating System)이라는 개방형 서버-클라이언트 구조를 채택하여 저렴하고 실용적인 시스템을 추구하였다. 다양한 색상 표현이 가능한 GUI 툴을 이용하여 노심 내부의 3D 열중성자 속 분포등 사용자가 직관적으로 알 수 있는 쉬운 구성의 클라이언트 제어 시스템을 개발, 연계하여 사용자의 편의성을 도모하였다.

모바일 RFID 는 휴대폰에 UHF RFID 리더를 내장함으로써 현재 개념 단계인 유비쿼터스 기술을 실생활에 밀접한 현재 기술로 만들 수 있는 전세계적으로 최초로 시도되고 있는 주요 기술이다. 모바일 RFID 테스트베드는 태그테스트베드와 모바일 RFID 리더 테스트베드, 모바일 RFID 미들웨어 테스트베드, RFID 코드 해석(리졸루션)을 위한 ODS 서버 테스트베드 등으로 구성된다. 모바일 RFID 테스트베드에서는 위의 시스템들이 CDMA 무선인터넷망과 유선인터넷망을 통하여 연결되고 정의된 프로토콜에 따라 통신이 이루어지도록 하여 시스템 요소 기술의 검증 및 상호 연계 테스트를 지원함으로써, 모바일 RFID 기술 및 서비스의 상용화 개발을 지원한다.

기존 국내원전의 화재 PSA는 EPRI가 개발한 방법론을 이용하여 화재 PSA를 수행하여 오고 있다. 미국 NRC는 EPRI와의 공동연구를 통하여 새로운 화재 PSA 방법론(NUREG/CR-6850)을 개발하였고, NFPA-805 코드를 적용하는 미국 원자력발전소들에 대해서 이 방법론을 적용한 PSA를 수행하는 것을 권고하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내원전에 신규 PSA 방법론 적용시 논의되어야 할 사항들 중 지진화재 연계성(또는 지진-화재 상호작용)평가 방법론에 대한 제안 및 고려사항을 기존 해외 사례를 참고하여 기술하였다.

As various colors are used indoors and such colors influence on the image of indoors, color selection and color combination are a very important issue in inferior design. The purpose of this study is to analyse characteristic of color usage in interior design elements such as the floor, the wall, the ceiling and furnitures. The result of analysis shows the frequently used Munsell code corresponding to the cmyk code. Based on this analysis, this paper classifies largely into two kinds of the color combination type which can be used leer efficient color selection with good harmony The first combination type is divided into five types and the second is classified into three types. This paper argues that combination design principle, as a strong design tool, for color should be further developed for good quality of color design.
