A Study on Network detection technique using Human Immune System (인간 면역 체계를 이용한 네트워크 탐지기술 연구)

  • This paper reviews and assesses the analogy between the human immune system and network intrusion detection systems. The promising results from a growing number of proposed computer immune models for intrusion detection motivate this work. The paper begins by briefly introducing existing intrusion detection systems (IDS's). A set of general requirements for network-based IDS's and the design goals to satisfy these requirements are identified by a careful examination of the literature. An overview of the human immune system is presented and its salient features that can contribute to the design of competent network-based IDS's are analysed. The analysis shows that the coordinated actions of several sophisticated mechanisms of the human immune system satisfy all the identified design goals. Consequently, the paper concludes that the design of a network-based IDS based on the human immune system is promising for future network-based IDS's

  • This pqer investigates the subject of intrusion detection over networks. Existing network-based IDS's are categorised into three groups and the overall architecture of each group is summarised and assessed. A new methodology to this problem is then presented, which is inspired by the human immune system and based on a novel artificial immune model. The architecture of the model is presented and its characteristics are compared with the requirements of network-based IDS's. The paper concludes that this new approach shows considerable promise for future network-based IDS's.

  • 최근 인공지능 기술이 급격하게 발전하고 빠르게 보급되면서, 머신러닝 시스템을 대상으로 한 다양한 공격들이 등장하기 시작하였다. 인공지능은 많은 강점이 있지만 인위적인 조작에 취약할 수 있기 때문에, 그만큼 이전에는 존재하지 않았던 새로운 위험을 내포하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 유형 별 적대적 공격 샘플을 직접 제작하고 이에 대한 효과적인 방어법을 구현하였다. 영상 및 텍스트 데이터를 기반으로 한 적대적 샘플공격을 방어하기 위해 적대적 훈련기법을 적용하였고, 그 결과 공격에 대한 면역능력이 형성된 것을 확인하였다.

  • In this paper addresses the low-level behavior of fuzzy control and the high-level behavior selector for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) based on a Fuzzy Artificial Immune Network. The sensing information that comes from ultrasonic sensors is the antigen it, and stimulates antibodies. There are many possible combinations of actions between action-patterns and external situations. The question is how to handle the situations to decide the proper action. We propose a fuzzy artificial immune network to solve the above problem. and the computer simulation for an AMR action selector shows the usefulness of the proposed action selector.

Computer-Aided Diagnosis Parameters of Invasive Carcinoma of No Special Type on 3T MRI: Correlation with Pathologic Immunohistochemical Markers (3T 자기공명영상에서 비특이 침윤성 유방암의 컴퓨터보조진단 인자들과 병리적 면역조직화학 표지자들과의 상관성)

  • Purpose To investigate the correlation between computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) parameters in 3-tesla (T) MRI and pathologic immunohistochemical (IHC) markers in invasive carcinoma of no special type (NST). Materials and Methods A total of 94 female who were diagnosed with NST carcinoma and underwent 3T MRI using CAD, from January 2018 to April 2019, were included. The relationship between angiovolume, curve peak, and early and late profiles of dynamic enhancement from CAD with pathologic IHC markers and molecular subtypes were retrospectively investigated using Dwass, Steel, Critchlow-Fligner multiple comparison analysis, and univariate binary logistic regression analysis. Results In NST carcinoma, a higher angiovolume was observed in tumors of higher nuclear and histologic grades and in lymph node (LN) (+), estrogen receptor (ER) (-), progesterone receptor (PR) (-), human epidermal growth factor 2 (HER2) (+), and Ki-67 (+) tumors. A high rate of delayed washout and a low rate of delayed persistence were observed in Ki-67 (+) tumors. In the binary logistic regression analysis of NST carcinoma, a high angiovolume was significantly associated with a high nuclear and histologic grade, LN (+), ER (-), PR (-), HER2 (+) status, and non-luminal subtypes. A high rate of washout and a low rate of persistence were also significantly correlated with the Ki-67 (+) status. Conclusion Angiovolume and delayed washout/persistent rate from CAD parameters in contrast enhanced breast MRI correlated with predictive IHC markers. These results suggest that CAD parameters could be used as clinical prognostic, predictive factors.

  • 코로나바이러스의 세계 확산, 발병 이후 사람들의 실내활동 증가와 건강, 면역에 대한 관심은 많이 증가했다. 이에 맞춰 더욱 정교하고 바른 정보에 의한 스마트헬스케어 역시 관심이 증대되고 있다. 여기서 이야기하는 스마트헬스케어의 범위는 영상 장치를 비롯해 다양한 센서를 활용해 신체활동을 모니터링하고 분석하며 기존의 방식보다 더 객관적인 정보를 제공해 주는 것을 말한다. 위 기술과 대중의 관심을 바탕으로 하여 본 연구에서는 다중 모드 센서를 신체에 부착하여 신체활동을 모니터링 하는 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 하드웨어 설계 부분에서 설계가 완성된 Arduino nano 33 Sense를 이용하여 스마트 헬스 실험 시간을 대폭 줄였다. 또한 운동과 같은 시계열 데이터를 분석하기 좋은 LSTM 기법을 채택하였으며, 개발된 모델을 추후 활용할 방안에 대해 논하였다.

  • Successful early diagnosis of cancer diseases such as lung, prostate, liver and adrenocortical carcinoma is a key step in determining the cost of treatment, survival rate, and cure rate. Most of current cancer diagnosis systems including biopsy, computed tomography (CT), positron emission tomography (PET)-CT, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasonography, etc., require expensive and complicated equipment with highly trained human resources. Global medical and scientific communities have thus made numerous efforts on developing effective but rapid disease management system via introducing a wide spectrum of point-of-care medical diagnosis devices. Among them, a lateral flow immunoassay strip technique has gained a great attention due to many advantages such as cost-effectiveness, short inspection time, and user friendly accessibility. In this mini-review, we will highlight recent research trend on the development of colorimetry based LFIA strips for cancer diagnosis and discuss the future research direction and potential applications.

  • 휴대용 면역진단 시스템을 구현하기 위하여 설계된 공기주입기로 구동되는 랩온어칩 내의 유체 유동을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 해석하고, 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 구조로 랩온어칩을 재설계하였다. 공기주입기에서 흘러나오는 공기를 이용해 완충액 저장고 내에 있는 완충액을 토출시킬 때 다량의 기포가 발생함을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 알 수 있었다. 완충액 저장고의 내부에 계단형 구조를 삽입함으로서 완충액 이송 시 형성되는 기포를 상당히 억제할 수 있었다. 또한 계단형 구조는 유선을 역행 방지판 쪽으로 분산시켜 역행 방지판의 효율을 높일 것이다.

  • Signature based intrusion detection system (IDS), having stored rules for detecting intrusions at the library, judges whether new inputs are intrusion or not by matching them with the new inputs. However their policy has two restrictions generally. First, when they couldn't make rules against new intrusions, false negative (FN) errors may are taken place. Second, when they made a lot of rules for maintaining diversification, the amount of resources grows larger proportional to their amount. In this paper, we propose the learning algorithm which can evolve the competent of anomaly detectors having the ability to detect anomalous attacks by genetic algorithm. The anomaly detectors are the population be composed of by following the negative selection procedure of the biological immune system. To show the effectiveness of proposed system, we apply the learning algorithm to the artificial network environment, which is a computer security system.
