영어 교육의 필요성이 증가하고 그에 대한 수요가 늘어남에 따라 컴퓨터를 이용한 외국어 교육 시스템이 개인적인 영어 교육방법으로 소개되고 있다. 새로운 외국어를 접할 때 습득하기 어려운 부분 중 하나가 발음이고, 발음이 외국어 말하기 실력에 중요한 요소이기 때문에 특별한 훈련이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점에 대하여 충분히 인지하고 외국어 발음 향상에 도움을 주기 위하여 컴퓨터 보조 발음 훈련시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 발음 훈련과 억앙 훈련, 즉 문장 강세 훈련과 끊어 읽기 훈련을 포함하며, 사용자의 발화에 대해 적절한 평가와 피드백을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 발음 훈련 시스템의 구성요소와 동작에 대하여 중점적으로 기술하였다.

It is necessary to obtain images of high diagnosis worth based on ability and skill of radiological technologist in case of acquisition of medical radiologaphy information. In addition, we need the various kinds of education considering individual radiological technologist variation and the organization of clinical education according to the large amount of learning and more expensive knowledge of radiology. In this paper, we implement CAI system for cervical vertebrae fracture radiograph with multimedia authoring tools on web environments. The CAI system can train a new radiological technologist and study a lot of radiological technologist on the cervical vertebrae fracture radiography acquisition based on more objective and systematical data in radiography room. The proposed CAI system is also expected as a useful program which can help to cure patients based on accurate diagnosis as well as obtain radiography more quickly using a technology of radiography acquisition for cervical vertebrae fracture.

The Internet had been taken properties which were both a slow speed and low-bandwidth of the first time. It was impossible to transmit large multimedia data because of a Internet properties. After tens of Year Passed, many people began to transmit multimedia data in the Internet which had fast-speed and high-bandwidth. Some people want to team classes to be taught in school through the Internet. And, educators wish to use multimedia data in the educational field. Due to previous reasons, many parts in the educational field had tried to join real-time objects to multimedia objects. But, real-time data didn’t appear easily due to many faults like network errors and system bugs if we want to control data in order to teach and learn classes. Then, this paper separates real-time and unreal-time data and controls these data that aye made a time scheduler to have time information in the extended SMIL-file for deceasing these faults.

유한요소법의 강의와 학습을 지원하는 컴퓨터 기반 교육시스템(computer-based training system)을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 유한요소해석을 요소 모델링에서부터, 최종결과의 계산에 이르기까지 여러 개념과 과정을 가시화하고, 사용자가 직접 상호작용 적으로 실습하고, 해석과정에 개입하여 모의 조작(simulation)하며, 그 반응을 관찰할 수 있는 여러 기능을 갖추고 있다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 실제적인 유한요소해석을 실행 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 시스템을 유한요소법의 보조 교육 재료로 활용할 뿐만 아니라 실제적인 유한요소해석 소프트웨어로 병용함으로써 유한요소법의 교육과 학습의 효과를 높일 수 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 지속적인 영재학생 관리를 위해 학생 관리 시스템의 구축 방향을 제시함으로써 영재교육 수혜 경험에 대한 정보들의 누적이 학생들의 진로 진학이나 자아실현을 하기까지 도움을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 학생 관리시스템 구축에 대한 선행 연구를 분석하였으며 분석 결과 효율적인 교육과정 운영을 중심으로 학생의 인적 사항을 관리하거나 그 기관 내에서 학생을 재 선발하고, 학부모와 상담, 영재교육에 대한 연구 자료로 활용하는 데 그치고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생 관리 시스템의 구축 방향으로 전국 영재교육기관에 공통적으로 적용 관리할 수 있는 중앙 센터의 마련, 영재교육기관 간의 시스템 연계, 학생 중심의 시스템 구축을 통한 자아실현 및 진로 진학에 도움 제공, 인성 측면을 반영할 수 있는 시스템 구축, 구체적인 진로 상담 작성이 가능한 항목 마련, 교육과정 반영, 영재교육 보조교사나 전담교사 파견을 통한 철저한 학생 관리를 제시하였다.

This study aims to show that "Computer-assisted language learning (CALL)" and "Mobile-based language learning (MALL)" actually influence education, deviating from the traditional "drill and practice" method in foreign language education and learning due to the development of information and communication technology (IT). Specifically, for first-year college students who have relatively poor English skills and do not feel enough motivation for English learning, I will produce educational video content using multimedia authoring tools and upload it to the e-learning system. Video content is configured to be accessed and utilized through various media such as computers, smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. Ultimately, an exploration of educational value behind the utilization of IT devices in English language Teaching(ELT) and the Second Language Acquisition (SLA) theory behind effective instructional use of such technology are presented. That is to say, the effectiveness of language learning using information and communication technology (IT) is introduced. The article closes by suggesting how to use computers and mobile media for 'Flipped Learning'.

지금까지 컴퓨터를 강의실상에서의 교육의 보조 수단만 사용해 왔던 일 방향적인 교육의 제한적 메카니즘이 인터넷을 통한 쌍방향 통신과 공간상의 제약을 뛰어넘은 적극적이고 다양한 교육전달의 시도가 이제 현실화되고 있다. 따라서 첨단 정보통신 기술의 발전과 교육 시스템을 위한 인터넷 등의 네트워크를 기반으로 하는 원격교육에서는 새로운 교육의 변화에 따라 시, 공간의 제약을 벋어난 가상교육 또는 원격 교육을 현실화 할 수 있는 중추적인 기반 구조 및 통합 시스템을 제공해야 하며 이 시스템이 제공하게 되는 중심적인 기능성은 실제 강의실 수업형태와 같은 효과 이상의 교육환경을 제공해야 하는 것이다. 이러한 총체적인 원격교육을 위한 통합 시스템은 다양한 요소들로 구성된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터와 인터넷을 통해 원격 학습서비스를 제공하는 가상스쿨 구축의 기반을 이루는 학습컨텐츠 저작 시스템, 학습자 학습진행 프로그램 둥을 연구, 개발하였다. 또한 XML 에 기반한 SMIL을 멀티미디어들의 통합과 다양한 미디어들의 동기화를 표현하는 기술을 이용하여 표준적이고 확장성이 높은 컨텐츠를 저작툴을 개발하였다.

오늘날 정보화 사회로의 변화로 인하여 컴퓨터와 인터넷이 우리 일상생활에서 차지하는 비중이 갈수록 커지고 있으며 제7차 교육과정 사회과에서도 최근 컴퓨터 통신과 인터넷의 발달로 새로운 형태의 지역화 자료의 유형과 활용 방안이 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구에서 개발한 웹 기반 지역화 학습 시스템은 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하여 초등학교 3학년 사회과 교육과정을 중심으로 경기도 평택 지역의 내용을 학습할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 현재 학교 현장에서 주된 학습 자료로 쓰이고 있는 초등학교 3학년 지역화 보조 교과서 외에 학생들이 자기 주도적으로 웹에서 활용할 수 있는 학습 시스템을 제작함으로써 부족한 지역 자료를 제공한다.

In this paper, we present our prototype of a web manual creator that is based on MSP technology embedded in webMathematica. This tool gives courseware authors more simple ways to make their own mathematical web contents. We first classified authoring models for creating mathematical content development and proposed an advanced model. The final application called phpMath can generate MSP-driven documents automatically using Mathematica commands typed by users. In other words, phpMath users can make interactive dynamic mathematical web contents even though they do not know anything about web server, HTML, and webMathematica. We illustrated the details of the prototype from the user's perspectives followed by comments on usefulness.

It is information age now. Computer technology increases productivity, efficiency, and convenience of the public. Even if the computer-aided mathematics education is very important, so far there is the meager level of applying computers to mathematics education. This paper proposes a learning system with authoring tool for mathematics education. Teachers make study-contents easily with the system, and use them on a class. The content database that stores study-contents extends the usability of the system.
