최근 4차 산업혁명 및 인터넷 환경이 변화되면서 대학 교육환경의 빠른 변화와 산업체에 재 교육이나 온라인 교육에 있어, 교육자 중심에서 수요자 중심으로 교육환경을 바꾸고자 하는 노력을 하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 2018년부터 '한국형 나노디그리' 모델을 개발하고 한국형 무크 강좌도 확대하겠다는 계획을 밝혔다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MOOC에 대해서 알아보고 오픈소스 플랫폼(Moodle, Tao-testing, Joomla)를 활용하여 MOOC를 구축함으로서 대학교의 환경을 최소의 비용으로 강의자 및 교육자 위주의 환경에서 수요자가 원하는 교육환경으로 개선하는 방안을 제시한다.

어느 수업이든지 학생들이 학습목표에 도달하는 과정에서 어려움이 발생할 수 있다. 물론 예상된 난관이라면 충분히 극복할 수 있겠지만 만약 그렇지 않다면 교수자는 무척 당황스러워 할 것이며, 학생들 역시 학습목표에 도달하는데 상당한 어려움을 겪게 될 것이다. 이러한 어려움은 컴퓨터실 수업에서 특히 많이 나타난다. 컴퓨터실 수업의 문제점을 발견하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 찾아 효과적인 컴퓨터 실습교육이 이루어지도록 하고자 한다.

대학은 교육개선을 통하여 교육 수요자인 학생에게 질 좋은 교육을 제공함으로서 교육 만족도를 높일 수 있으며, 대학 경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 교육개선의 일환으로 2010년부터 시행중인 전문대학교 공학기술교육인증(ETAC) 컴퓨터공학기술 분야에서 필수 이수 교과목인 종합설계의 대학별 운영 사례 비교 분석을 통하여 졸업생역량(PO)의 산학연계형 평가 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 결과, 종합설계 교과목 운영시 담당교수 이외에 산업체 인사가 참여하는 다면평가 방법과 더 나아가 종합설계 교과목 수업 운영으로 현장 실무자가 포함된 팀티칭 방법을 제안한다.

This study show the improvement of the capability of the handling computer in the job to students in science of nursing though the investment of the capacity of the computer application and the realities of handling computer in real. A cause of the development of the Information Technology, currently in the view point of system management, the hospital works is manage by the HIS(Hospital Information System). The teaching of the computer application capability for the information in science of nursing must not be the one-way by supplier like one of the survey courses but must be adapted at real condition and to be focused to learner. Thus, we suggest that the education of the science of nursing should be changed from one of the survey courses to the education of the acquirement and experience on information system knowledge.

현대 정보화 사회에 대응하는 교육을 위해 정보 인프라 구축에 심혈을 기울이고 교육의 다양화 첨단화를 추구하여 교육의 효율성과 효과성을 높이고자 하는 교육 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 또한 7차 교육과정에서 정보화 사회에 대처할 수 있는 능력 함양을 위해 정보화 교육의 중요성을 한층 더 강조하고 있으며, 국가 차원의 교육정보화 사업 달성을 위해 노력하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 초등학교에서는 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 정확한 교육과정과 교육내용이 제시되어 있지 않고 재량활동, 특별활동, 특기·적성교육, 실과교과의 일부분으로 컴퓨터 교육을 실시함에 따라 마땅한 컴퓨터 교재와 학생들의 수준별 학습이 이루어지지 못하여 체계적인 컴퓨터 교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 웹 기반 교수-학습을 활용하여 학습자 중심의 자기 주도적 학습을 하고 학습자에게 학습과정에 대한 자기 평가의 기회를 제공함으로써 학습에 대한 인식과 주도성을 증진시키고, 수준별 학습을 할 수 있는 올바른 교육 개선 방안을 모색하였다.

1996년 7월 교육정보화촉진계획의 입안으로부터 시작한 교육정보화사업은 많은 긍정적인 성과를 거두고 있지만 전산망이 인터넷과 연결되면서 역기능도 점차 증가하고 있다. 전산망 관리자 및 보안전문가 없이 교사가 관리하는 학교 전산망의 경우 보안에 취약해 전산망의 정상적 운용 및 개인정보보호가 위협받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교전산망의 정보보안 취약점을 개선하기 위해 정보보호 현황 분석하여 개선방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

체계적인 교육과정의 부재로 인한 학교 현장의 파행적 운영과 컴퓨터를 타 교과의 효율적 학습을 위한 도구로만 인식하는 활용 위주의 컴퓨터 교육은 정보 소양을 등한시 하는 결과를 낳았다. 미국, 프랑스, 영국, 일본 등 교육 선진국은 활용을 위한 컴퓨터교육 뿐 아니라 체계적인 정보 소양 교육을 실시하고 있고 현재 많은 현장의 초등 교사들도 정보 소양 교육의 체계적인 교육 과정의 필요성을 느끼고 있으며 현장에서 초등학생들에게 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 컴퓨터 교육 내용을 원하고 있다. 정보화 사회에서 초등학생에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성은 컴퓨터의 바른 인식과 그 과정에서 얻어질 논리적인 사고력의 자연적 학습이 가능 할 것이며 정보화 시대의 요구에 부응하는 인간 형성에 기여 할 것이다. 그러므로 정보화 시대를 살아갈 우리 아동들에게 초등 컴퓨터 교육의 올바른 방향은 정보 소양 중심의 컴퓨터 교육 과정으로 체계적인 교육과정과 교과로서의 독립적인 운영과 초등 수준에 맞는 교육 내용의 구성이다.

This study is to make a comparison with actual condition on the computer specialty and aptitude for elementary school of city and farm with questionnairing and to hit with improvement plan. They have several difference from supplying teachers, bankrolling educational expenses but several points of sameness on requiring professional ability, operating study and training, limiting the receiving. Accordingly, if leading the quality improvement of the computer specialty and aptitude by forming stable employing mood, operating various programs, bankrolling educational expenses, extending study and training opportunity in elementary school, students will get opportunities to develope their ability and aptitude.

The quality of teachers is a necessary and sufficient condition for education to accomplish its goals. As informatics education will be taught as a required subject in middle schools starting in 2018, it is more important than anything else to secure high-quality teachers. Accordingly, this study was conducted to compare the informatics teacher education system of Korea with that of Japan in terms of qualifications, licensing and promotion, qualification criteria for teachers, qualifications for informatics teachers and licensing methods. As a result of the comparison three improvements were proposed as follows: The title of the specialized subject must be changed to 'Informatics,' graduate-level education and minor curriculum training courses must be reinforced to enhance the expertise of the teachers, and the qualification system must be changed in such a way as to promote the expertise of the teachers. The improvements proposed in this study will surely contribute to the quality of secondary school informatics teachers.
