Cyclic Executive for Autonomous Driving with Real-Time Smart Cruise Control (순환실행체제를 이용한 무인 자율주행 실시간 스마트 크루즈 컨트롤)

  • In recent years, much attention has been paid to the development of intelligent vehicles that integrate automotive technology into the information technology, with the aim of improving user friendliness and stability. The representative function is a autonomous driving and a cruise control. In designing such vehicles, it is critical to address the real-time issues (i.e., real-time vehicle control and timely response). However, previous research excluded the real-time scheduling. We develop a model car with unmanned cruise control, design the real-time scheduler using cyclic executive to easily adapt the model car, and provide some insight into potential solutions based on various experiments.

Development of Control Algorithms Considering the Effect of a Control Sampling Period on the Total Amount of Switching for a Switched System (컨트롤 샘플링 주기가 스위칭 시스템의 결합-분리 횟수에 미치는 영향을 고려한 제어 알고리듬 개발)

  • Recently, the active interaction control (AIC) system was proposed as a semi-active control system. The AIC system consists of a primary structure and an auxiliary structure. The objective of the AIC system is to control the response of the primary structure through engagement and disengagement between the primary and auxiliary structures. Previous switching control algorithms have been shown to be effective in reducing the response of the primary structure. However, they have the main drawback of requiring an excessive engagement-disengagement frequency and high interaction force. In this paper, the regions in which the switching is activated and the regions in which the switching is deactivated are described separately, to effectively determine the engagement or the disengagement. The general relationship between the switching regions and the deactivated switching regions selected according to the engagement-disengagement conditions is described within the newly-developed comprehensive switching framework. The proposed engagement-disengagement conditions are designed within a comprehensive switching framework, to reduce engagement-disengagement frequency and interaction force. Furthermore, the effect of a control sampling period on the AIC system is explained in terms of the engagement-disengagement frequency. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms and the effect of the control sampling period are considered for a single degree of freedom model under free vibration. It is observed that increasing the duration of stay by using a large control sampling period prevents the AIC system from activating the possible chance of switching. The proposed algorithms are shown to be effective, both in restricting ineffective switching and in reducing interaction force.

  • 홈 네트워킹 분야에 대한 관심이 고조되는 가운데 최근 가전 제품과 인터넷을 통합한 시스템이 개발되어 상용화 되고 있는 것이 요즘의 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크 환경이 구축되어 있다는 가정 하에 SA­l110 마이크로 프로세서 기반의 하드웨어 시스템에 임베디드 리눅스 운영체제를 이용하여 홈 컨트롤 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 구현된 시스템은 인터넷을 통한 원격 제어와 직접적인 제어가 모두 가능하고 공개 운영체제를 사용하였기에 경제성과 융통성 면에서 우수하다.

  • 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 홈에서 멀티 미디어 렌더러를 지원하는 UPnP AV 프레임워크 기반의 엔터테인먼트 시스템을 제안한다. 현 시스템은 컨트롤 포인터와 미디어 렌더러가 하나의 모듈로 구현되어 있어, 컨트롤 포인터 모듈이 있는 AV 디바이스에서만 홈 네트워크 내의 컨텐츠나 서비스 이용이 가능하였다. 이러한 시스템 구조로 인해 각각의 컨텐츠 특성에 맞는 최적화된 서비스를 제공함에 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 홈 내의 AV 디바이스를 효율적으로 제어하고 이용할 수 있는 멀티 미디어 렌더러가 가능한 UPnP AV 프레임워크를 제안하고 구현하였다. 그 결과 시스템 사용자는 홈 내의 다양한 AV 디바이스에서 컨텐츠를 이용하고 최적화된 서비스를 제공받을 수 있게 되었다.

  • In this paper, we propose the system that simultaneously controls objects in virtual reality and objects in real environments using brain waves. We propose a system that measures brain waves to grasp the user's concentration and quantifies them to raise or lower virtual and real objects. We implemented a web-based virtual reality system and an embedded system based on a raspberry pi for test of design. It was confirmed that the control of virtual and real objects is possible using BCI. The result was that it was possible to develop various contents using this.

  • Physical Web and Eddystone can be serviced by a single integrated application on the device by using their servers' URL. However, they have a limitation that their servers must be customized for service characteristics on a case by case basis. In other words, regardless of the service selected for BLE, it should have a modified linkage application for each device. Hence, we think that a new integrated service platform, which is able to link and support its Beacon from the central server and is also able to support its application, is needed for achieving better service quality. This platform consists of push (Broadcasting for Beacon service) parts and pull (Connection) parts to establish communication. Especially, Pull should be operated and controlled under the authorization (secure) management for safe and trustable communication. It means that BLE must have its new authorization communications protocol to protect its data as much as possible. In this paper, we propose a BLE integrated authorization protocol for a BLE device control server based on Physical Web and Eddystone.

  • The development of architecture made it possible to predict human's dream having a perfect control over his environment be fulfilled by the development of the electric engineering after the twentieth century. During a century, throgh the renovation of systems, the design concepts of its environment, dwelling space, and the relationship between human and system. By exploring any possible new idea on the basis of the technical limits of the current system, let us suggest the advanced products ahead of a century.

  • 본 논문은 유압해석 상용툴인 AMESim을 이용하여 로드센싱형 휠로더 유압 시스템을 모델링 하였다. 휠로더 유압장치의 주요 구성요소인 펌프, 메인 컨트롤밸브, 압력 보상기, 리모트 컨트롤밸브 및 작업 장치를 모델링 하였으며 실제 차량의 제원을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과와 실차 데이터를 비교 검토하여 시뮬레이션 결과와 실차 데이터가 유사함을 알 수 있었다.
