인터넷 비즈니스 컨설팅이라는 새로운 분야를 개척하는 전문업체들이 잇따라 설립되고 있다. 이같은 현상은 최근 인터넷 비즈니스 분야에서 사용자들의 컨설팅 실수요가 급증한 것으로 신규 시장을 형성하고 있음을 반영하는 것으로 해석된다. 인터넷 비즈니스 컨설팅 시장 동향에 대해 살펴봤다.

This study is aimed at analyzing vocational high school teachers' recognition of school consulting and educational demand for securing professionalism from school consultant training, to offer basic information for training school consultant. The survey was intended for vocational high school teachers who participated in the vocational high school teacher training course. The result of this study is as follows. First, vocational high school teachers have sympathy with the necessity of school consulting for 'change and survival' of vocational high school in the future, and recognize that successful school consulting will be possible when, in the first place, teachers and principal/deputy principal who are able to show leadership change for their recognition. Second, as the result of analyzing educational demand for school consultant training, demand for consulting business and case and experience area, like 'School consulting method and procedure', 'Sympathy creation technique', 'Case of innovation through consulting', was higher than for consulting theory. Third, as the result of surveying difference of importance recognition of school consultant training contents, according to experience of joining school consulting, 'Environmental change and necessity of consulting', 'Consulting status of domestic corporation and vocational high school', 'Consulting method and procedure', 'School status analysis technique' showed significant difference, and teachers who have experience showed higher average of importance than those who don't have experience. In conclusion, rather than consulting theory, education for consulting business and experience area and various cases-centered school consultant training program according to experience of joining school consulting should be developed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consulting firm's professional consulting satisfaction on consulting satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of consulting firm's brand awareness on consulting satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that consulting firms that have expertise in the field have a positive effect on the satisfaction of consulting and that the higher the brand awareness, the higher the consulting satisfaction. The better the brand awareness, the higher the reliability and the positive impact on the satisfaction of consulting, and the consulting firm including consultant suggests to improve the professional competence in the field.

Social and economic polarization such as the collapse of self-employed people and job losses are becoming social problems due to the COVICD-19 crisis, and the role of social enterprises in providing social services to vulnerable people in various business sectors is very important. Social enterprises are complaining of difficulties in sustainability due to the hybrid nature of creating social value and economic value. Support for professionals matching the business sector of social enterprises is urgently needed for sustainability, but support for professionals is very insufficient due to insufficient budget. This study studied how specialized personnel affect the sustainability of social enterprises through the medium of social enterprise characteristics, indicating that specialized personnel affect the expansion and sustainability of the corporate main business sector. Based on the above findings, practical implications of social enterprise financial support projects were presented.
