본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동지원제도의 현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고 정책적 개선 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고자 하였다. 이를 위해 보건복지부 통계자료를 활용하여 전국의 장애인활동지원 서비스기관들의 현황과 서비스에서 나타나는 문제점들에 대해 파악하였다. 정책적 개선방안으로 장애인활동지원 기관정보 조회서비스의 표준화된 제공, 장애인 본인에게 적합한 지원 기관이 선정 될 수 있도록 정보 제공, 서비스 만족 향상에 이용자의 특성과 욕구를 신속하게 파악, 개별 서비스의 특성상 활동 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등관리 대응, 개선이 필요기관 전문가의 지도 및 컨설팅 제공, 우수기관 사례관리를 통해서 노하우 공유, 회계프로그램을 효율적으로 수행을 위한 전문가 파견 및 지원을 통하여 서비스가 개선 될 수 있도록 정책적 제안을 하고자 한다.

In order to learn an existing song and create a new song using an artificial neural network, it is necessary to convert the song into numerical data that the neural network can recognize as a preprocessing process, and one-hot encoding has been used until now. In this paper, we proposed a note embedding method using notes as a basic unit and a bar embedding method that uses the bar as the basic unit, and compared the performance with the existing one-hot encoding. The performance comparison was conducted based on quantitative evaluation to determine which method produced a song more similar to the song composed by the composer, and quantitative evaluation methods used in the field of natural language processing were used as the evaluation method. As a result of the evaluation, the song created with bar embedding was the best, followed by note embedding. This is significant in that the note embedding and bar embedding proposed in this paper create a song that is more similar to the song composed by the composer than the existing one-hot encoding.

Due to the global economic crisis and jobless growth, the problem of employment is becoming an important social issue. Fostering potential entrepreneurs with systematic education can be an alternative for resolving the jobless growth problem. Therefore, this study presents entrepreneurship subjects which are needed for designing a curriculum of the systematic entrepreneurship education. This study develops a questionnaire based on prior researches, and executes the survey of two focused groups comprised with a group of researchers lecturing subjects related with entrepreneurship and a group of executing an entrepreneurship consulting. The result of the study can be applied to design and run the curriculum in the universities, which consider introducing stage of entrepreneurship education. This study help a entrepreneurship department to bear the curriculum, and a direction of specialization.

Since mid-1990s, demands for programmer have been decreasing, and the experts of planning IT strategy and solving overall management issues with IT have been increasingly needed. IS experts would have many different types of job as time passes, and they need variety of job competencies to meet their career paths. The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential careers to suit MIS major and the needed skills in that field to develop MIS Curriculum. We asked to the personnel working in the IS organization and user departments to evaluate the current MIS curriculum of 4 year colleges in Korea and to let us know what jobs are the most important for them, what the core job competencies for them are. The results of study show that there are several courses the users and IS experts regard as core courses: Introduction to Management, Project Management, Introduction to MIS, DBMS, ERP, Systems Development Methodology, and IS Strategy Planning. IS experts regard the data and application integration, IT evaluation and strategic planning as the important jobs, and the most important job competency to conduct those jobs is the category of interpersonal skills, and business management knowledge, IT skills are succeeded.

This paper outlines the challenges companies can anticipate during implementation and identifies and describes the six common steps of an ERP project. the paper also discusses new approaches, known as rapid ERP methodologies that are designed to help companies hasten the implementation of such systems.

소프트웨어 개발은 복잡도가 높고 가시성 확보가 어려워 전략적으로 접근해야 한다. 일반 개발 프로젝트에서 개발 전략은 특정 개발 모델과 프로젝트 관리 기법을 사용하겠다는 것이 주류를 이루고 있다. 이러한 방법은 각 개발 단계에서 업무를 진행하는 프로젝트 참여자가 프로젝트 전체를 보지 못하고 각자의 전문 분야만을 국지적으로 개발하여 초기에 의도된 대로 개발되지 않는 결과를 초래하는 경우가 다반사여서 개발 전략으로서의 역할을 적절히 수행하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 기반의 개발 전략을 제시한다. 개발 프로젝트 전체는 물론 개발의 각 단계 별로 전략이 존재할 수 있으며, 전사 차원과 프로젝트 차원의 전략이 존재한다. 분석한 리스크 레벨에 차등적으로 개발 리소스를 할당하고, 개발 기법을 사용하고, 리뷰 및 검증 활동을 진행하여 제한된 개발 리소스를 합리적이고 적절하게 사용하여 개발하고, 개발 과정을 모니터링 및 제어하는 접근법이다. 이미 개발의 일부인 테스팅 분야에서는 리스크 기반 테스팅 전략이라는 이름으로 활용하여 직간접적인 효과를 보고 있으며, 같은 개념을 개발 전체로 확장하여 개발 전략으로 체계화하여 제시한다.

GIS는 '단번에' 효과가 나타나는 다른 전산시스템과는 달리 최소한 3～4년의 손익분기점을 가지는 기술인 만큼 효과적인 운영이 중요하고, 효과적인 운영을 위해서는 자료의 최신성을 확보할 수 있는 DB의 지속적인 유지관리 활동이 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 지자체를 중심으로 구축되어 있는 대부분의 GIS 활용체계는 준공과 동시에 운영과 유지관리 차원에서 적절한 대처를 수행하지 못함으로 인해 손익분기점 달성에 대한 회의적인 시각을 갖는 것이 지배적이라 할 수 있다. 특히 지자체 GIS사업이 추진되는 과정에서 각 시스템에 맞는 실질적인 유지관리 방안을 모색하고 이에 대한 충분한 교육이 진행되어야 함에도 불구하고 실제는 그렇지 못한데 그 원인이 있을 것이다. 그러나 보다 근원적인 문제점은 실제 유지관리 활동을 위해 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대한 구체적인 방안을 가지고 있지 못한 것이 더욱 크다고 하겠다. 실제로 모든 사업추진과정에서 정해진 방법론에 의해 유지관리방안을 마련하게 되어 있으나 아주 형식적인 수준에서의 언급이 대부분이고 지자체라는 행정기관의 특성과 지자체 GIS의 주된 대상이 공사 및 시설물 관리와 관련되어 있다는 업무적 특성은 전혀 배제되고 있는 것이다. 그렇다면 실제로 GIS DB의 유지관리가 원활하게 진행되기 위해서는 어떻게 해야만 하는 것일까\ulcorner 이 질문에 대한 접근을 위해 본 연구에서는 GIS DB의 갱신이 일어나는 발생원인을 정확하게 진단하고 발생원인의 특성과 행정기관의 특성을 적절히 연계시켜 유지관리 모델을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 ‘선 유지관리 후 활용체계 정비의 중요성’을 점검하고, ‘변동자료 발생원인의 분석’, ‘명확한 변동자료 입력 근거의 확보’, ‘갱신주체별 역할의 정의 및 유지관리 기준의 설정’, ‘분야별업무 특성을 고려한 관련 기준의 마련 및 타 시스템과 연계되는 항목을 고려한 절차 정의’ 등에 대한 다양한 접근을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 유지관리 모델을 기반으로 각 지자체별로 적절한 컨설팅이 진행되고 이에 따라 담당자의 실천이 이루어진다면 지자체 GIS의 투자대비 효과에 대한 기대는 이상이 아닌 현실로 다가오게 될 것이다.가오게 될 것이다.

Qualify of software development project is very important in complex and large domestic software market. Software development companies are eager to Bet some quality certification such as CMM certification. However, reliability and effectiveness of CMM certification tomes into question. This study explores the relationships between software project Quality (and some organizational performance) and organization's CMM certification. The result shows no strong relationships between project quality and CMM certification. This may imply that an incremental improvement of project process plays a more important role than certification process itself.

한국천문연구원은 천문우주분야의 과학임무 탑재체 개발을 주도적으로 수행해오고 있다. 과학기술위성1호 주탑재체 원자외선영상분광기 FIMS 개발, 과학기술위성3호 주탑재체 다목적적외선영상시스템 MIRIS 개발, 차세대소 형위성1호 주탑재체 근적외선영상분광기 NISS 개발을 수행하였고, 현재는 NASA와 국제협력으로 SPHEREx 우주 망원경을 개발하고 있다. 이러한 개발 과정을 거치면서 주경 20cm 이하의 소형 탑재체 과학임무 한계와 더불어 연구 현장에서 더 큰 우주망원경의 수요가 제기되었고, 현재의 국가우주개발 중장기계획에도 2030년대 한국형 우주망원경을 포함하게 되었다. 이러한 일정에 발맞추어 한국천문연구원은 2030년대 한국형 우주망원경 독자 운영을 대비하기 위해서 2020년 1월부터 주요 사업으로 한국형 우주망원경 개발을 위한 기획연구를 시작하였다. 이 기획연구는 2021년 말까지 2년 동안 수행하고 있으며, 이 기획연구를 통해서 학계의 과학임무 요구사항을 종합 수렴하였고, 관련 컨설팅 업체와 협업하여 사전 기획연구 활동들을 수행하였으며, 향후 우주망원경 개발에 대한 전략을 제안하고 보고서를 마무리하는 단계에 와 있다. 이 발표에서는 이러한 기획연구의 세부 활동을 공유하고 보고하고자 한다.

On the standards or elements of teaching evaluation, the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation(KICE) has carried out several research as follows : 1) establishment of observation elements for selecting examples of good mathematics instruction between 2001 and 2002, 2) development of the standards on teaching evaluation between 2004 and 2006, and 3) investigation on the elements of Pedagogical Content Knowledge including understanding of learners between 2007 and 2008. The purposes of development of mathematics teaching evaluation standards through those studies were to improve not only mathematics teachers' professionalism but also their own teaching methods or strategies. In this study, the standards were revised and modified by analyzing the results of those three studies (namely, evaluation standards) focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding. For this purpose, the meaning of learners' understanding was also investigated in-depth. Finally, the concrete elements on teaching evaluation focused on the teacher knowledge of learners' understanding in math class were new developed, based on the literature reviews on learners' understanding. Then, those evaluation elements were developed according to the five domains of learners' understanding such as evaluation domains such as students' intellectual and achievement level, students' misconception in math, students' motivation on learning, students' attitude on mathematics learning, and students' learning strategies.
