Development of an On-line Consultant Training System for Consulting-Supervision (컨설팅장학을 위한 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템 개발)

  • With the reformation of organization and function of local office of education in 2010, consulting-supervision is introduced to schools as a system for education reform to improve the quality of school education. However, a dedicated on-line portal system that can provide integrated management on the functionalities of consulting-supervision has not been implemented yet. To successfully operate consulting-supervision in schools, it is also needed to provide an on-line consultant education system, that can support teachers to train themselves as a supervision-consultant. In this paper, we introduce an on-line consultant training system that provides various learning activity tools for consultant training based on Learning Activity Management System(LAMS) and Action Learning. The system consists of Management stage, Analysis stage, Solution stage, and Action stage for the empowerment of consultants' expertises, and is named as MASA. Brain-writing, SWOT(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threads) analysis, 5Whys, decision grid, PMI(Plus, Minus, Interesting), and black chart techniques were developed in MASA as learning activity tools for consultant training.

Perception Gaps among IS Practitioners in regard to CRM Systems: An Empirical Study (고객관계관리(CRM) 시스템에 관한 정보시스템 실무자의 인식 차이에 대한 실증연구)

  • In this study, we surveyed information systems(IS) personnel in organizations which have adopted customer relationship management(CRM) systems (Group one IS personnel), those in organizations which plan to adopt CRM systems(Group two IS personnel), and IS consultants specialized in the CRM. We found that there are significant perception gaps among the three groups of IS practitioners in regard to the three aspects of CRM systems: the effects of CRM systems, critical success factors of CRM systems introduction, and the pros and cons of outsourcing a CRM system by the application service providers(ASP). The results reveal that Group one IS personnel evaluate the effectiveness of their CRM systems as moderate, while IS consultants evaluate the effectiveness of CRM systems very high and that Group two IS personnel expect the effectiveness of CRM systems to be as high as the evaluation of IS consultants. IS personnel evaluated the advantages of outsourcing CRM systems by ASP to be moderate while IS consultants evaluated it to be high. The results also show that the adoption of CRM systems is initiated by strong leadership of the top management but is not supported adequately by management thereafter.

  • This research studied that the effect of consulting local SMEs focusing on the effective factors related to quality of theoretical study and the previous studies according to research model and research hypotheses. Also, in this empirical analysis, analyzed the consulting performance that distinguish such as consulting procedures quality, consulting adaptation, consultant emotional intelligence and efforts factors. Second, in relationship with consulting adaptation and performance, statistically significant relationship showed weak. Finally, the quality of the consultant engagement and emotional intelligence was analyzed high significance. Therefore, this study further accounting information systems consultant at consultant emotional intelligence factors can expect a useful guidelines.

  • 본 논문은 기업 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 프로세스 컨설턴트 시스템(BUPCO)의 설계를 기술한다. BUPCO 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스, 프로세스 표현 도구, 프로세스 평가 도구, 프로세스 분석 도구, 워크플로우 영향분석 도구, 프로세스 시각화 도구로 구성된다. 그 기반에 기업의 프로세스 지식을 표현하기 위해 기업 온톨로지를 구축하고 온톨로지 추론을 위한 프롤로그 추론기를 개발하였다. BUPCO 시스템은 기업 업무 환경의 변화에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 최적의 프로세스 개선안을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 기업은 내부의 각종 비효율성을 제거하고 프로세스와 자원을 최적화함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Microseismic Data Analysis Program for Monitoring Ground Subsidence in Mining Area (광산지역 지반침하 모니터링을 위한 미소진동 분석프로그램 개발 현황)

  • A system for microseismic monitoring due to underground displacements is being operated in several mining areas in order to analyze ground subsidence. Microseismic monitoring system mainly consist of three components; 3-component geophone, data logger and analysis program. The previous analysis program had found the location of microseismic source by analysing only first arrivals of P-waves, but the upgraded analysis program has improved accuracy of the location by analysing both P- and S-waves. This analysis program also has upgraded the function to calculate the microseismic magnitude by using regional specific coefficient and microseismic amplitude. Also the program has upgraded the function to confirm visual location of microseismic source by superimposing field aerial photographs and the results.

  • Due to the increase in ground excavation work, the possibility of ground subsidence accidents is increasing. And it is very difficult to prevent these risk fundamentally through institutional reinforcement such as the special law for underground safety management. As for the various cases of urban ground excavation practice, the ground subsidence behavior characteristics which is predicted using various information before excavation showed a considerable difference that could not be ignored compared to the results real construction data. Changes in site conditions such as seasonal differences in design and construction period, changes in construction methods depending on the site conditions and long-term construction suspension due to various reasons could be considered as the main causes. As the countermeasures, the safety management system through various construction information is introduced, but there is still no suitable system which can predict the effect of excavation and risk assessment. In this study, a web-based system was developed in order to predict the degree of impact on the ground subsidence and surrounding structures in advance before ground excavation and evaluate the risk in the design and construction of urban ground excavation projects. A system was built using time series analysis technique that can predict the current and future behavior characteristics such as ground water level and settlement based on past field construction records with field monitoring data. It was presented as a geotechnical data visualization (GDV) technology for risk reduction and disaster management based on web-based system, Using this newly developed web-based assessment system, it is possible to predict ground excavation impact prediction and risk assessment.

  • 최근 급속하게 기업 또는 다른 조직 경영자의 관심을 끄는 지식경영은 그 개념에 대한 바른 이해가 부족한 상태에서 소프트웨어 공급자와 컨설턴트에 의해 지식경영시스템의 구현 붐으로 나타나고 있다. 기업은 이미 개발한 정보시스템을 가지고 단순한 형태의 지식경영을 시도할 수있으나 성공적인 지식경영을 위해서는 적합한 요소기술의 통합으로 효과적인 지식경영시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 지식경영 요소기술의 주된 기능이 무엇이며 어떠한 지식경영을 가능하게 하는가에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 지식경영시스템 개발을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하기 위해 지식경영의 인프라스트럭뒤가 되는 지식경영시스템의 주용한 요소기술을 비교·평가한다.

  • 본 일본연수 참가기는 한국과 일본 양국의 재단법인 한·일(일·한) 산업·기술 협력재단에서 연수관련 비용 모두를 지원하고(참가인원 40명) 한국측 중소기업진흥공단과 일본측 재단법인 국제기술협력위원회가 실무기관이 되어 2004년 7월 26일부터 10월 23일까지 총 13주동안 실시한 연수기간중(국내 중소기업진흥공단 연수원 합숙교육 5주, 일본 규슈 KAITA연수원 합숙교육 8주) 일본현지 연수 8주동안의 이론교육과(이론 16 과목, 기업현장연수17개사)현장체험을 통해 느낀바를 요약 정리한 민승찬지도사의 일본연수 참가기이다. 민승찬지도사는 이외에도 2001년도 중소기업청 해외시장개척요원으로 선발되어 영국·아일랜드 등에서 국내중소기업제품들의 유럽시장 개척을 위해 6개월간 활동하였고, 2003년에도 일본CASIWA 생산공장 등 5s 및 TPM 성공기업 현장연수에 참가하여 효율적 생산시스템 운영방식을 현지 연수를 통해 수료하는 등 경영지도사로서의 폭넓은 자질 향상을 위해 노력하고 있다. - 편집자 主-

Comparative Analysis of Opinions about Practicing Works among Farm, Consultant, and Consulting Company in Consulting Field of Fruits and Vegetables (과채류 컨설팅에 대한 농가, 컨설턴트 및 컨설팅업체 간 견해 비교 분석)

  • This study was conducted survey on fruit and vegetables farms (FM), consulting companies (CC), and the consultants (CT) to investigation actual conditions and improvements in consulting part of horticulture. In results of survey on FM, FM chose 'necessity' on consulting for learning of production skill and 'field visit' in means of consulting. FM had a low trust on experience and knowledge of CT and answered that FM had not enough time for consulting by reason of over-work of CT, chose 'necessity' on crop registration system. In results of common questions among FM, CC, and CT, same answer of questions were term of contract (answer: yearly contract), means of consulting (answer: visit), consulting time per a visit (answer: $2{\sim}3$hours). Different answer between supplier (CC, CT) and consumer of consulting were decision method of contract price (answer: provisional contract$\neq$contents and the quality of consulting), percentage of government subsidy (answer: propriety$\neq$step-up).
