새만금호의 목표수질 달성과 지속가능한 관리를 위해서는 비점오염 관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 새만금호 상류 유역은 농경지 비율이 38%로서 높아 농업활동에서 유래하는 농업 비점오염원의 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 농업비점오염 저감기술의 개발하는 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 농업인과 지역주민의 참여와 함께 행정적인 지원을 포함하는 사회 경제 문화적 접근을 포함하는 통합적인 접근 즉, 거버넌스가 요구된다. 이러한 거버넌스를 새만금유역의 농업비점 관리에 적용하려는 노력의 일환으로 "새만금유역 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스구축 사업모델 개발"에 대한 연구를 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 추진하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업비점오염 관리를 위한 거버넌스 구축과 운영에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 각각의 요소별 추진 프로세스를 개발하고 최종적으로 이를 상호 연계하여 운영하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스 구축의 접근 방향으로는 신규구축형과 기존정책사업연계형으로 접근하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 거버넌스 시스템은 참여단위와 행정단위, 그리고 이것을 연계 지원하는 '중간지원조직'의 다층적 거버넌스 구조로 제안하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스는 공동체단위와 개별 농가단위의 참여 프로그램으로 설계하였다. 특히, 참여단위 거버넌스의 지속성을 유지하기 위해서 커뮤니티비즈니스 육성이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 1차년도(2015년)에는 신규구축형을 중심으로 진행을 위하여 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리를 연구대상 지구로 선정하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스 구축을 위하여 연구대상 지구에서 우리 마을과 물 이야기, 우리마을회의 등 통하여 주민이 생각하는 지역의 역사와 문화 등 잠재자원을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 마을 공동체를 마을길을 연결하여 다시 활성화 하고, 물이 흐르는 마을도랑으로 가꾸고, 단절된 이웃간 마음을 연결하기 위한 "마을길-물길-마음길 연결" 커뮤니티 비즈니스 프로젝터를 도출하였다. 이러한 거버넌스구축 프로그램의 정보의 공유와 확산을 위하여 커뮤니티 비즈니스 안내판을 설치하고, 마을소식지(청파)를 제작배부하고 거버넌스구축 과정을 담은 마을영상다큐 제작을 진행하였다. 2차년도에는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 심화과정을 운영하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 농촌지역의 비점오염관리를 위한 거버넌스구축 등 정책 및 제도개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This article investigates the effects of prior firm founding experience, prior firm's performance, same industry matters, entrepreneurship communities or educations on subsequent firm performance. This study also explores whether same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects between entrepreneurial experience and subsequent firm performance. The results show that prior firm founding experience and prior firm's performance have a positive effect on subsequent firm performance. The rest of variables have no significant direct effects on firm performance. However, same industry matters and entrepreneurship communities or educations have interaction effects of entrepreneurial experience on firm performance. Based on results of this empirical study, this study draws some implications that entrepreneurs can become serial entrepreneurs and experience entrepreneurial success.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose an educational program for enhance safety capability of elementary and middle school students through community mapping application. Method: Developed and utilized a community mapping application that can be easily used for research. After participating in 425 elementary and middle school students, This study analyzed the change of safety competency through survey. Results: Through the community mapping activities, it was possible to derive the actual life surrounding risk factors of the earthy life, and it was found through the questionnaire before and after the activity that the safety competence of the participants improved. Conclusion: Investigation of similar related cases of Public Participant Safety Mapping Tool and analysis of their functionalities are conducted, and user demanded functionalities with improved usability accessability expandability are derived. Also, the system applied the test to elementary and middle school students and the survey showed that the safety capacity was improved according to Safety Mapping activities. This is proposed as a safety education program.

Daytime activity services based on community care signify 'participatory integrated community care service' fused with diverse forms of community participation and care for adults with developmental disabilities after school graduation. They have the characteristics of lifelong care by life cycle in that adults with developmental disabilities 18 years and older receive daytime care and community participation programs. The purpose of this study is to examine community care based daytime activity services and to search for vitalization plans for daytime activity services that must unfold in the future for care programs that can be meaningful social participation opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. Through literature review, we analyzed the state of daytime and social activity of adults with developmental disabilities as community care.Based on these findings, we devised ways to improve the daytime activities for the significant daytime of adults with developmental disabilities. At this, it proposed an increase of activity support vouchers, daytime activity service time expansions, expanded budget formulation for an increased number of daytime activity service subjects, expanded applications for the prioritization of the 20% of those with the most severe developmental disabilities and the composition of separate teams, and the role reinforcement of support centers for people with developmental disabilities.

In this study, Community Garden of various national and international practices trends to an advanced research, the concept of community garden participated with a group operation out of initiative to produce safety food while securing space for the community, ensuring the area that has gone through a new form of active secure urban green space plan, urban renewal movement was defined as the mean. Furthermore, for the purpose of improving the poor welfare environment by attempting to experimentally make a community garden of a disabled welfare house rooftop and how to target its planning and construction process, partnership involvement, business processes have been investigated, such as cost sharing. The whole process including a budget for development of this case was conducted by the Busan Green Trust. Standard Chartered (SC) First Bank's 50% fund share by community chest, participation of volunteers, support of Busan City and Saba-gu, outside of that, sharing parts or trial to participate by diverse partnership of enterprise, public corporation and laboratory, these are the key in developing community garden's model. Established community garden places resulted food production to users of welfare center for the disabled, participating urban agricultural experience program, horticultural therapy, complex community chapter and cultural center. Furthermore, we could find the meaning of rooftop community garden in the point that it is a low cost garden by applying movable and unmovable planters. This study is profitable for improving urban environment, ensuring community chapter and urban green areas, regenerating a city to develop experimental community garden model by using a welfare house rooftop.

This study examined the elementary school teachers' present utilization of science museums in teaching-learning and their perceptions of the educational programs in science museums. The results indicate that teachers have not utilized science museums as intimately as possible with formal instruction, therefore, the students' experiences of science museums are usually limited. The main reasons for lower than optimum usage of science museums in their teaching and learning is not because of its insignificant educational effects, but because of the lack of external and administrative support mechanisms. The elementary school teachers prefer to commit to programs in science museums such as science camps or experiment activities, and those exhibitions which have some kind of clear and discernable relation to the school curriculum. The results also indicate that most teachers want to participate in the various activities of science museums, such as developing and managing the programs or pre- and post activities for museum field trips, participating in the teachers' community in science museums, and so on.

Reportedly it says that 45% teenagers in the United State exchange the SMS with their friends during television watching. In other word TV viewing moulds the social community between audiences. In terms of social television it is all about interaction or communication technology relevant to TV watching as well as social behaviour. Besides it integrates voice communication, text chat, context awareness, TV recommendations, ratings, video conference and so forth. So far it approaches the conceptual stage or pilot production and remains more research and development. This study is to scrutinise whether the functionality of social TV enables to substitute for social activities of TV viewers or not.

Entering the 21st century, the flow of society and culture is emerging as a cultural phenomenon in which one experiences, enjoys, and experiences on one's own. This trend has emerged as community dance, which has been active since 2010. Community dances can be targeted by anyone and can be divided into children's, adult and senior citizens' dances depending on the characteristics and age of the group, allowing them to work in various age groups. It also refers to all kinds of dances for the happiness and self-achievement of everyone who can promote gender, race and religion health or meet the needs of expression and improve their physical strength at meetings by age group, from preschoolers to senior citizens. Community dance is a dance activity in which everyone takes advantage of their leisure time and voluntarily participates in joyous activities, making it expandable to lifelong education and social learning. It is a voluntary community gathering conducted by experts for the general public. The definition of community dance can be said to be the aggregate of physical activities that enrich an individual's daily life and enhance their social sense to create a bright society, while individuals achieve the goals of health promotion and aesthetic education. In the contemporary community dance, the dance experience in body and creativity as self-expression reflects the happiness perspective by exploring the positive psychological experience and influence of the participants in the process of participation, and participants have continued networking through online offline to enjoy the dance culture. Although research has been conducted in various fields for 10 years since the boom in community dance began, the actual methodology of the program has been insufficient to present the Feldenkrais Method, hoping that it will be used as a methodology necessary for local community dance, and will be used as part of the educational effects and choreography creation methods of artists that can improve the physical functional aspects of dance and give a sense of psychological stability.

The aim of this study was to assess the social impact of the cultural programs of the children's libraries in Korea and further present the libraries'social value. To this end, we have conducted a survey on 511 elementary school students to assess the social impact of the children libraries'cultural programs. As a consequence, we have ascertained the children's expressiveness / creativity within their personal realms, self-esteem, pleasure / joy / happiness as well as their attitude towards cultural arts and changes in the cultural and artistic experiences further to growth in friendship as a matter of social interaction, generation and strengthening of local communities, sense of affiliation with local community / identify, and local community participation, among the manifestations of the social impact concerned. Based on this, children's libraries can be regarded as an important social capital of the community in the following aspects. Children's libraries enhance the quality of life and children's interaction skills. It also make them feel attached to the local community. Children's libraries maintain local communities, contribute to the creation and strengthening of local communities, and encourage participation in local activities.
