In this paper, a P2P streaming system for community TV service which requires realtime interactions was designed and implemented. The proposed system constructs a short delay tree-based P2P network in order to effectively support various community TV services within end-to-end delay bounds. Because a community service based on conversation requires a short delay. The P2P network of this paper was constructed by using an algorithm which utilizes locality and delay information. The implemented P2P streaming system is composed of a Web server and a application, each of which was implemented using Asp.Net and C#.Net respectively.

As a result of analyzing the relationship between the smart growth principle and the regenerating factors of the port waterfront city, it was found to be highly related to the port waterfront regeneration plan. Factors that are related to the application of smart growth principle derived from association analysis are as follows: ⯈ community development suitable for walking ⯈ differentiated and attractive community building with definite place, ⯈ open space, farmland, beautiful natural scenery, environmental preservation, ⯈ strengthening and inducing development for existing communities, and providing diversity of transportation options. However, in the Jeju port redevelopment plan, the principles such as ⯈ complex land use ⯈ advantage of high-density architectural design method, ⯈ various housing opportunities and options, etc., need to be applied in implementation design. Since Jeju city and Jeju port possess the strong characteristic features of port waterfront city, so it is necessary to develop jointly applying smart growth principle through integrated port waterfront city regeneration plan.

The purpose of the study was to explore the potential of the Cluster Analysis and the Community Analysis of Social Network Analyses family in job-task analysis for curriculum design. These two multivariate analysis techniques were expected to bring us relevant and scientific information as well as inspiration in investigating the structure and nature of job system, which are critical in developing relevant curriculum. To pursue the purpose mentioned above, qualitative and quantitative data were collected from "S" Corporate, a major large high-tech manufacturing company, and analyzed by relevant analytic procedures. Results indicate that there are discrepancies between formal job structures and actual ones. Following Community analysis showed that the presence of center-marginal structure along with clustering structure in the current job formation. Interpretations of the results of the study are provided in light of past research and additional data collected from the study. Implications of the study are also discussed along with suggestions for future research.

최근 인터넷 공간에서 사용자가 직접 만들어 내는 컨텐츠, 즉 UCC (user created contents, 이하 UCC)에 대한 관심이 그 어느 때보다 증가하고 있다. UCC란 기존의 온라인 컨텐츠 제공업자와 달리 일반 사용자에 의해 만들어져 게시판과 같은 도구를 사용하여 온라인 상에 존재하였다. 그런데 UCC 가 최근 들어 더욱 관심을 받고 있는 이유에는 사용자들이 직접 컨텐츠를 만들어 개제하는 것이 용이하도록 변화된 환경의 조성 및 컨텐츠 제작을 쉽게 할 수 있는 저작도구가 지속적으로 만들어지고 확산되었기 때문이다. 결과적으로 사용자 측면에서는 다른 사람들과 소통하는 통로가 확대되었고, 사업자 측면에서는 보다 컨텐츠를 풍부하게 확보할 수 있는 환경이 열린 것이다. 본 연구는 구비문학의 이론을 통하여 UCC의 활성화에 영향을 미치는 요소를 탐색적으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구비 문학은 텍스트를 향유하는 사람들 사이에서 공유되는 이야기로서 그 생산 환경의 매커니즘과 텍스트의 발전 양상이 UCC와 매우 유사하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자료의 분석과 이론적 모형의 수립 과정 전반에 있어 구비 문학의 이론과 접근 방법을 사용하였다. UCC가 매우 활발하게 생산되는 주제를 선정하여, 그 주제에 해당하는 커뮤니티의 특성, 사용자들 간의 관계, 사용자 정책 등 차이가 있는 세 온라인 커뮤니티를 선정하였다. 선정된 온라인 커뮤니티의 게시판의 포스트와 댓글을 프로그램을 통하여 수집하고 분석하였으며, 그 분석된 데이터를 바탕으로 사용자를 선정하여 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 심층 인터뷰 데이터는 근거이론은 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 UCC 확산이라는 새로운 인터넷 패러다임 속에서 이를 구비 문학의 이론으로 분석했다는 점에서 학문적 의의가 있다. 또한 성격이 다른 세 개의 사이트에서의 UCC를 비교함으로써 UCC를 기반으로 한 사이트 설계의 가이드 라인이 될 수 있는 실용적 의의를 가진다.

In this study, we designed and developed new Blog community for the improvement of Self-directed learning competency. We analyzed the effect through series of tests on Self-directed learning competency to obtain the following results. As a result of inspecting the same quality of Self-directed learning competency, this study shows the learning in utilizing weblog suggested that it has more significant difference in improving Self-directed competency than utilizing the normal homepage for learning. Moreover, according to the inspection of low measurement, motivation control and acting control made a significant difference, but the cognitive area has no significance. In conclusion, the proper learning and operation in the class in utilizing Blog community suggested that through the study of Self-directed learning competency is the best because it affects the learner's motivation and behavior.

As the amount of information on the web augments, more efforts become subsequently necessary to find the information that users want. Researchers have studied and tried a number of methods to find the wanted information more accurately and effectively, It is hard to find the information that suits to what users really want to find on the web, because previous search methods have not reflected users' aim in searches. This paper suggests an effective method in information searching by reflecting web users' interests and aim in searches. This process involves distinguishing the reliable online communities and searching based on the distinguished communities. Newly suggested method shows an improvement in accuracy in comparison to the previous methods.

Recently, The E-Learning becames popular in modern education society, and the education of E-Learning form increased. among them, the leadership education which cultivate the leader who is a present community leader role is more important. The Leadership-activity give effects to consultant and consulters through the relationship each other. However, the leadership-activity is difficult to be reified because it differs from concepts of E-learning that is one-direction teaching mechanism. Beside, the restriction in time and space and considered as important factors because of offline characteristics. The paper presents an online mentoring community form unities among professors, student, and managers having the same subjects in virtual spaces. The community is based on the Leadership-activity. The community system contributes in aspects to a new evaluation mechanism and a new method to communication between mentors and mentees. The paper introduces the system architectures and the implementation method for the presenting community system in details.

새만금호의 목표수질 달성과 지속가능한 관리를 위해서는 비점오염 관리의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 특히, 새만금호 상류 유역은 농경지 비율이 38%로서 높아 농업활동에서 유래하는 농업 비점오염원의 효과적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 농업비점오염 저감기술의 개발하는 물리적 기술적 접근만이 아니라 농업인과 지역주민의 참여와 함께 행정적인 지원을 포함하는 사회 경제 문화적 접근을 포함하는 통합적인 접근 즉, 거버넌스가 요구된다. 이러한 거버넌스를 새만금유역의 농업비점 관리에 적용하려는 노력의 일환으로 "새만금유역 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스구축 사업모델 개발"에 대한 연구를 2015년부터 2016년까지 2년간 추진하게 되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업비점오염 관리를 위한 거버넌스 구축과 운영에 필요한 요소들을 도출하고 각각의 요소별 추진 프로세스를 개발하고 최종적으로 이를 상호 연계하여 운영하는 기법을 개발하는 것이다. 농업비점오염관리 거버넌스 구축의 접근 방향으로는 신규구축형과 기존정책사업연계형으로 접근하는 것이 바람직 할 것으로 판단된다. 거버넌스 시스템은 참여단위와 행정단위, 그리고 이것을 연계 지원하는 '중간지원조직'의 다층적 거버넌스 구조로 제안하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스는 공동체단위와 개별 농가단위의 참여 프로그램으로 설계하였다. 특히, 참여단위 거버넌스의 지속성을 유지하기 위해서 커뮤니티비즈니스 육성이 필요할 것으로 나타났다. 1차년도(2015년)에는 신규구축형을 중심으로 진행을 위하여 전라북도 부안군 백산면 용계리를 연구대상 지구로 선정하였다. 참여단위 거버넌스 구축을 위하여 연구대상 지구에서 우리 마을과 물 이야기, 우리마을회의 등 통하여 주민이 생각하는 지역의 역사와 문화 등 잠재자원을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 침체된 마을 공동체를 마을길을 연결하여 다시 활성화 하고, 물이 흐르는 마을도랑으로 가꾸고, 단절된 이웃간 마음을 연결하기 위한 "마을길-물길-마음길 연결" 커뮤니티 비즈니스 프로젝터를 도출하였다. 이러한 거버넌스구축 프로그램의 정보의 공유와 확산을 위하여 커뮤니티 비즈니스 안내판을 설치하고, 마을소식지(청파)를 제작배부하고 거버넌스구축 과정을 담은 마을영상다큐 제작을 진행하였다. 2차년도에는 커뮤니티 비즈니스 심화과정을 운영하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 농촌지역의 비점오염관리를 위한 거버넌스구축 등 정책 및 제도개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

(주)모던하이테크, 한국산업기술대학교, 인하대학교 광기술교육센터가 주관하고 LG전자, 한국광학기기산업협회, 경기도 시흥시, 고효율조명협회, 경기 TP 한국산업관리공단 경기지역본부 등이 후원한 '차세대 광학설계 기술향상을 위한 CODE V & LightTools User Conference 2012'가 지난 5월 16일 한국산업기술대학교에서 개최되었다. 모던하이테크가 매년 개최하고 있는 본 컨퍼런스는 광학산업 전문가 200여명이 참석, 정보교환과 커뮤니티의 장으로 펼쳐졌다.
