Machine learning as a service, the so-called MLaaS, has recently attracted much attention in almost all industries and research groups. The main reason for this is that you do not need network servers, storage, or even data scientists, except for the data itself, to build a productive service model. However, machine learning is often very difficult for most developers, especially in traditional science due to the lack of well-structured big data for scientific data. For experiment or application researchers, the results of an experiment are rarely shared with other researchers, so creating big data in specific research areas is also a big challenge. In this paper, we introduce the KISTI-ML platform, a community-based rapid AI model development for scientific data. It is a place where machine learning beginners use their own data to automatically generate code by providing a user-friendly online development environment. Users can share datasets and their Jupyter interactive notebooks among authorized community members, including know-how such as data preprocessing to extract features, hidden network design, and other engineering techniques.

Although there are various cultural events and cultural contents produced in the region, there is a lack of distribution and spread of regional information to expand related economic consumption. This study combined local advertising by local advertisers with the knowledge search method in question and answer format from a location-based service perspective for the purpose of spreading and using local cultural information. The approach looked at domestic and international cases of knowledge search based on region and location-based advertising research, presented community model of location inquiry based information service and revenue model of local advertisement. Through this, this study designed a question and answer based community and operational structure model of local advertising, and developed an information service system in the form of prototyping. By extending the distribution of question and answer data among users to location information, it is meaningful that a business service model was presented that combines local cultural content information and the demand for user access with the revenue model of local advertising.

This essay focused on mapping out the next archiving model during 15 years. This metaphorical 'JINGU PROJECT' is titled from Shinto relation in Japan rebuilding every 20 years. We need some kinds of self sustainable growth archiving model. It means that it's time to say about our archiving experiences in field for archiving technics and knowledges. We should know the fact that a few thousands archivists have been acting ih fields. Since 1999, we have tried to build up the best practices in public offices. So far, So good. However, we need another wing for better flying from now on. I believe in the power of silences in field because they will speak up their voices.

The purpose of this study is to find ways to utilize public-private partnerships from the perspective of governance in order to effectively promote urban regeneration projects and establish a business structure. The results of the study are summarized as follows. First, from the perspective of governance, the types of public-private partnerships in urban regeneration projects can be classified into central government-led, local government-led, private business-led, and local residents and community organizations-led. Second, it is confirmed through overseas case analysis that developed countries are effectively promoting urban regeneration projects through the formation of various public-private partnerships. Third, as a way to utilize public-private partnerships in Korean urban regeneration projects, it was proposed to diversify the types and size of urban regeneration projects, design a system to utilize various public-private partnerships, use cross-assistance methods, and form social capital necessary for transparent and effective private partnerships.

Private blockchains can apply enhanced security policies that allow only authorized users to participate in the blockchain network. In addition, when used in a career management system where the validity of an individual's career is important, it has the suitable characteristics in terms of information integrity. However, due to the excessive performance requirements of blockchain technology, identifying performance characteristics through simulation can be helpful in stable operation of the system. This paper presents research results that utilized performance evaluation results while constructing a career management system based on the Ethereum blockchain. The service not only serves as a portfolio that records personal career development activities, certification acquisition, and award results, but also provides a community function for career planning to strengthen employment competitiveness. In addition, we present how a compensation policy can be executed to encourage users to participate in career development through community activities. In particular, an appropriate compensation policy was derived by reviewing changes in performance characteristics in accordance with the transaction volume on Geth nodes.

Housing issues such as mushrooming slums remain as chronic in most developing countries. Due to the state's restrained capacity, the housing-vulnerable's self-help approaches have been increasingly inevitable and vital for addressing the housing issues. However, there are still two challenges: securing good quality with economic efficiency, and climate change mitigation and adaptation. This study aims at doing an architectural experiment by developing and educating the production of eco-friendly interlocking stabilized soil bricks (ISSB) by employing vernacular materials and technologies for housing-vulnerable communities in Indonesia. In collaboration with a local architectural NGO, the study features a co-creation workshop in which 40 evicted households participate in the whole process. Soil analysis, mixed design, compression tests, and economic analysis are carried out. This paper illustrates that ISSB also has a high potential as an alternative to a burned brick or a cement block. The application of ISSB to self-help housing is expected to have socioeconomic and environmental effects, thereby facilitating the housing-vulnerable's self-help approaches and contributing to addressing the housing challenges in Indonesia.

The purpose of this paper is to explore ways to assess computational thinking from a formative perspective and to design a process for assessing programming learning using Python. Therefore, this study explored the computational thinking domain and analyzed research related to assessment design. Also, this study identified the areas of Python programming learning that beginners learn and the areas of computational thinking ability that can be obtained through Python learning. Through this, we designed an assessment method that provides feedback by analyzing syntax corresponding to computational thinking ability. Besides, self-assessment is possible through reflective thinking by using the flow-chart and pseudo-code to express ideas, and peer feedback is designed through code sharing and communication using community.

As the recent paradigm of education changes to become learner-centered, there is an increasing interest in project based class as one of new teaching models. Universities are accepting this change and aiming at fostering human resources of next generations, who are able to create creative changes, and studies are being actively conducted to that end. This study suggested a learner-centered teaching model which minimizes intervention of teachers in conducting projects of main text contents in designed subjects. This study suggested support system for the suggested model project-based class, team organization method, various interaction methods of learners, and team work monitoring method of teachers. And the suggestions were designed and realized through project management applications using smart phones which are being used by a rapidly growing number of people recently.

New city development policy caused many effects such as destruction of nature and area native culture extinction through fast development within short period. The architectural context is remains by post-modern most difficult problem had left to architects. We need to find the design method that communicate and contacts character of place, cultural context through the actual project. In this study, we propose the method of aspect of compose space and design elements to succeed the cultural place and context, desirable development through the design proposal for Dochon welfare center. In Dochon area, there is no original character of the place because of indiscreet development. Dochon synthesis society welfare facilities is openable to people by space that nature and human contacts and accomplishes relation, Made efforts to do so that can do part that causes human's ripple effect of contact with human and accomplishes traffic and recovers identity of Dochon area at the same time recovery of community consciousness.

블로그는 현재 광범위하게 대중성을 얻고 있는 온라인 커뮤니케이션의 최근 형태이며, 블로그 사용이 빠른 속도로 주류를 형성해 나가고 있다. 초기 HCI 분야에서의 온라인 커뮤니케이션(CMC)에 대한 연구는 사용자가 시스템의 소프트웨어나 하드웨어의 인터페이스를 어떻게 대하는가 하는 점에 초점이 맞춰졌었지만, 최근에는 온라인 커뮤니티, 블로그처럼 사용자들이 인터넷을 통한 사회화가 어느 때보다 활발하게 이루어지고 있기 때문에, 시스템의 사용성에 대한 고려만으로는 충분하지가 않다. 즉, 시스템이 어떻게 사용자들 간에 사회적 상호 교류를 지원할 수 있고, 이러한 사회적 교류가 원활하게 이루어지기 위해서 시스템이 어떻게 설계되어야 하는 지에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 블로그 이용자들을 대상으로 이들과 상호 연결된 블로거들과의 온라인에서의 관계적 행위를 살펴보고, 또한 이러한 행위가 네트워크 구조적 특성과는 어떠한 상관 관계를 가지는지를 심층 인터뷰와 사회 네트워크 분석법을 이용하여 탐색적으로 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해서 얻은 사용자들의 온라인 교류 시 보이는 행위적 특성을 바탕으로 온라인 개인 미디어 서비스 설계에 대한 가이드라인을 제안해 보고자 한다.
