웹캠에 의한 무선원격 모니터링이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

  • 서비스 산업의 비중이 날로 높아지는 시기에 마케팅 전략 수립에 있어서 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공이 더욱 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 감시카메라 등으로 사용되면서 문제점만 부각되고 있는 웹카메라를 감시나 보안 등의 목적 외에 차별화된 서비스 품질 제공의 수단으로 활 용되기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원/어린이집 학부모를 대상으로 웹캠에 의한 원격모니터링 서비스의 서비스 품질 구성요인에 대한 재구성 및 서비스 품질요인이 고객의 성향에 따라 어떻게 인식되는지에 대한 연구를 실시하였으며, 웹캠에 의한 서비스 품질 구성요인이 고객만족 및 고객충성도에 주는 영향요인을 규명하였다. 이러한 변수의 상관관계와 영향 현상을 연구하기 웹캠 원격모니터링 서비스를 사용하고 있는 유치원/어린이 집을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 연구결과 웹캠 모니터링 서비스 품질 구성요인을 영상품질 및 전송속도, 이동성 및 휴대성, 편의성, 가시성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였으며, 그 중 영상품질 및 전송속도가 고객만족 영향요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 서비스 품질 구성요인들을 고객이 인식함에 있어서 고객성향 중에서 디지털 기기 숙련도가 서비스 품질 인식에 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 그 외 인구통계학적 변인과 서비스 품질 구성요인들은 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었는바, 이러한 결과가 마케팅적으로 어떻게 활용될 수 있는가가 논의된다.

2D Spatial-Map Construction for Workers Identification and Avoidance of AGV (AGV의 작업자 식별 및 회피를 위한 2D 공간 지도 구성)

  • In this paper, an 2D spatial-map construction for workers identification and avoidance of AGV using the detection scheme of the spatial coordinates based on stereo camera is proposed. In the proposed system, face area of a moving person is detected from a left image among the stereo image pairs by using the YCbCr color model and its center coordinates are computed by using the centroid method and then using these data, the stereo camera embedded on the mobile robot can be controlled for tracking the moving target in real-time. Moreover, using the disparity map obtained from the left and right images captured by the tracking-controlled stereo camera system and the perspective transformation between a 3-D scene and an image plane, depth map can be detected. From some experiments on AGV driving with 240 frames of the stereo images, it is analyzed that error ratio between the calculated and measured values of the worker's width is found to be very low value of 2.19% and 1.52% on average.

Athermalized Design of Compact Optical System for Phone Camera (폰 카메라용 초소형 광학계의 온도보정 설계)

  • In this paper, we analysed what effect the design variables, such as refractive index, central thickness and radius of curvature, had on the first order properties and image quality of optical systems when temperature changed. The optical parameters were varied at each temperature, then the coupling and ruler methods were used to design an athermalized lens for a phone camera. This concept was first used to design the lens for a 1/3.2" 5M phone camera. The designed lens satisfies all the specifications for a phone camera, and the variations of the back focal length(${\Delta}BFL$) are reduced to $10{\mu}m$ for a temperature range of $-10^{\circ}C$ to $+60^{\circ}C$. Also, the TTL of 5.5 mm results in a compact system. All design concepts and results discussed in this paper are expected to be useful in development for the phone and CCTV camera.

  • The security issue in urban transit system has been widely considered as the common matters. The safe urban transit system is highly demanded because of the vast number of daily passengers, and providing safety is one of the most challenging projects. We introduced a test model for integrated security system for urban transit system and built it at a subway station to demonstrate its performance. This system consists of cameras, sensor network and central monitoring software. We described the smart camera functionality in more detail. The proposed smart camera includes the moving objects recognition module, video analytics, video encoder and server module that transmits video and audio information. We demonstrated the system's excellent performance.

  • In the study, stereo-based of gamma-ray sources detector for the space including the gamma-ray source to scan in a raster scan method, and obtains a visible light image and the gamma-ray image. We went to retrieve and visualize the distance to source and the direction of the 3-dimension information from Stereo gamma-ray detectors. Configuration of the detector consisted of gamma-ray detecting sensor for gamma-ray Sources, pan-tilt for the scanning of the raster for detecting sources, and CCD camera for visible-light image. Implement a stereo structure of the device to measure the spatial distribution of source, the gamma-ray Detector and CCD camera for the stereo image acquisition was as each configuration 2. The gamma-ray detector and a visible light camera to revision the distribution of detection source, After performing each of the cameras of the stereo correction and shows the distribution of the gamma-ray Sources through 중첩 visible light image and the gamma-ray image. After Rectification process of Left and right image, we were derived visualization results of the stereo image.

Estimation of Camera Motion Parameter using Invariant Feature Models (불변 특징모델을 이용한 카메라 동작인수 측정)

  • In this paper, we propose a method to calculate camera motion parameter, which is based on efficient invariant features irrelevant to the camera veiwpoint. As feature information in previous research is variant to camera viewpoint. information content is increased, therefore, extraction of accurate features is difficult. LM(Levenberg-Marquardt) method for camera extrinsic parameter converges on the goat value exactly, but it has also drawback to take long time because of minimization process by small step size. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the extracting method of invariant features to camera viewpoint and two-stage calculation method of camera motion parameter which enhances accuracy and convergent degree by using camera motion parameter by 2D homography to the initial value of LM method. The proposed method are composed of features extraction stage, matching stage and calculation stage of motion parameter. In the experiments, we compare and analyse the proposed method with existing methods by using various indoor images to demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm.

  • In this paper, we propose an automatic displacement system for testing stability of structure. Photogrammetry is a method which can measure accurate 3D data from 2D images taken from different locations and which is suitable for analyzing and measuring the displacement of structure. This paper consists of camera calibration, feature extraction using coded target & retro-reflective circle, 3D reconstruction and analyzing accuracy. Multi-view camera which is used for measuring displacement of structure is placed with different location respectively. Camera calibration calculates trifocal tensor from corresponding points in images, from which Euclidean camera is calculated. Especially, in a step of feature extraction, we utilize sub-pixel method and pattern recognition in order to measure the accurate 3D locations.   • Multimodal dual camera system has a stereo-like configuration equipped with an infrared thermal and optical camera. This paper presents stereo calibration methods on multimodal dual camera system using a target board that can be recognized by both thermal and optical camera. While a typical stereo calibration method usually performed with extracted intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameter, consecutive image processing steps were applied in this paper as follows. Firstly, the corner points were detected from the two images, and then the pixel error rate, the size difference, the rotation degree between the two images were calculated by using the pixel coordinates of detected corner points. Secondly, calibration was performed with the calculated values via affine transform. Lastly, result image was reconstructed with mapping regions on calibrated image.

  • Due to the many advantages including low price, low power consumption, and miniaturization, the CMOS camera has been utilized in many applications, including mobile phones, the automotive industry, medical sciences and sensoring, robotic controls, and research in the security field. In particular, the 360 degree omni-directional camera when utilized in multi-camera applications has displayed issues of software nature, interface communication management, delays, and a complicated image display control. Other issues include energy management problems, and miniaturization of a multi-camera in the hardware field. Traditional CMOS camera systems are comprised of an embedded system that consists of a high-performance MCU enabling a camera to send and receive images and a multi-layer system similar to an individual control system that consists of the camera's high performance Micro Controller Unit. We proposed the SL-AVS (Small Size/Low power Around-View System) to be able to control a camera while collecting image data using a high speed synchronization technique on the foundation of a single layer low performance MCU. It is an initial model of the omni-directional camera that takes images from a 360 view drawing from several CMOS camera utilizing a 110 degree view. We then connected a single MCU with four low-power CMOS cameras and implemented controls that include synchronization, controlling, and transmit/receive functions of individual camera compared with the traditional system. The synchronization of the respective cameras were controlled and then memorized by handling each interrupt through the MCU. We were able to improve the efficiency of data transmission that minimizes re-synchronization amongst a target, the CMOS camera, and the MCU. Further, depending on the choice of users, respective or groups of images divided into 4 domains were then provided with a target. We finally analyzed and compared the performance of the developed camera system including the synchronization and time of data transfer and image data loss, etc.

  • This thesis is dealing with conveyer remote monitoring and control system for shoes process formed by client/server, which is based on Web. Modules for watching and controlling images in a remote by client is manufactured under JAVA, and conveyer server for real-time controlling is founded on RTLinux. And device driver and APIs are developed based on it. Through both manufacturing these software and LEGO-based prototyping, it would present the real-time conveyer controlling system founded on Web and 3-dimensional stereo camera to be applied to industrial spots.
