In this paper, optimal digital design is studied within the framework of sampled-data control theory. In particular, multirate discretization of analog controller is considered using an H$_2$optimality criterion. Solutions are obtained via multirate H$_2$optimization with a causality constraint due to the multirate structure. In design example, the comparison of the proposed methods is made with the conventional discretization methods, and demonstrate the superiority of the multirate design method.

본 논문에서는 한국전력공사의 배전지리정보시스템를 보다 효과적으로 구축하기 위하여 배전설비 도면으로부터 설비정보를 자동취득하여 배전지리정보시스템의 데이타베이스에 입력하는 방법에 관하여 기술한다. 제안된 방법은 충남지사와 인천지사 관내 배전설비도면 약 30매를 대상으로 실험하고 그 결과를 제시한다.

원자력발전소의 증기발생기는 기능상으로도 중요한 역할을 하지만 증기발생기 내의 전열관 손상이나 누설은 바로 방사능 누출의 원인이 되므로 원자력 발전소의 안전성 측면에서 보면 매우 중요한 설비이다. 따라서, 증기발생기 전열관은 정기보수시 마다 전열관 각각에 대해 비파괴검사의 일종인 와전류검사(Eddy Current Testing, ECT)를 통해 건전성을 평가하고 있다. 현재는 신호를 취득하고 평가하는 업무가 별개의 기관에서 수행하고 있으며 이를 위해 현장에 관련 인력과 장비가 이동되어야 한다. 그러나, 취득한 신호를 평가자가 on-line으로 받을 수 있고 그 결과를 이용하여 즉시 피드백이 가능하다면 평가기관의 인력은 현장에 있지 않더라도 평가가 가능하다. 그러므로, 원격 평가 환경을 구축한다는 것은 평가자가 굳이 현장에 가지 않더라도 지역에 상관없이 LAN을 활용하여 전국 어디서든 평가가 가능하도록 하고자 함에 있다.

This paper propose a method for representing distributed data of sensor networks. The proposed method is based on a general distributed regression framework that models sensor data by fitting a global function to each of the local measurements and explores the possible extensions of distribution regression by using complex signal representations. In order to reduce the amount of processed data and the required communication, the signal model has to be as compact as possible, with the ability to restore the arbitrary measurements. To achieve this requirement, data compression step is included, where the basis function set is changed to an overcomplete set. This have better advantages in case of nonstationary signal modeling than complete base representation.

The effect of additional amounts of subsidiary materials on texture of fish meat paste were examined using Instron Universal Testing Machine to obtain fundamental data for steamed Alaska pollack meat paste showing good quality. The hardness revealed the good correlation with jelly strength among the six kinds of parameters of Instron texturometer. Products with higher hardness showed a better quality, but those with hardness higher than 16kg showed decreasing quality with increasing hardness. Predicting the quality of steamed Alaska pollack meat paste with various additional amounts of subsidiary materials as a function of hardness, H, the equation could be deduced as follows: H=11.56+0.54Xcs, H=12.22-0.23Xsp and H=11.65-7.13Xpp. The reasonable equations for predicting the quality of steamed Alaska pollack meat paste with various additional amounts of mixed subsidiary materials could be summarized as follows: H=11.57+0.53Xcs+0.44Xsp, H=11.97-1.83Xpp-0.17Xcs, and H=11.58+0.08Xpp-0.23Xsp.

In this paper, it is proposed instruction code satisfied algorithm that is able to prevent data collision when transponder access in the area of recognition system that is operated to single channel. Differ from absolute collision is used to in the time domain procedure, instruction code satisfied algorithm, transmits data which don't generate collision and must satisfy instruction code. So, to prevent data collision, transponder is of great if it read the entire instruction code. Consequently, it is applied to algorithm that made the system of wireless recognition13.56 Mhz. As a result, for the time of one bit data transmission had 14${\mu}$s difference, it is proved the prevention of data loss in experiment.

원자력발전소 증기발생기 전열관 건전성 유지를 위하여 매 주기마다 실시하고 있는 비파괴검사의 일종인 와전류검사(ECT, Eddy Current Testing)의 주요 공정은 크게 3가지로 분류할 수 있다. 첫 번째는 전열관 상태검사를 위한 신호데이터 취득공정이고, 두 번째는 취득된 신효를 판독하여 전열관의 건전성 여부를 진단하는 평가공정, 세 번째는 평가공정에서 발생하는 데이터를 토대로 전열관 이력 및 상태를 유지관리하는 공정으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위의 세 번째 공정결과 생성되는 전열관 이력 및 상태자료를 데이터베이스화하여 유지 관리하고, 데이터베이스화된 내용을 바탕으로 전열관 상태 변화추이를 파악하는 기능, 현재까지 비 체계화된 모든 전열관의 이력자료를 다양한 보고서 형태로 출력할 수 있는 기능 둥을 제공하기 위한 "인트라넷 증기발생기 전열관 이력관리시스템"의 설계 및 구현과정 을 정 리 하였다.

본 연구에서는 시판되는 녹차 속에 함유된 카페인을 추출하여 그 성분의 비교 분석하였다. 녹차와 탄산음료의 카페인 함량분석 실험에서는 HPLC을 사용하여 실험하였다. 녹차 속 카페인의 함량분석 실험에서는 다사랑 설록차(태평양)에 가장 많은 카페인이 함유되어있었고, 현미녹차(국제)에 가장 적은 카페인이 함유되어 있었다. 또한 탄산음료 속 카페인의 함량분석 실험에서는 코카콜라에 가장 많은 카페인이 들어있고 사이다(칠성)에 가장 적은 카페인이 들어있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Objects : This study is a report on treatment effect of the case that treated by using of oriental medical treatment to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis(ALS) patient. Methods : The patient diagnosed with ALS was treated by using of acupuncture, physical therapy, Su-gi therapy, thermotherapy and herbal medicine during 180 days. K-ALSFRS-R score was used as the tool of treatment effect. Results : Despite the K-ALSFRS-R score reduction, the oriental medical treatment maintain the respiratory function and a speech. Conclusions : The oriental medical treatment is effective on local symptoms of ALS, but there were no functional improvement of ALS in this case study. It is necessary to have more examination about ALS.
